Amazing job!! He came out to help move some shipping containers to get a cat unstuck. Wonderful job at maneuvering and keeping everything steady to not harm the cat. We were all impressed with his work
After today’s events of the cat being trapped for 3 days between Dicks Sporting Goods C-trains on Rosedale hwy, and no one doing anything to help, this awesome company showed up, hooked up their truck to the ctrain, pulled them apart, and saved the cats life, EVERYONE should make them the first call for your towing needs! Seriously after days of calls to everyone, and no one helping, they heard about this and just showed up!
The animal had fallen in between 2 c-trains, it couldn’t get out. It wouldn’t have lived another day..

They way one of your employees is treating his child makes me hate your Business. He's not a good guy. Tryna snake his way out of obligations. Businesses are only as good as staff
Horrible tow service! Horrible customer service. Super unprofessional!!! Driver was called by Penske to help with the moving truck we rented that was stuck halfway in our driveway and halfway in the road. The back wheel was stuck In soft dirt. Driver came and yanked the truck sideways to get it back on the road violently shaking the truck causing all the cargo Inside to be damaged and shift around. He then drug the truck 15 ft down the asphalt road tearing up the road. He then said there is nothing he could do, call his office and the female told him his job was done and to leave. He left the truck that was full on a hill , blocking traffic, with no safety protections to prevent the truck from rolling down hill or and one coming up the hill to be safe from potentially rear ending it. Who does that? We had to wait another 2.5 hours for another service to come move the truck to safety which they did easily. I hope Penske sees this review and drops this contract station.
10 West towed our company fuel truck Santos was an excellent driver and backed up into the gasoline station to drop off the load. He then brought us back to the yard and had excellent driving skills

Great towing company! Definitely recommend them. Excellent customer service from the lady at the main office to the driver who took us to our destination. Quick to get to the location that we got broke down at. They took less than an hour to get there. Matt, the tow truck driver, helped get us to Penske location with no problems. They are definitely top-notch. Thank you all for your services. It is much appreciated, guys.
Worst experience with this company. From start to finish.
First: Gave me an hourly rate $175, and I asked them is there a minimum amount of hours and they said no. Tow gets done in 1 and 15 minutes and they charge me 3 hours, then when I ask them about it they told me they gave me a flat rate of $525.00 LIES!
Worst apart about this experience: When the driver dropped the truck off he blamed my brakes and said the truck rolled forward and hit his tow forks and broke the transmission line and it was leaking in my driveway. Said he needed to take truck back to his yard to fix it and they would give me a call.
4 Days Go by: I called them, they didn’t call me and I asked if my truck is ready and they said yes they fixed it and delivered it same day.
Turn on my truck and it is still leaking, they didn’t fix the problem they made and claim they did. Crazy how a “company” will do you!

Stranded on the side of the road at 3 a.m., I called and spoke to the answering service. Dispatch called back immediately once the answering service handed the call over. She took my information and sent exactly what I requested, which was a lowbed for the vehicle I was driving. The IMMACULATE 10-West rig showed up and the driver was friendly and very cognizant of making sure not to damage the brand new fire engine I was driving. Their equipment is top notch and so was the service. From a grateful business owner who appreciates attention to detail, 10-West has earned my respect and will be my "go to" going forward if needed. 10-West is TOP NOTCH and you should all be proud!!!
Can't say enough about the 3 employees I had interaction with. All were courteous and professional. I'd like to call Stephanie out by name. I have to deal with heavy duty wrecker companies all over the U.S. and Canada. My scenario was a little different from their everyday operations and I had unusual circumstances. Stephanie is by far the most professional dispatcher I've ever dealt with. She called back with ETA when she said she would, she called back and updated when driver was running just a little behind, then she called back the next day just to follow up. She raised a standard that the entire industry should follow. Thank you!
It took them a while to get there but I’m sure that’s because it was busy on a Saturday night. I’m a truck driver and I was hot, exhausted, frustrated, and upset. Spencer was very professional and accommodating. My tension was rising, as the dealership was closed and I’m new to my company. He was very patient and even went above and beyond to kindly explain things to me and help me with my bags to my Lyft ride. He was understanding in such a stressful moment for me and went out of his way to meet my needs and make my experience a little less trying.
this is the worst towing ever. my truck & trailer burned 6.23.22 unfortunately there the ones that showed up fast to the scene to pick up my equipment,
taking advantage of the situation they charge us $ 30,700.00 yes thirty thousand seven hundred dollars. please don't get ripped off by this people
not only that they took them 6 hours to throw away some product that the FDA requested bad customer service ever waiting for them on there yard.
and they charge extra $ 750 to move my burn truck outside there facility for another towing to pick up my truck..
i just lost truck & trailer and i have to pay for lost product and now pay all this money from the towing..
please advise this people are scammers .. taking advantage of people on there worst time,.

This place deserves more than a 5 star !! Just got my company’s diesel towed from Van Nuys, Ca to Buttonwillow, Ca. Definitely had a great experience with their tower really nice straight forward guy ! Would definitely recommend this place in the near future for other circumstances!
We work for Prime Inc and got service here by a fella called Santos. Exceptional work, very professional, experienced and kind. Santos took us from Bakersfield all the way to Oxnard. He was such a good dude made the ride to the shop more enjoyable. Highly recommend these guys in this region.
Got a tow from Vincent this morning , and i have to say he got there as soon as possible, Hooked the the semi pulling a set of double in fast and safe way and made way to my home terminal great guy with a great attitude awesome job!
John was incredible. Extremely safe while hooking the truck on the grapevine, and the definition of a true professional driver while hauling my fully loaded truck and trailer flatbed, over the grapevine on a 2hr drive at midnight.
Got a blown coolant hose on my big rig and got treated excellent. Tow truck driver I believe was named Neil? Was a super cool marine with a Washington phone number. Super professional guy and treated my truck and cargo with care and respect. He even got me into a parking spot at the petro near by. Give that man a raise. Best driver I’ve seen in a long time. We broke down on the Grapevine 6/11 and were towed to Bakersfield. Our tow operator, John, was knowledgeable & very friendly with top notch equipment! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Our truck was on the Grapevine during a snow storm. Our truck was moving on its own and was stopped by Ten West Towing. They hooked our truck and pulled it 1000 feet and charged us $750. Highway robbery! The lady who called us for payment was unprofessional and threatened to take our truck and driver to a holding yard if I didn't pay immediately. We had no choice but to pay. Don't use this company!! Bad business!
On I-5 where there was a terrible accident. Ten-West towing called out and doing an amazing job with the clean up. I’ve personally had an encounter with this company, and I have to say they kept me calm and took care if business!! They work as fast as they can in a safe manner!
We had a truck go down in the Bakersfield area, we called Ten West, they were on it no questions asked. Had our truck and our driver home in a very timely manner, at a very reasonable cost. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was available. We will always call them if we need help down in that direction. Thank You Ten West and your staff.
