They came to my car at 4:30pm in Bakersfield and the guy realized the tow was to porterville but he wanted to go home which was in Mojave so he literally left without saying anything! Triple A scheduled another tow which was to be here at 7. Happened to be same company and at 7:50 we call and they say not until 10:30! This company is rude

I would NEVER recommend this company. They drive recklessly and dangerously. One of the tow trucks was driving recklessly on the freeway, tailgating a car in an offramp lane. As I was driving past him in my car with my daughter, trying to get away from his reckless behavior, he tried to merge into our lane while failing to look in his side mirror and almost ran us off the road. I honked at him and he swerved back into his lane only to slow down and get behind me and blare his horn while shining his high beams on us. I will do my best to ensure that everyone who searches this tow company knows how dangerous, inconsiderate and reckless they are on the road. You know who you are and you should be ashamed of yourself.
I was so appreciated of the service. I was out in no where land and he found me and put some gas in my car to get me to the nearest station. Thank you so much
The BEST towing service ever! ?✨ Our car broke down at 1 AM on the way back from Yosemite, and what could’ve been a nightmare turned into one of the most fun rides ever. G-Dogg was our tow guy and he was AWESOME—calm, full of life, and so animated that the 3.5-hour drive flew by with nonstop laughs. His truck was sparkling clean too. Who knew a tow could actually be a highlight of the trip?! It's 10 stars! And Angie their dispatcher was even more awesome than AAA!
We were connected to this company through AAA and they were amazing!! We got help from OG (Olgar) and he was an absolute delight! Extremely helpful and very quick! We were expecting a long wait but only had to wait 20 minutes at the point from calling AAA it was perfect! I can’t recommend this company enough!! Thank you for helping me and my old man dad. Lol
We were connected with Castro via AAA. We had a tire failure in Buttonwillow, CA off of Interstate 5. Castro was able to provide us with a new tire at a reasonable price and we were back up and running quickly. They were very professional and did not take advantage of the situation we were in. We highly recommend them for any roadside repairs.

Christian and Alex were awesome. Trailer broke down 145 mile from our house with my wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs. They got there as fast as they could for an oversized trailer and went above and beyond to make sure they didn't damage the trailer and took good care of us. Even after they unloaded the trailer at 430am they were happy to stay and help me parking it. Glad to find a company with great customer service and knowledgeable employees. If you need an rv towed, these are your guys.

I came to the Bakersfield airport to pick up a load and the 2 Castro Towing drivers - Sabas and Christian - went above and beyond. Both guys had great team work and customer service.
