Our tow truck driver Anthony tonight was amazing! Such a blessing to have him come to the rescue! He was an awesome guy, very professional, very respectful, literally gonna choose Diamond Club towing no matter what the price may be from here on out! Never again choosing another towing company! You guys got a loyal customer for life’ definitely recommending to everyone including friends and family to choose go with you guy for excellent service!
Refused service because the tow truck driver was getting ready to clock out at 6pm. And no other people worked there apparently? Driver claimed that a "special tool" was needed to remove the car battery. When we explained that there was no such tool, the driver was adamant about it. So we removed the battery ourselves so he couldn't use that excuse. Then he claimed that he doesn't have a tool to code the battery, so even if he installed it, it wouldn't work. We've had this battery replaced by a roadside tech before and it had zero problems. The dealership codes the battery, and it's not even necessary. When we explained that what he was saying was false. They said we could wait until morning for help. Like they'd magically have "the tool" in the morning? Not sure if they didn't want to help us because it was a warranty call, or they were just lazy. But their office was 8 minutes from our location and couldn't do a 10 minute battery replacement? They ended up cancelling our call. Avoid these people at all costs. They'll just lie to you.
Left me stranded on the side of the road and told me it was too far for their drivers to go. I’ve had AAA membership for over 31 years and have never been treated like this. Literally left me on the side of a freeway in danger. Would not use or recommend. I would leave less than one star if it was possible

Hugo Velazquez and Diamond Club Towing rescued us when others wouldn't. Our vehicle stopped running off of Hwy 395 and we were forced to call AAA. The closest towing company twice refused to take the call, but AAA dispatch kept looking, and after a day Diamond Club was able to free up Hugo Velasquez, an intrepid and always positive bundle of energy. Despite the distance, Hugo arrived quickly, cheerfully plucked us off the mountain and delivered our vehicle safely to a dealer capable of taking it in. Many thanks to both Hugo and Diamond Club. Highly recommend, will stay on our list should the need arise.
Today started off extremely stressful when my car broke down in the middle of a left turn lane in front of a high school during morning drop off...I was so greatful for Hugu from Diamond Towing when he showed up quickly and was able to fix this simple issue and get me on my way. He was incredibly kind and professional and made a very stressful situation not so horrible. THANK YOU HUGO!
