I called this company to remove a vehicle and they never replied back on the text messages and each time I would call them they would hang up on me never again

This company is one of the worst. My car was “recovered by them” after being stolen and they will only accept Cash… and don’t give you any paperwork…. I have an attorney looking into them. Something just isn’t right… the guy accused me of being on drugs because I asked questions as to why they only accept cash and don’t give paperwork…. I’m letting everyone know how they operate. If they treated me decent, I wouldn’t be writing this. I know I’m not the only one.

Ignore the bad reviews. They're professionals and can't be blamed for how ignorant others are. They've helped us in our times of need so many times. They have the FASTEST response time of any towing service. They're friendly and caring workers. They're reliable and great.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are horrible. They basically stole our car. Posted is where the car was parked. Please notice there is not a "no parking" sign posted anywhere near this spot. They are shady, and we had to meet them on the side of the road with cash only! They are the worst.

This towing company is an absolute SCAM!! their employees are rude, he kept asking if he was making me mad over and over very unprofessional! I tried paying with card and he said they do not accept card only cash! so he drives me to the ATM so I can pull money out!! Which I highly doubt they only accept cash and also he kept saying they are closed but yet they advertise 24hrs?!?! Like I said this towing company is a SCAM!

Llegaron a mi casa a levantar el carro de mi esposo alas 6:15 que estaba parquiado afuera solo en lo que entro a comer y avía otro carro parquiado desde las 4 pm y no Isidro nada hasta que mi esposo le dijo al muchacho

This company and people in it are thieves. They illegally tow your car. Refuse to let you get your property.. won't answer your calls.. and refuse to tell you where your car is.i can't believe they are in business!! But that's okay,,cause they also stole my son's car!! And that will come with regret!! They suck

Just towed away one of our vehicles with keys still in the ignition for being "parked" in an illegal space, the vehicle was not "parked" but was literally still in use and only idling for 5-7 minutes before being stolen from the front of our home. Called and they refused me access to the vehicle even though they where still open and refused to give me a location, had to find them myself.

Careful everyone they steal your cars/trucks. They called my dad because they found his truck with no tires, parts of the engine missing and no cadillac converters and they didnt want to give him their address so he can go see his truck. A day later they called again saying someone broke into their yard and stole his truck! Wierd how someone can steal a truck with no wheels. I went their myself because my dads a truck driver and was out of town. The kid wouldnt let me speak or get answers and hung up on me twice. Ive had people tell me they steal the cars/trucks and strip them and try to make it seem like they found it and charge the owner for the towing. I smell a lawsuit coming pretty soon.

HORRIBLE customer service. Save the headache and look around/elsewhere.

Called them as INSTRUCTED to have a illegally parked vehicle towed in my Mother's neighborhood. Was told I could not call that management had to. Management was not in the office and frankly even if they were most likely would not have called. So I do not understand why a tenant can't call to remedy this situation!

Super quick, very professional. Called and was greeted by a friendly voice. Assured me he’d be there ASAP. Towed my vehicle to where I asked and was knowledgeable with the area. Highly recommend.

Our Apts have a contract with them and they NEVER answer the phone when I call. It's ridiculous, do better!

Omg today I ran out of gas and was stranded on the side of the road in a very dangerous spot. I was trying frantically to find ny roadside assistance number and out of no where an angel appeared in the form of a tow truck. I was literally 2 blocks from the gas station and he picked my car up and gave me a quick haul to the gas station. Thank you so much to that driver for pulling over and assisting me . i appreciate you so much you have no idea...

Im glad i called Chinos Towing to get my my husbands car home he came fast and the price was really reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you need towing!!

So you guys charge $300 for impound fees for one day then don't even give a receipt for payment and then say cash only seems like someone is pocketing the money, you should really keep track of your shady employees, I've worked in towing for quite some time and have never heard of a company that does that you guys are a joke, and it's also pretty disgusting you have that fat girl on your payroll going around saying she's a concerned citizen just scoping out cars

What happen to the good old days were real men kepted there word... I made an appointment the night before and got a text saying to confirm appointment @7 am so I did guy never showed
