Happy with the truck, but not so much on the support after the sale. Before I left the lot with my truck, I pointed out to the sales person Jonathan that there were some paint imperfections on the hood that need to be taken care of. I've called and texted both Jonathan and Brian, the other sales rep involved in this sale to discuss bringing it in. I have not received a call back from either of them. Additionally, I wanted some info. about using rewards points in the Chevy App to help with the purchase of some fender moldings. They told me the points should show up in the App withing 3-4 days. They haven't. I know they don't control that issue, but a little communication on these things would be nice....

Drove an hour in rush hour traffic from San Diego to Santa Ana after talking to the sales rep on the phone multiple times about the price of a used Chevy Bolt. When I finally get there, there is an additional $1,997 in "dealer-installed accessories" that I didn't ask for. I was able to successfully get them to remove $1,602 of these "accessories" from the price, but was told by Antonio Barron that because the $395 "CSC Door Guard/Screen Protect" was already on the car, that this "accessory" was mandatory. I only found out later that, according to Business and Professions Code Section 12024.2 "prohibits charging a higher price at the register than what was advertised or posted". Civil Code Section 1770(a)(29), as amended by SB 478 in 2024 also makes it illegal to advertise or display a price that does not include all mandatory fees or charges (excluding government taxes). So what Guaranty Chevrolet did was illegal. 0/10 Do not recommend.

We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Cameron R. at this Chevy dealer. I didn't want to drive to the dealership so Cameron was very good about sending me detailed photos and video of the vehicle. He pointed out a couple of minor imperfections and was honest with the price. So far we love our Chevy Trax! If you are in the market for a new or used Chevy, be sure to ask for Cameron at Guaranty Chevrolet!

Was told over phone that their sales manager said they could match a deal that I sent them from another dealer, promised me it would be same payment as the other dealer because i showed proof and the truck had same msrp, supposedly the sales manager looked over the contract, I drove 2 hrs to go there when I get there the payment is over 100$ more than what was promised. Very unprofessional they knew i was driving 2 hrs to get there, terrible customer service and sales management! Even left a respectable voicemail to the sales GM Darren for a call back, he couldn't even do that! Worst chevy dealership ive been to period!

Had been doing oil changes here but whomever did the last oil change here did not put the proper amount of oil because I received a message on my dashboard stating Engine Oil Low. I went back to the service department to talk to James and the direction I was given was to do an oil consumption test and during our conversation Leo was putting his two cents and being very rude and unprofessional. 1st off I was being attended by james and not him, it was not his business to put his 2 cents in. I ended up going to another dealer and doing the oil consumption test and it turned out that in fact the technician from guarantee Chevrolet did not put the correct amount of oil. I hope the manager reads this and talks to both the technician and Leo and fixes this situation for future customers because I'm not going back. I won't trust them with my vehicle anymore. Something basic was failed and could have caused me an engine. I lost time doing an unnecessary oil consumption test when they could have told me it was a mistake on their end.

As always, excellent service by Guaranty Chevrolet. Even though they are 400 miles from my primary home, I know they will make certain the service provided is 1) done right the first time, 2) done on time if not early, 3) competitive pricing, 4) with communication that keeps me informed. They provide the best experience of any dealership I have used owning GM products for 50 years. James Vega is the service agent that assures all goes perfectly. And he gets 5 stars too.

Anthony was Awesome!!! I saw an almost too good to be true advertisement for a new 2026 Silverado 1500 online. I called and Anthony was great over the phone so I came in to buy the truck. I was waiting for the bait & switch but it never came and the whole experience & transaction was super easy!! Just as Advertised!! Thank You to whole Guaranty Team!!

He along with the finance manager and sales manager are incredibly knowledgeable, take great care to ensure their customer is well taken care of and is set up for success. Everyone I encountered there took the time to acknowledge me and make sure that I was comfortable. Brian has extensive car knowledge and takes great care to make sure I know all of the amenities of the vehicle I purchased before driving it off of the lot. From the moment I arrived to purchase my new Silverado ZR2, the entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Wilmer was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through every detail of the ZR2, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference. Joe, the sales manager, was equally impressive. He was upfront, transparent, and worked hard to make sure I got a great deal. Dealt with Casey for about 2weeks on a Equinox EV and finally agreed on a price. Drove to the dealer and met Casey who was busy and hand us off to Brian. Brian was patient, no haggle, gave us all info we asked for and great guy overall. He showed us the features on the EV, Onstar was a problem but fixed, finance was a breeze and were able to beat our Logix CU %. We signed the paper work and we were tired by then and headed home. Overall, yes I would come back and buy again from them...if the price is right.

Stopped by on Saturday evening to see Brian Lax, and once again he did not disappoint! I’ve already purchased two vehicles from him, and this third one just proves why I keep coming back. Brian’s customer service is top-notch! He’s patient, he listens, and he truly cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. He always goes the extra mile and keeps a positive attitude, even when there’s not-so-great news to deliver. I brought my 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV to Guaranty Chevrolet after it was rear-ended, trusting that a certified GM dealership would provide a professional repair estimate. When I dropped off the car, I clearly agreed to pay $257 for the estimate. However, after 10 days, I was suddenly told I needed to pay $740 instead. I never authorized this higher amount, and I refused to pay anything beyond the original agreement. When I went to pick up my car, they told me I still had to pay the $257 (including taxes) even though no actual estimate was provided and no real inspection beyond what was originally promised was done. As a result, I left without receiving the professional repair estimate I was expecting and paying for. I consider myself a reasonable and decent person, and I normally do not argue with dealerships I trust. But after reading the service description on the invoice they gave me, I felt compelled to write this review. The description of the invoice was just random set of words and did not match what I requested or what was verbally agreed upon. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of transparency and professionalism I expected from a GM dealership. I hope this review helps others be aware and encourages the dealership to improve communication and honor agreed-upon service prices.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the great service I received at Guaranty Chevy. My salesman, Allen, did an excellent job from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Allen made everything smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated his communication and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile, but he certainly did. Excellent service!!! Ray, the technican did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and resolving the car issue. He took the time to be very thorough (careful and complete) to fix the issue. Andrew and Rick were great advisors who provided timely detailed explanations and updates. These folks are highly qualified and very friendly. On top of all this, the service charges were very reasonable. It is unlikely you will find this combination of quality service and low cost. This is the best place for you to take your car for service.

I can't thank Lucas and the entire team over at Guaranty Chevrolet enough for the sensational deal I got for my Blazer EV! I will rank myself as top 5% most challenging customers in auto purchasing out there so if I got a car from you and your dealership then you guys make the near impossible happen. Lucas and I ground out the hard details over the phone searching for every possible avenue to squeeze out the best numbers. When I got to the actual dealership floor Lucas was there to greet me with all the details and paperwork ready as discussed. In one hour once all the papers were signed we drove off in our new car. I would bet anybody that if you had a great deal on paper with another dealership bring it over to Lucas and his team and they will absolutely beat it. 5+ Stars and I'm excited to move another unit into my garage very soon! Every employee at this dealership went above all my expectations. I had a bad experience at another dealership earlier in the day so going into this one I had expected a similar situation. However, the sales representative Allen went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explain everything. It was his customer service that made me rethink my purchasing timeline. Then during the finance part, which is always long and stressful, Eric made the process quick and easy while making sure we understood all our options.

Lucas Mitchell was a great help. He answered all of our questions and made the process so easy and always made sure we were good with anything we needed and always had cold water for us lol. He was also super helpful with showing us all the features of the car and making sure we understood everything we were paying for. I definitely recommend asking for Lucas if you want the smooth car buying experience.

Eduardo at Guaranty Chevrolet took very good care of us. no bait and switch, near zero haggling, and a reasonable deal on our trade in. the only downside was the wait, which I would put down to what I percieve as a bottleneck in the finance department. no complaints though, and overall a great experience. thank you Eduardo for your professionalism.

Went there around 3 weeks ago to check out a new car. Been there before bought my volt and was so pleased with the process. No B.S. straight forward. So went back to see about a vehicle for my wife. I dealt with Brian Laxamana, wow a very nice down to earth guy. He listened to out needs and let me say no pressure, we were not really thinking of buying that day, but with the great deal that Brian helped us get and the finance deal we got we just couldn't say no. We ended up with the Blazer EV. My wife is so ecstatic. Highly recommend guaranty Chevrolet , like I said 2nd purchase I've done there and no regrets what so ever.
