Exceptional work, quick and very friendly staff. Prices are very fair and they did an amazing job on my car! Will definitely recommend people to get service done here
-He wasn't paying attention and he chipped the paint on the edge of my door. Didn't offer any compensation or he was completely oblivious to it.
-The factory exhaust is 409 stainless, but he welded in a section of aluminized steel without asking or mentioning prior.
-Muffler has a logo and he installed it upside down.
-Overpriced for the quality of work and lack of attention to detail.
I can’t say enough good things about Pomeroy’s Muffler Shop. I had an annoying rattle that had been bothering me for months and had already taken my car to the dealer twice. Each time, they said the noise was coming from something that turned out not to be the issue, and they wanted to charge me an additional $200 just to take a closer look.
I stopped by Pomeroy’s, and they were incredibly kind and helpful right from the start. They took the time to look at my car, diagnosed the real issue almost immediately, fixed it in about five minutes — and didn’t charge me a thing.
It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this honest, skilled, and generous with their time. No upselling, no pressure, just genuine help and expertise. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that actually cares about solving the problem, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Excellent work and competitive pricing thier recommendation was spot on, I had a Muffler swap and reso delete done on a 22 Ram 5.7L and sounds amazing ! Will be back for some upgraded tips soon.

Excellent service, they were able to replace my exhaust after being rear ended a few months ago which had left a very annoying rattling/knocking sound. They were able to take care of that issue during my lunch break definitely recommend. It’s been a month already since the service and have had no issues.
I don’t live close (City of L.A.) but a fellow Dodge HEMI owner I trust recommended them. This muffler repair shop is friendly, fast, and fairly priced! I trusted them to do Exhaust work, to my specifications, on my Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker. Everything was really to my liking. These guys are great technicians, nice people and do high quality work!

I was looking for a flow master for my Silverado and I called the shop and Sergio told me to stop by and he did amazing job the sound and performance was exactly what I was looking for!
Juan was great. He provided me with muffler options and was very knowledgeable. Once we picked the right muffler, he got to work amd had the swap completed efficiently while I waited. He even added a bracket to strengthen the exhaust. Much appreciated.
Called them up in the morning. Told them what I needed. They told me come on in so I did. I had two exhaust leaks at a coupler permanently welded in like 30 minutes.

I thought the repair was good work for a fair price. Juan was very honest and communicated with me the entire process. I had back pressure in the exhaust which we traced to the cats. Night and day difference after the repair. They spent some time trying to make sure it was the cats due to the high cost of the and included that as part of the repair. I would recommend them and go back for future services.

Friendly people that know what they’re doing but I think the price is a little high. I paid $280 for a Borla Cat Back exhaust system instal and it took him about 20 minutes which is crazy fast. So $280 for 20 minutes seems like a lot. Nonetheless I’m happy with the service.
My go-to shop for exhaust work in OC! I’ve taken my past 3 cars here. I won’t trust just anyone touching my AMG…

I took my truck to get an after market exhaust tip that I had purchased on Amazon installed, but it turned out that it wasn’t the correct inlet diameter. I ended up purchasing one from the shop which was 10x times better quality than the cheap China made knockoff. I’m glad that I made the trip from Riverside. These guys know there stuff. I highly recommend.
