I didn't use their service but I'm giving 5 stars for their taking the time to notify me of the delay in service due to an unexpected occurrence. I called another company and waited almost 2 hours for service without any contact from the company when it was originally estimated that the wait would be 25 to 40 minutes. I appreciate being notified. Thank you.

Greg was a life saver best rates in town got there quick did his job and went over and beyond. Great customer service if you aren't calling him you ain't getting good honest towing. Definitely taking him as much business as I can.

We were stuck with our truck disabled while towing our travel trailer on an over 100* Sunday when I called Kern Towing Service. The man who answered the phone asked where I was (we were 30 miles outside Bakersfield, right off the 5) and promptly said "No I can't do that today. Bye." I guess it's his prerogative whether he wants to take a job on a Sunday, but we were quite disappointed that he couldn't be bothered to come help a family stuck out in the heat.
