Elias was awesome at keeping on top of communications and were very helpful in coordinating the pickup. Both of the professionals they sent out were courteous and great at answering any questions. We'll continue to work with Elian for any future e-waste requests
Exactly as advertised! They came and picked up all of our e-waste without any fuss or hassle. We had 10 items off the qualified list and then several off the courtesy list, which they took all of.
Took 5 minutes to complete. They were able to break the 25 hard drives right in front of me. Also worked with them from the last time we recycled. This company has been working to make recycling more efficient.

I will use Elian again. Very easy to work with. No hidden fees. We had several computers, monitors, various old cords, motherboards, electronic plugs, etc. The pickup instructions were clear. And the young man who arrived at our shop to pickup was very pleasant, polite, efficient, professional. We received a Certificate of Destruction a few days after our pickup. And the fee for that was nominal. I highly recommend using this company for your E-waste needs.
