Greg is possibly the BEST tow driver I've ever dealt with in 16 years as a truck driver. He was fast, courteous, and professional. He not only towed my truck quickly and safely, he also facilitated getting me checked in with the local Freightliner shop. 10/10
I didn't use their service but I'm giving 5 stars for their taking the time to notify me of the delay in service due to an unexpected occurrence. I called another company and waited almost 2 hours for service without any contact from the company when it was originally estimated that the wait would be 25 to 40 minutes. I appreciate being notified. Thank you.

Kern Towing is amazing. Helped me out with a tow while I was stuck on I-5. Great communication, friendly service and great people. I got the dream team father son combo and it turned a bummer situation into a pleasant experience. Grateful for their help and expertise.
We were stuck with our truck disabled while towing our travel trailer on an over 100* Sunday when I called Kern Towing Service. The man who answered the phone asked where I was (we were 30 miles outside Bakersfield, right off the 5) and promptly said "No I can't do that today. Bye." I guess it's his prerogative whether he wants to take a job on a Sunday, but we were quite disappointed that he couldn't be bothered to come help a family stuck out in the heat.
