Esmeralda was phenomenal in helping get my car towed to the dealership. She went above and beyond in helping me figure out the best possible option there is. Driver Arturo was also phenomenal and handled my vehicle with great care and I couldn’t ask for better customer service rep and towing company. Definitely a must use if you need any towing servicing need!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Extremely happy with its services. Our drivers, Alexis and Michael, were very nice to us. We were stuck on the side of the freeway in the Grapevine with two young kids and they came to our rescue immediately. One driver was at the end of his shift while the other was on his day off. Definitely recommend them.

They were super friendly and got all my important information needed. My car shift interlock was lock had to take it to the mechanic and they were able to do it without no problem. I will highly recommend it if you need help. They are 24/7 open.

My towing experience was fast and exactly what I needed it to be. The team kept in communication with me and I was able to track how far the tow truck was through their gps enabled system. The tow truck driver sent me photos of the car after it was dropped off. 10/10
It was pretty fast and straight forward getting someone out to me and as soon as the driver called he was already on his way and he was extremely polite, sweet and efficient and even made sure I could safely get back on the road since I was stuck on the highway. If you get Michael as the driver he’s great!

I experienced vehicle trouble Just outside of Bakersfield. After having a bad experience with another tow company in the area, MJY towing took over the service call. From the beginning, they kept me informed, and their response time to me was very reasonable. JAVIER, who arrived to assist was very professional, and courteous. He successfully got my daughter, and I along with their truck home safe. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Got a flat 1.5 miles south of Grapevine on the I-5 North. I used my Progressive app for roadside assistance and they sent MJY Towing. I had an excellent experience with them. I was distracted by highway patrol, they were making sure I was OK. MJY Towing snuck in like a ninja and parked in front of my vehicle undetected. Wish I got the gentleman's name. He whipped out his jack and tools and set me straight super quickly.
