Jose Ramos provided great timely and professional service. I broke down going south bound 5 frwy up the grapevine incline. Had great communication with dispatch and himself as to how far along they are and arrived when they said they would. Hooked up my tractor and trailer within the hour and we headed back to my yard in Cypress, CA. Would definitely recommend Ramos towing for all your towing needs.
Gilbert was sent to me through AAA. He was on time, courteous and professional. He quickly loaded up my vehicle, and took me, and my dog, to the tire repair shop. (She liked him too)

Worst experience, first when I called they didn’t have my car on record because somebody forgot to turn in the paper work and when it got the car picked up to be taken to the shop they couldn’t find my Keys I called them to see where the keys were and the guy said that he just threw them in there ,… extremely unprofessional and unreliable
