One of the best car dealers in south California. They honored me the internet price I got through the email and when we went there they didn’t waste our time and submitted all the info to the finance and kept the car ready for us. Smooth and very easy process. No tricks & games. Specifically have to mention the internet manager Amir fatanat and the guy who helped us inside the dealership Levi Luciano. Horrible Service. Total Waste of Time
Honda Freeway has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk treated me like I was lying about problems with my brand new car, which is absolutely not true. Instead of helping, he was rude and acted like his only job was to say, “No car is perfect,” and shut me down.
They never fixed anything and completely wasted my time. No respect, no accountability, no effort to help a customer who just spent serious money on a new vehicle.
This place is unprofessional and unacceptable. I do NOT recommend Honda Freeway to anyone.
We just bought a beautiful new Pilot with Levi Luciano! This was the easiest car buying experience. Levi was very professional and helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend him and Freeway Honda to anyone looking.
It's easy to be good when everything is good. But being good when things are not so good is what separates the best from the rest.
Freeway Honda did an incredible job when something wasn't so good.
I purchased a used car from Freeway Honda (a Ford) and it was super clean. But the day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I brought it down and Freeway Honda took a look at it and made some adjustments.
I left the dealership and an hour later the check engine light came on again. So I brought it back the next day.
The problem seemed more serious and so Freeway Honda sent the vehicle over to Ford so they could take a look at it. After two days, Freeway Honda called me up and told me they needed to cancel the deal because the Ford had a serious internal engine issue.
They didn't try to save the deal. They didn't try to upsell me on something else. They didn't try to keep my money or jerk me around in any way. They said they were really sorry and they were going to write me a check returning my money in full for the purchase price of the car. (I paid in full.)
I was really impressed. No hassles, no debates, no arguments, and I didn't even have to ask for it.
I think a lot of us go into a car dealership with kind of an adversarial attitude, that it's us against them to try and see who can walk away with the bigger win. Not the case with Freeway Honda.
These are the kind of people you want to do business with. The kind that you can trust to make it right on the smallest chance that things go wrong. I'll do business with these people anytime.

Toby White and his team were fantastic. Offered an excellent price on a 2026 Prelude, no haggling, and delivered. I was in and out with a test drive and new car in less than an hour.
Very rude of you do not buy the car today. Just stop by and take a look of the price of civic the sales here keep on asking what is your budget and ask you to buy the car today. If you told them you have not decide yet they become really angry and rude and blame you for wasting their time even there is no customer there
The services/repair department is terrible and way too expensive.
I brought my car in with a noise that sounded like rods knocking and was told $200 to diagnose it. My receipt confirms they were told about this noise and would check the rods. After they had the car, they let me know it would take another $800 just to diagnose the noise they said they'd diagnose for $200 because they'd have to take an engine part off and replace it to check. If it costs that much, fine, but don't say you'll diagnose the specific part mentioned to you for one price then 5x to actually check that part.
As if that wasn't borderline highway robbery, they also wanted another $200 just to tell me what the light on the dash meant when the shop that did my smog check already told me what it was for free.
Oscar was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in for what I thought was a problem with my engine but after a thorough inspection,, they found it to be just a bent metal plate under the car due to my husband slowly driving over a curb once and it was rattling against the engine. I assumed they would overcharge me to fix it but only charged $8.50 for the new screws for the plate, nothing for the check up and labor. thank you!
My husband and I worked with Martin Trujillo of Freeway Honda and I highly recommend him. First off, we are wary of pushy sales people and we came the first time to only test drive and decide if the Honda CR-V was the right fit for us or not. Martin was informative, patient, and helpful. He was totally fine with us just coming to test drive knowing we were not buying that day and helped us in any way that he could. When we ultimately decided to go with Honda, we readily came back to Martin with the car we had decided upon and he made the process a smooth and easy one for us. He is always smiling and friendly and he goes above and beyond for his customers! We had a trade in that had an issue with the paperwork and Martin made sure to see us all the way through even after he had sold us the CR-V and could have handed us off to another associate. Instead, he got on the phone with me several times and promptly answered texts to assist with any questions we had and he was super helpful and made this experience great for us. Working with Martin made me know I was in good hands! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great guy to work with! And we are so very happy with our CR-V sport and with the support we had from Martin!

Her and her team answered all of my questions and resolved all the issues I was having with my car in a prompt manner. I always trust the Honda dealership because they have always given me great customer service but this time they went above and beyond with the service they provided. Thanks Kenya and all of her team. I have been coming to this dealer for a couple of years and it’s honestly been amazing . This past time I took my car all it needed was an oil change and the service tech told me that they are going to check my AC because it’s covered under warranty. I said my AC is working and he replied it’s completely free so we’ll get that checked out for you. I said sure and came back to get my car and when I got around to turning on my AC the car did not work. I took it back to the dealer and they said they had it fixed and then I took it home. Once I got around to turning on my AC it still did not work and again I took it to the dealer. They than said they where going to change some hoses and a hose for the coolant. After that I took my car home and all the coolant leaked . I went back to ask for a refund and the manager told me that they do not do refunds. In his words “ I am not giving you a refund” . Thank you Freeway Honda for letting me know that the customer is the last thing you guys care about.
me and my husband are overall happy with our car and how we have been treated after purchasing. the only reason why I won’t do 5 stars is because I had a very unpleasant experience with the finance department guy. he was very rude, completely dismissed me when I was so polite to him, I had one simple question and he suddenly turned on me. I was about to have them refund me my thousands of dollars I put down for a car REAL QUICK. anyways, our used car is running well, we have had minor stuff like the battery going out and our tires having low pressure but freeway Honda helped us until the issue was resolved. we are happy!!

Just bought my brand new HR-V Sport with Amir tonight and it was a great experience! He was very communicative ever since I had my test drive there last week and I came back to them today as promised since he already gave me a great price via email which I preferred (plus points to me). The transaction went smoothly and quickly since I went there after work so I also don’t want to waste any more of our time.
