These gentlemen are amazing people and did an amazing job towing my F550. They were extremely polite and professional and the price was extremely competitive!
Would 100% recommend R an P towing, we needed their experience and expertise to get out of a sticky situation being stuck in the mud. They were super amazing to work with and made short work of an otherwise bad situation! 10 stars!!!
Although they have decent pricing, Joaquin is extremely disrespectful. He quoted me one price when I gave all information, then when my vehicle reached the location they up charged me for my car being “too low”. I questioned why this wasn’t discussed previously. He rudely said “well then why the hell did you call me, you could’ve called someone else”
And then hung up on me. He is extremely unprofessional and if it wasn’t for my brother being there, the man towing my car would have definitely damaged my car as he seemed extremely new and needed my brothers guidance to do his job. Customer service is unprofessional and rude it wasn’t like they were doing it for free.
The dispatch and the broker were terrible. They asked for my location 4 different times. If you’re going to hire a broker to take the called first at least communicate with each other. Then they told me to text the location they clearly don’t share the same apps because even then they asked for my location. The driver was good super nice so Thank you!
Worst towing company was told 60 bucks extra to have a smaller tow truck come and pull the cars out so the big tow truck can grab them but he ended up charging extra 150 but when I told him his people said 60 he got butt hurt and on top of that the rim came off when he was pulling it out didn’t offer a jack no nothing just said this is to much work and dropped the car and left it as is
Very fast service and friendly. They helped me change my tire and really cared about me and my car. I highly recommend if you want honest and good service !!!

Worse service ever beware of these people she was very rude not professional what so ever. I had a medical emergency I was at a Doctors office when she called me threatening me to pay if not she was taking my vehicle back to there yard that it was going to cost me a lot more to get my vehicle. She had no compassion acted like we weren’t gonna pay them. Worse experience ever I don’t understand how people can be so bitter and not professional.
R & P Towing is an affordable and reliable local towing service company. Other towing companies were charging me 120-150$ whereas R & P Towing was only charging me half the price. They care about their customers and making sure they offer them reasonable and appropriate prices for their service. Anyway, shoutout to Laura, the woman I spoke to on the phone who made my appointment for the following day, she was kind, patient, gentle with a sweet, calm voice, and professional with good manner and attitude. And shoutout to Joaquin, the man who towed my S.O.’s car in the garage, he was kind and respectful towards me. He was also very cautious and meticulous with his job as a tow driver. Hey ? Joaquin! If you’re reading this I hope you enjoy ? the lychees that I gave to you as an offering to thank you for doing an awesome ?? job and you can give the books ? that I gave to you for free to your kids or your nieces or nephews. I called to have my car towed they asked me exact location with the exact address where my car should be towed , they towed my car to wrong place I called the mechanic shop a few hours later because I never recieved a call stating my car was their they told me they never recieved my car the dispatach of tow company says oh sorry that was my fault I’ll have another tow truck pick up your car and take it to right shop , again no call to confirm they have my vehicle so I call and she says to me well I “thought” you would be with your car at the shop when in reality she knew my car was broke down I had no ride their I enforced them numerous times the shop already knew my car was on the way which was meant I wouldn’t be there they knew it was coming she is unprofessional denied giving me her boss on the line or their phone number to report these issues and tried blaming me when this was her fault . I also paid cash . NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE
Was stranded off of California ave. These guys came and really saved me. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and gave me a good price on a tow. They said they’d be there in 20 mins but actually pulled up in 5. The driver is skilled and was able to get my vehicle into a tow position since it couldn’t shift into neutral. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They are fast and get the job done at a good price.
Absolute worst service ever. After waiting for over two hours the service guy and the owner/manager wanted me to pay them even though it was a AAA call. Waited another two hours for a decent tow service. That was not trying to rip me off.
First rate!! They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes & arrived in 25! Earlier Lewis towing was supposed to pick me up in 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called Lewis & they had no record of my phone call. Lewis put me on hold for 10 more minutes & than hung up on me. I was at the pharmacy getting meds after a stroke & was very stressed. Use R&P, not Lewis. Thank you R&P.
Excellent service - and price! Called at 8am, scheduled a tow for 10am. Truck actually arrived a few minutes early! Driver was friendly & professional. Wish I'd gotten his name as he deserves recognition.
We were in Bakersfield out for vacation and we were in a gas station, my dad accidentally placed regular gas in his diesel truck and he couldn't turn it on or else he'd bust the motor. We called police, fire station, no one could help us. I called R & P and they were quick to respond and were able to call up their mechanic to empty the gas tank. Take in mind it was super late...around 11-12. Really nice and professional both Ruiz and his wife. They were able to take us to their shop and empty the tank, we are super grateful for their services, and their reasonable prices, thank you R&P! ???
I scheduled and appointment for my car to be towed at 8:00 A.M to be delievered to a autoshop so i can be on time for work at 9:00 A.M. Driver didn't show up till 8:55, almost a whole hour late for pick up and ......I still paid full price for a tow.....
Competent, helpful, trustworthy! In particular, Elder went out of his way to help me out—very kind. I would definitely use R & P Towing again and I highly recommend them to others.
Beware this company is using predatory towing and will tow your vehicle and illegally hold it until you pay their ridiculous pricing. I wonder how many people they have done this too. Not to mention that they towed it 12 miles away from where I live. Maximum legally is 10 miles. Please know your laws when dealing with illegal activity like the one this company does.
Great service and price. He also made sure he wasn’t damaging my car and he made it to me in less than 10 minutes when I was told it would be 25-30 minutes. Great service!!

Armando provided fast courteous and professional service and professional service my truck is a crew cab long bed Dooley and he showed up with a flat bed perfectly capable of hindering this vehicle made sure it was securely fastened and was personable and pleasant to talk to during the long drive. I would recommend this company and specifically Armando to anyone.
They were fast, professional, punctual, and affordable. Truck broke down, and they got there fast, no more than 30 minutes. Helped by loading the truck, and even made additional space to tow us home ! Definitely recommend ?
We were broke down on Hwy 58 near Murray Farms at 8:30pm. I have been a AAA member for 26 years, and called them for a tow. We waited for 3 hours and were told they couldn't find anyone to tow us and had no idea when/if they would, it was nearing midnight. I called R & P Towing, and they had a driver there in 30 minutes. The driver was so nice and even brought the crew cab to ensure all of our family had a ride home. I highly recommend this company!
R&P Towing is an excellent tow company. They were easy to get a hold of, professional and courteous on the phone. The driver showed up at the time quoted (less than 30 minutes for me) and before I knew it we were heading to our destination. Thank you R&P Towing!
