I got a flat tire last night in the middle of no where with my two kids and my grandaughter.....we were stuck in the middle of no where. I have changed a hundred flat tires but I couldn't change this one because the rim on my spare doesn't fit, someone sold me the car that way, anyways I called two places before these guys and their prices were way above what I could afford....it was getting so late and cold and it sucked, I called these guys expecting the same price as the others but, I was wrong, these guys charged almost half what the other two were, and they were so polite, the driver the dispatcher , so of them! And they didn't take forever getting to us. I am. So thankful for them

Amazing service!! Nate was the guy that helped me out and am absolutely great job. He came out extremely fast and got me exactly the help I needed immediately. He also was really friendly and it was really easy to work with him as well. It made breaking down on the side of the road a whole lot easier to deal with!!! I highly recommend this Nate and Nitro Towing as they actually came on the weekend which a lot of places do not do. I called another service first and they said they couldn’t have anyone there until Monday and it was a Saturday. Nitro set me up in less ha 3 minutes flat! So, I would say if your car ever breaks down definitely call Nitro Towing and ask for Nate! He’s the one I trust for sure!

We went for a wedding in Bakersfield, my jeep Over heated and needed to get it towed to Victorville. Nitro towing was the only one that acted the tow. Nate was our driver and he was professional and made the ride back pleasant. Thank you guys again for helping us out at 11:00 pm when no other tow company would. It was a 2 1/2 tow back home.

Nitro towing, on Oct 15 you willing left me and my daughter stranded on hwy 5, because you refused to take us to the correct location. After being on the hwy for over four hours you decided to just leave us there. You lifted your bed back up and LEFT!! You are an absolute horrible human being and hope no one does this to anyone in your family. If you value your life, DO NOT, contact this disgusting company! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

Called 1 1/2 hour before I had an appointment with my mechanic they said they would be able to get me there on time. 1/2 hour before My appointment they texted me saying that the driver is running behind I never made My appointment. Bad service and could not plan their drivers better. Not using them anymore

I locked my keys in my trunk. Needed a lock smith and my boyfriend told me to call nitro towing. The guy that got there was super efficient and speedy. Took him about 3 minutes to get my car unlocked and we got my keys out! He was super sweet and reassured me that this happens a lot. Definitely will be using Nitro Towing again in the future.

My husband broke down in the freeway Friday night. Being it was Friday we were expecting a long delay. Called Nitro Towing and they helped right away. Dispatcher gave arrival estimate about 15 minutes. Tow truck arrived quickly and got my husband off the freeway. Great customer service from tow truck driver and despatcher. Hopefully we don’t need another tow but if we do we will be calling here.
