Called Golden Empire Towing for my motorcycle after a previous towing company fell through. Carlos came in about an hour. He was friendly & professional. I appreciate the prompt response.
Golden empire has always done a great job for me. I have had them tow my classic VW's numerous times without any issue. I always seem to get the same driver which is a plus because he already knows whats up. Good company
After getting stuck in deep mud. Called to get us winched.Joe in the office was great! Tony showed up to save the day. Very friendly, great customer service and made it a little less stressful. Highly recommended!
I was driving home from work on Christmas Eve and unexpectedly got a flat tire. When I went to pull over thankfully these guys were already helping out another person on the side of the road and kindly help me out too by putting my spare on for me. I am very lucky to have met Albert and his crew in my time of need and I’m also so thankful for how nice they were. I was back on the road in what felt like less than a minute!
Had the honors of meeting Tony today to tow my 2025 volvo to the bakersfield volvo. First time in 15 years of meeting a tow truck driver that was passionate about his job and made my situation a lot easier to be in. This truck has the new electronic brake system so i was a little worried about not having the knowledge or proper tools to tow this truck but after speaking to Tony he said he has studied and was waiting for this system to come to him. It was great knowing that and he had it hooked up and ready to go in no time. Give Tony a raise and keep this guy around.

This is the best service I’ve ever had roadside. With a larger Dooley pick up truck and a large trailer, They are accessible more than anyone I’ve come in contact with highly recommend in the middle of nowhere no matter what time a day or where…these guys work hard and you should trust them thoroughly. Amazing customer service, from calling for a tow, to getting me where I needed to get my car quicker than even estimated during call. Amazing staff who really do care about your safety and making sure you are able to get a tow fairly quick. Courtland was amazing and friendly, taking care with my brand new car that shouldn’t have needed this tow, but did.
Dispatcher was informed and made it easy. The tow driver moved quickly and got us on the road. However, they told me arrival times that were not really accurate, and I waited much longer for them to arrive then I had hoped.

The dispatcher, Joe was awesome. Everything was organized and ready to go within minutes. Ryan, the driver, did exactky what I asked of him prior to him leaving town. The entire process was seamless. Ryan even sent a text with a picture of our truck unloaded at the mechanic's shop when he finished. Will definitely be calling Golden Empire again if we need a vehicle hauled. Can't thank them enough for the wonderful service!

I would not use this company based on the fact that on August 15 while traveling the speed limit in the right lane of westbound Hwy 46 near Lost Hills Road, we had an encounter with a Golden Empire Towing truck. He passed us on the left going way above the speed limit, tossing up a rock from the road that hit our window and cracked it immediately. Reckless drivers are not who I'd want towing my vehicle.
A fried alternator had me stranded miles from nowhere. Garrett was dispatched to rescue my F-150 on Hwy 395 on a Sunday afternoon. His friendly and professional demeanor lowered my stress level!

I was highly impressed, the service was amazing..! The driver was very respectful and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and Concerns… All I can say is we need more people like that around…! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Late in the day and pouring rain, very low custom car with no parking brake or brakes. They were quick but not "stress me out" or "jack my car up" quick. Knew what they were doing and took the steps to do it right...even with the rain. Didn't lose any bumpers or get hung up on the frame. Thanks again, Shane P

One of the best tows I’ve ever had for being quite a low car the gentleman was very professional and didn’t end up breaking my carbon splitter. For having a low car it’s quite hard to find a tow you can trust. The professionalism and the respect the gentleman mad for me and my girl was top of the line if there was a tip I would have left one much appreciation to golden empire
Today, I endured a wait of over 4 hours for AAA to arrange an emergency tow in Arvin, CA. During this frustrating wait, I noticed a sign for Golden Empire in the parking lot and decided to give them a call out of desperation. To my relief, my call was answered promptly and I received exceptional customer service. Remarkably, a flatbed arrived to tow my Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes of my call.
Albert, from Golden Empire, towed my vehicle over 75 miles to my specified destination in San Fernando, CA. He provided a photo upon delivery and followed my instructions precisely on where to leave the vehicle.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and skilled tow truck/wrecker operator I've met in my entire life. They have dedicated night shift crew light and heavy trucks. He explained to me after I asked, what he was doing when he was hooking up my truck and I learned quite a bit. I believe his name was Sam. He also had open communication with his coworkers to help them while he worked which is awesome. Sam if you're wondering, my oil filter housing was cracked on the back side pretty bad, which is why there was soooo much oil! Thank you sir, it was a pleasure and I appreciate it.
