Exactly as advertised! They came and picked up all of our e-waste without any fuss or hassle. We had 10 items off the qualified list and then several off the courtesy list, which they took all of.

Took 5 minutes to complete. They were able to break the 25 hard drives right in front of me. Also worked with them from the last time we recycled. This company has been working to make recycling more efficient.

I’m new to Orange County E-waste services, having recently moved from the East Coast where I worked with larger vendors like Iron Mountain. I will use Elian again. Very easy to work with. No hidden fees. We had several computers, monitors, various old cords, motherboards, electronic plugs, etc. The pickup instructions were clear. And the young man who arrived at our shop to pickup was very pleasant, polite, efficient, professional. We received a Certificate of Destruction a few days after our pickup. And the fee for that was nominal. I highly recommend using this company for your E-waste needs.
