Waited for a Tow truck for 3 hours. Driver never came. They never answered their phone. Zero communication. Driver never showed up. Almost ruined my vacation. If you can’t come, please say so.
Horrible customer service
They left me stranded on the grapevine for 3hr. Had to call for a better service provider that actually showed up in 30 minutes. If you have the option NEVER use this company! Wasted my time, money, and patience.
If I could give a zero I would. After waiting for an hour and a half which was initially supposed to be 45 minutes to dispatch, then being told they would be here in 20 to 30 minutes and were on their way. Tried texting after 30 more minutes no response. Called AAA back after learning their reviews were bad. Was told it would be another 30 minutes. I said no way. Poor service. Sounds like this happens alot after reading reviews. 2.3 star rating is not good. Hope you guys figure it out or you won't be in business long.
This place is unreliable I was patient and understanding they had me leave my keys in my car on the side of the freeway told me it would be about 3 hours, 3 hours turned into 8 and then they stoped answering my texts and calls sent me straight to voicemail never came to get my car I don’t even think they were on the way it was all fraud to drag it out as long as they could to collect payment from my insurance company
They stole my car after I was told how many miles that wasn’t cover I told them to cancel the trip they still went and took anyways because they thought dealership was going pay for it they didn’t I got charged 4k plus they lied to aaa that I didn’t cancel the trip and also they said I told the dealership was paying for it when I clearly didn’t because I have the text message with the tow yard , I’m out of car and more so now how to smalls claims court and all that jazz
They took my car then stopped responding at their phone or messages whatsoever. Called over 20 times no answer. They basically stole the vehicle so they can try to make extra storage money. What a scammers car will be reported stolen as of right now
I had requested a quote through message and got an immediate response. Sara worked with me to very quickly get my truck towed home and communicated regularly with me and my husband. Hands down best experience following a very terrible day having our truck break down.
Worst experience. Don’t use this company. It will save you 2 hrs just to call a different company. Terrible service over the phone with the office. No ETA update. And they will ignore your calls. There is a reason this company only has 1 star.
Terrible service. They came to pickup my car, didn’t load my car. Just left and never told me?? They told my insurance they delivered but never did. Shady and irresponsible!
