I wanted to empty my truck with rubbish. One of the workers started yelling at me saying that they do not take old Toilet, I thought he wanted to fight me so I ran back to my truck and drove away. Did not like going there anymore so rude Ps.. Watch out for the guy named Larry. He thinks he has all the power over there. Very rude person. Don’t like his services and his attitude

Major shout out to the Keehi Transfer Station! Our Christmas celebration caused our gray bin to overflow, so I stopped by this station to drop off the excess household trash. Since it was just a few days post the holiday, many other residents had the same need and the line of cars waiting for service was long. However, it appeared that the Keehi Transfer Station anticipated the demand! It was properly staffed and set up a satellite area where other homeowners could dump their waste directly into a (dare I say sweet smelling) yellow garage truck. This made the long line of cars/trucks move quickly and efficiently. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Tucked off of middle street, this refuse transfer station exceeded my expectations on every level. The friendly staff directs you where to park and I was able to quickly dispose of my household waste. Be prepared for a wait, but the line moves quickly. Truly an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend.

For those people who dont know where you guys put all your green waste dont go here Its “says” they do green waste but they dont.

I love this place! We are renovating our home and I regularly have demo debris...I am always able to pull right in and dispose of everything in a few minutes time. The staff is friendly and they even helped once when I was struggling to carry a large piece of wood. It's much better than waiting in line at the other locations!

The folks here couldn’t be nicer and more helpful! Even open on Veteran’s Day holiday. So easy to get rid of junk that has accumulated. Just be sure to separate your metals. What a great service of the City and County. Mahalo!

Fast an easy disposal service! Call ahead to confirm if they take metals that day. **Make sure you drive up the drive way on the right side of the road and stop at the stop sign.** The attendant will call you over to the entrance when it's your turn.

This place is a huge convenience for people with big households or extra junk they can't fit in their bin. Open late too!

Super friendly staff. Showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Some other waste disposal locations near where I live in pearl city will close the gate when they're almost closing and see you driving down the road with a truck load and just ignore you. Thanks and keep up the good work

This place is amazing. I showed up 10 minutes before opening and they were ready for me. Super nice local braddahs showed me where to dump my old couch FOR FREE. Service provided by the city and county. Thanks for the help!

So easy and quick! Just made my two drops for the day and was in and out in about five minutes! Highly recommend! Just make sure you're familiar with regulations.

Have rubbish then this is your place to bring it! Make sure you separate metal and green waste from regular rubbish.

Quick..didn't have to wait in line too long, location..right off the freeway and I can get right back on , hours of operation..SATURDAY'S OPEN 7AM TO 6 PM.

Does not accept any green waste even small residential amounts as advertised in questions. Asked the attendant and was tild we had to go to kapaa quarry dump instead.

I wish this came up in the map search, I spent all day driving around trying to find a place that would accept the trash I had! It was considered "commercial" garbage & I wasted 2 hours driving to 2 different convince centers! By the time I got to the Pay to Dump landfill the scales had closed. Lucky for me I found this place vaguely listed online as an alternative. GREAT FOR DO IT YOURSELF HOME OWNERS!!!

I’m glad I discovered this refuse center. I grew up on the west side and only knew of those locations. Now that I moved to town I needed to find one closer to me. If I didn’t then I would have to resort to going over the mountains to windward side. This dump is fast and I like having the ease of just tossing junk right off the back of my truck down a ledge. It beats having to lift junk up and over into a bin! Also a huge bonus is the wait time is no longer than 5min tops!

It's a 5 star convenience center. Workers there are friendly. The dump line moves quickly, cause there are a lot of dump stalls. Driveway pavements are good.
