Had flat on my tire I went to big brand tires waited almost 4 hours just to get my tire checked and hopefully patched and they wanted to sell me a whole new tire when that tire was good. My friend recommend this spot and the service was excellent got attended quick they patched my tire and I left very happy I would recommend anyone to come here! dont go to big brand tires horrible service .
It was great! They are very friendly and only took 30 minutes to put in Good quality tires pay way less than everybody else wanted to charge me, and without an appointment, a great place and great service
Was In town on vacation, started having issues with my throttle body on Sunday, they were the only ones open and willing to work On it. They fixed it in 2 hours and for $600 less than other estimates I got.

Idk. Who the guy was but the guy in the register was a good guy idk if the alignment guy works as a independent worker but I called before I got there and they quoted me 90 for my vehicle once I got there the guy told 120 plus 35 for a bolt that was put on wrong when he was finished he told me 150 for only front wheel alignment and no bolts had been touched ..
With the economy being hyper inflated, the dollar goes quickly and disappears with not much purchase. Ramos tires gives quality products at a good price that is attached to a friendly and honest customer service model, and mechanical knowledge and care that boost their business product.
Straight forward and honest mechanics. went in for some ball joint work. Then I asked for differential oil change, they inspected it and told me I didn't need one. didn't charge for the inspection. Could have taken my money and done the job. But they were honest and told me to come back after a couple 1k miles.

Completed works: Front tire replacement, balancing, wheel alignment, repair of one rear tire, replacement of the oil filter and oil.
Ultimately, I did not end up using this service. However, the owner was so kind, understanding and very accommodating when I needed to cancel and reschedule twice. He was very communicative and kind. I’m sure their business will continue to thrive!
Excellent tire shop! Came to get four tires switched out. In and out in 15 minutes. Was offered a drink right away - no shops do that (IME). Pricing was fair given the end result. May seem a bit overpriced at first but you will come to realize why you paid what you paid - speed, quality, and service. Good and positive energy from all employees! 2nd time here. I highly recommend
Everyone working there was friendly. Went in for an oil change. Pricing was more than fair. They showed me other issues my car has. They explained clearly what was going on and what needed to be done. Would definitely go back.
Came here to get two front tires and they had the best deal around for used tires. The two I got are still in good condition too! Their service was fast and efficient, was in and out of their shop in 15 minutes!!! Would definitely recommend and will be going back again in the future.
Ramos Tires & Auto Repair was able to patch my tire as soon as I brought in my car on a last minute walk-in. They patched my tire in 10 minutes for $15! friendly staff and amazing service! will go back again.
I had just come from American Tire Depot in Irvine after being told they didn't want to work on my tire because it's too close to the sidewall....which is complete bs...Thanks Ramos Tires for providing excellent service!
I've been here a couple of times and have always had great service and good prices. I got 2 used tires at different times and was fast service both times. I also bought my own front struts and they installed them with no problems or questions. Great place! Open Sundays really helps too!
Very profesional, new and clean equipment that the staff use tonwork on your vehicle. Very friendly and helpfull workers. Fast and quality service. Definitely this will be my only place from now on for my tires need.
Came here for an alignment. Was told 95 over the phone, when I got there I was told 80 by one guy and 90 by a different guy. Perhaps if you drive a Lexus they feel the need to unnecessarily upcharge? Totally wrong..
Once finished, I was handed a paper of the results with no explanation and was told to pay.
I asked if someone could go over the results, but he said everything is fine… “great” customer service. Save your time and money and head elsewhere.
Great bunch of guys, they took the time to show me a few different options at multiple price points. Even after I decided on which set they went ahead & knocked another $20 off for a veterans discount as a way to honor our service members & the ones who made the ultimate sacrifice.
I needed to get my tires rotated so I just went here on my lunch and Cesar helped me out right away. I just sat in the shade with the AC on while he was in the sun in 95-100° weather changing my tires. ON TOP OF THAT, HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT. Wth, I never felt so spoiled in my life.
They said it'd take about 30m, he finished in 10 minutes ! He was done before I even finished writing this review. I got some princess type treatment here. I always hated doing any type of car things but the whole experience was amazing, I'd even say i enjoyed it.
10/10, definitely recommended. I wish all services were this great. I didn't get his name, but the dude that rang me up was very nice and funny too. Keep it up dudes
