This place is not ethical, run. Take pictures! These folks don't follow the law regarding repossessions. No inventory, no law followed. I've lost thousands of dollars of tools, they even kept the dentures which could cost $4200 to replace.
Love how fast, honest, and reliable they are. Even though I’m in a different state, they still provided great service. I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend!
Worse service EVER! They damaged my vehicle and will not own up to it!!! I took pictures as soon as I picked up the vehicle of the damages. The girl that works there called her boss and was instructed to take photos and they will still not cover the damages. During one of the 20xs I've call the owner finally answered me and said he would make an appointment for me to take my car into a shop and would call me with a date and a month later still no response!

I was evicted by my brother from my family home after he got me written off my father’s will. My father gave me his car, but my brother got my dad to sign the title over to him, and he repossessed it the same day. I have a mental illness and am disabled. My brother, Benjamin, knew that, but he didn’t inform the tow truck company or the sheriff’s department. This company claims that they specialize in non confrontational repossession. When I tried to save my car, this guy got in and started fighting me. I fought like my life depended on it, because it did. He ended up with a bloody nose and whining about how I punched him, which was a lie. He was going to press charges, and I said, “bring it.” He did not press charges. Later that night, I found a bruise on my right jaw. He hit me too. I am generally a peaceful person, but my flight or flight instincts were activated, as was my mental illness. This is not a good company. They are very confrontational. I will be filing a report with the police department. I will also be seeking representation with Adult Protective Services, should they pursue any further action against me.
This company came and collected our vehicle. Yes it was our fault that we fell behind on payments but we made that right with the bank. The woman that answered the phones answered the questions we did have which is why it gets the 2 stars. That’s where it turns.As a veteran I am very big on honesty and principle. I’m not looking to get anything more than my property back. Our vehicle was cleaned out and not all of our items were returned to us and some of them had been broken. I understand not everything is going to be hand packaged and placed in bubble wrap and I understand not giving knives or weapons back but there was no need for glass items to be broken. Our Halo jump box and tire inflator was on the floorboard in its bag since that was the only way to drive until it got a new battery 2 days prior and my pregnant fiance was worried it wouldn’t start without it even with the battery replacement. It magically walked away after they took the vehicle and now it’s just hearsay about whether or not it was there and since I don’t have a picture of it there, there’s no proof. Completely unacceptable for a business to just take what they want because they know there’s no proof of it. If you happen to have them come to you whether it’s a tow or a repo, make sure to have pictures of everything so your stuff doesn’t walk away.
My car was picked up do to a parking violation on a Sunday, I call to see if I can get my car the same day and was told that I have to wait till Monday morning, so on Monday morning I call and they told me that I have to schedule an appointment for pick up. By this time my wife miss work and my kids couldn’t make it to school. They told me I have to wait till 4:00pm, I ask if I could get an earlier time because I needed the car, so they gave me 9:00am, when I went to pick up the car, I told the lady that I wasn’t gonna sign anything until I do an inspection on the car she didn’t like that. When doing the inspection of the car i noticed a huge scratch on the left front bumper, I ask them about it, they keep saying that they never did that, they keep saying that they have to check the cameras to see if they did it…. I take full responsibility on the parking violation and paid for the release of my car….BUT THEY HAVE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR…..!!!
When getting my truck back, the shift was completely loose/broken, now it has to be fixed.. I asked to install parts to start vehicle but would not let me (somewhat understandable) but charging an extra 45 because i went and asked the procedure of recovering my vehicle the 2nd time i had to ask is what frustrated me.
So the transmission isnt shifting due to something you guys did.
Instead of arguing, just do better. It must be
hard always preying on others misery.
My son was hospitalized for 1 month. At some point during his hospitalization his car was towed. When we found out it was towed, I called to see what could be done about it. I spoke to a man, who asked if my son would be released before September and I told him yes. He said that when my son was released, we’ll work something out. In hindsight, I’m guessing that September would have been the sell date of the car. At that time, the total was at $1300. (by time my son picked up the car, it was $1725) The day before my son was released, we called and spoke to the woman who runs the office. She said that fees are set and nobody can change them except the owner. She said she would call us back later that day, but never called back. The next day, on the day of my son’s release from the hospital, we again inquired to speak to the owner. The same lady who we had spoke to the day before, said he wasn’t available and she doesn’t know how to contact him. In fact, she said she doesn’t even know his name, she just calls him Happy. I asked, if there was an emergency you wouldn’t know how to contact him? To which she replied, “Yes, I know how to contact him in an emergency and this isn’t an emergency.” She gave us the company email address but no one responded to our email. She told us we were welcome to call back to see if we could catch him in the office, and we did. Multiple times, to no avail. The day after his release, we knew the car would have to be picked up that day one way or the other, regardless of if the owner contacted us (he never did). I checked the company website and company review sites to see if I could find any other contact info and I couldn’t. But, I did see a review where someone could’t pick up their car because its cash only. We called to make appt to pick up car (around 9am) and the lady told us that there were no appointments available that day. I asked if she was saying we couldn’t pick up the car because they don’t have opening, but at the same time they are going to charge us for that extra day? She put me on hold and finally gave us an appointment for that afternoon. I asked what he needed to bring (only registered owner can pick up car.. if he had been hospitalized even longer, it would have been his tough luck) She said his id and keys and “payment.” I in fact asked her twice what he needed to bring and she never volunteered the info that the payment had to be in cash and who pays cash for anything? Only after I asked if paying with a card was ok, did she offer the info about cash only policy, saying “you have to pay cash. My card machine is down.” So if he had showed up without cash, they would have kept his car for another day and billed accordingly. Unpleasant situations come up in life. No big deal. Its the unpleasant people in life that suck.
Best towing company hands down, very professional and generous, not to mention only one flat rate of 100$, very grateful I got to experience their service through my hard time
