Got towed tuesday, Friday my axel almost came out. The nuts were hand right when I checked them after they left but only a couple hundred miles later everything came apart. Ended up having to change my axle seal. Contacting them to see if they give at least a partial refund to cover some of the cost. The tow itself was good.

Today, I endured a wait of over 4 hours for AAA to arrange an emergency tow in Arvin, CA. During this frustrating wait, I noticed a sign for Golden Empire in the parking lot and decided to give them a call out of desperation. To my relief, my call was answered promptly and I received exceptional customer service. Remarkably, a flatbed arrived to tow my Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes of my call. Albert, from Golden Empire, towed my vehicle over 75 miles to my specified destination in San Fernando, CA. He provided a photo upon delivery and followed my instructions precisely on where to leave the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'm incredibly grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend this tow truck company to anyone in need.

I can’t remember my drivers name as I forgot to get his card. He was absolutely amazing!! He deserves the brand new truck he got!!! He is passionate about helping others and shows great pride in his work. I’m thankful to be the first tow he had with his new truck! Hopefully that all describes the driver I’m talking about!!! Please tell him I’m grateful for his help as I was stranded on the freeway right by my exit!!

I have had two vehicles towed by Golden Empire towing both times. The drivers were absolutely helpful. They were very nice. They’re very respectful. They did a great job for me and I would recommend them to anyone and if I need another tow I’m absolutely gonna call Golden Empire towing.

Frank was outstanding! Extremely great customer service and outgoing! Me and my husband were sooo happy with his service! He was willing to come even sooner to help us than the original time, and was so quick and caring with my husbands car making sure to meet even the small requests my husband made! Durning tough times they came in quick! (15mnts) Albert was the tow guy and he was polite and friendly and thats what you need when your stranded. Saved the number for future use!

Hands down the most knowledgeable and skilled tow truck/wrecker operator I've met in my entire life. They have dedicated night shift crew light and heavy trucks. He explained to me after I asked, what he was doing when he was hooking up my truck and I learned quite a bit. I believe his name was Sam. He also had open communication with his coworkers to help them while he worked which is awesome. Sam if you're wondering, my oil filter housing was cracked on the back side pretty bad, which is why there was soooo much oil! Thank you sir, it was a pleasure and I appreciate it.

Professional, quick, and friendly! I was locked out of my car, and my tow-driver Albert had everything set right in less than 5 minutes, with a smile on his face all the way.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the demeanor of the communication center. My tow truck driver was awesome though. Very nice guy, great communication, was able to safely load my Jeep on the truck.

Golden Empire Towing was amazing after our breakdown on Interstate 5. We waited a little less than an hour for the truck to come. Our driver, Albert, was not only experienced and helpful, but he was also kind and generous. He went above and beyond by giving us a ride to the rental car agency after dropping our car off. Highly recommended!

I had a 5th wheel that I needed to relocate and golden empire made sure I was tooken care of. I have NO complaints at all, the arrival time was excellent, the service was wonderful, the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond normal customer service to make sure I was satisfied. And upon arriving at the new location, he didn't just drop it off, collect the money, and run, no he precisely placed my 5th wheel in the exact location that I asked him to and made sure I was happy before he disconnected it. I'm DEFINITELY using this company again for any of my next tows!!

What a great experience! I had a axel on my travel trailer go out on way home from Socal on I5. I called Golden Empire to tow my trailer with a flatbed trailer to a bakersfield rv repair shop. They were to me within an hour and Jared did a great job getting the trailer up on a large flatbed. They communicated well and did a great job getting me off the side of the road!

I've actually never had a bad experience with any Employee at Golden Empire Towing, from dispatch, to the lovely ladies in the front to the grunt workers in the yard...and yes of course the Drivers!! The driver Anthony was there on time when they told me they would be, and he did everything with a smile on his face. He was never in a hurry. He offered to take me wherever I wanted to. It was actually one of the best experiences I’ve ever had thanks to him. To get your big rig towed during an unfortunate situation these are the only people I would use!!

This phenomenal tow driver with some serious skills came to our rescue and towed my oversized diesel truck to a nearby shop. I learned of a new way to hitch my truck when it needs a long tow.
