Would a greater team they have n awesome staffs

Nurses trying to talk patients and families out of sending worsening patients to the hospital. Not enough staffing left my mom sitting in a soiled diaper all day.

Nearly great facility! There is a reason they are still in service! Tells half-truths to patients and their families. I recommend sending loved ones here to receive minimalistic care. Sure some providers, CNAs, and staff ignore call lights and mock patients but that is expected because there is more than only one patient there. Overall it smells really good there and I would recommend for that alone!

I was a patient at heritage, they took very good care of me and the staff were very professional and kind. Shure there were delays on call button time but I wasn't the only patient there. The doctor's were excellent in there care and listened to my words and concerns and did allot to help. Sodid the nurse's and staff There's alot of staff I want to name but I'd say it was a team effort ? thank you for all your help ? I'd definitely recommend heritage if you need it its there ?

As a resident of the facility I think the staff and nurses and CNA'S, Doctors,PT'S are excellent at what they do it the best post acute in Scottsdale.

I am so happy with this rehab center, it can be tough deciding where to place your family’s well-being with, but this facility takes great care of my mother. I would recommend anymore who needs treatment to come here. From the 1st call to the therapy, outstanding!!! Alexis is a gem, she assisted me when I had questions, she is one of a kind!!

Beautiful establishment and staff. They put their all into taking care of my family member and I don’t think I would’ve been able to get my family half the way back to functioning as heritage court was able to. I appreciate them beyond words.

Ashley at Heritage Court is outstanding! She is always warm, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Her dedication to the residents and her calm, positive presence make such a difference every day. You can tell she truly cares and puts her heart into everything she does. Heritage Court is lucky to have someone as compassionate and dependable as Ashley on their team!

They are the WORST! Don’t let your family members stay there. My mother stayed there for only one night. She called me to get her out of there the next day. She called to go to the bathroom and they never came. She had to pee in the bed. While I was there it also took them a half an hour to take her to the bathroom. If you love your family or friends don’t ever let them stay there! Nobody knows what they are doing there. My mother had her first panic attack there. Never again!!!

This place was very negligent with my dietary restriction very negligent with meds that was to be given me took from 30 to 55 minutes before assistance. Some staff was very nice And others were rude. I suggest you consider your options was there 4 days yet toget bathing I thank God I was.mobil enough to wash my self to a degree

Long story short I went to this facility just for hip replacement recovery.not only inadequate care and facility conditions to concerns about resident well-being and staff shortages. But I’ve watched caregivers ignore residents call buttons for hours, while sitting at the desk doing nothing. I once waited 2 hour for medication, which was brought to me after experiencing the med tech being disrespectful and rude and me getting ready to go home because I couldn’t deal with the terrible treatment. Please reconsider sending your love ones to this facility.

This place is wonderful, they have excellent amazing staff to take care of patients; everyone is attentive and approachable and answers all questions or will find someone to answer your questions. The facility itself is clean, well kept, and smells good. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at Heritage Court was amazing. They were helpful. And very timely with their responses many of the nurses and CNA‘s were very quick to come to my grandpa‘s rescue when he needed help. I was confident leaving him there because they took such good care of him when I couldn’t.

Not only did they leave my mom in a wheelchair for hours on end ,she was also left sitting in a diaper that was so saturated it was puddling urine under the wheelchair. Then when it was time to order medical items for home care , they placed the same order 3 times even after being advised that the RX code was incorrect. I do not recommend Heritage court post acute facility in Scottsdale, AZ

If no stars was an option I’d leave that, if you care about your loved ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Day shift seems to be pretty decent but night shift is a whole another story…my mother will be sitting in her own waste for 4+ hours as she calls for assistance and being told to “hold on” because they are busy with other tasks (I’m sure there’s more than one person working at night) as she can hear them laughing in the hall. By the time I get there in the morning she’s cleaned up so obviously night shift is not doing their job. Get better staff for night shift Heritage court this is extremely unacceptable.

Facility is clean upon walk through and well run. Odors are minimal or not at all. Staff are exhibited with positive attitudes & efficient as they can be with patient requests/call lights. Staff look presentable & approachable. Staff acknowledge others as they pass by with "hello" or a smile. Teamwork makes the Dream work around here which is refreshing!

Heritage Court provides exceptional care with a compassionate and professional staff. The facilities are clean and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent care for their loved ones.

I had to get to get multiple heavy cycles of antibiotics for 7 weeks, and being discharged on Saturday. The quality of care I received… from my Case Manager, Social Worker, MD, RNs’, LPNs’, and CNAs’ was excellent. I was comfortable, and they treated me with respect. Sincerely, Frank Carusi

Wonderful and caring staff. Knowing where to get help for your family members can be so hard during a stressful time but these guys took care of everything. I felt very happy with our choice. Good staff and comfortable environment.

My father had a great experience at Heritage Court. Staff was very kind and very helpful answering all my questions. Rooms were clean, and they were great at handling his specific diet.

If you cherish someone DO NOT bring them to Heritage Court. My amazing mom came for rehab-to get stronger. She declined all 4 days she was there-alarmed at her neglect and decline we took her home. Mom passed away 4 days after. She was placed by the nurses station so she get extra attention-when she pushed her button it would sometimes take 45 minutes for someone to come even though I’d find the nurses talking in their station. There are a couple of caring people but on the whole this is a dirty, sad facility. Letting mom stay there even for 4 days haunts us all. Photos of mom’s room attached

I got the opportunity to visit my friends grandma who is like family to me, and immediately was greeted by kind, friendly and caring staff. They have certified wound care nurses who are there 7 days a week, an amazing therapy team who treats their patients like family, and amazing nurses and CNAs who ensure the patient is taken care of by ensuring their needs are met and that their dignity is highlighted. Could not recommend heritage court more!

Heritage Court took excellent care of my mother after she had hip replacement surgery. They have a wonderful team of people working there from rehab, dietary, and nursing were all caring, compassionate, and attentive to my mothers every need. I highly recommend Heritage Court.

I took my mom here several years ago and never had any problems at all. The staff and nurses were very helpful. My mom, which is almost blind started having problems with what day it was and the time. She was in the first stages of dementia and would forget to drink her water or try to hide her blood pressure meds or accidentally drop them thinking she took them. The home was always very clean and when I would walk in they always had iced water on the table for her or she was being fed or showered. She had an incident where she fell and they contacted me right away to let me know they took her to the hospital and did X-rays but no broken bones. When my mom came home over a month later she had not only put on some weight but her mind seemed to be much better. I would definitely recommend this home if anyone asked my opinion. They treated my mom with such love and care.

Had an excellent experience at Heritage Court. I have been to other care centers & this was the best. Plus you have your own room & bathroom. The treatment by everyone was excellent. All who work there are always happy & make you feel very comfortable. Their positive attitudes alway made me feel happy also.

Heritage Court is much better than being at home with a daily routine of 5 IV drips required by a surprise skin infection after my husband’s total knee replacement. No one actively seeks to be in a rehab facility, so our unhappy attitude was the first and largest hurdle to healing. When we realized the medication list from the hospital was incomplete, the staff was very transparent with the information they had received. All was corrected to our satisfaction. The total time spent at Heritage was 12 days. We experienced and observed the skill and caring of all of the staff with whom we came in contact. The driver, who transported my husband from a hospital in a different part of the valley, gave us a positive opinion of the recent facility remodel. He was correct. The building is not state of the art, but is absolutely adequate. We probably came in contact with most of the employees as we walked the wide, non-carpeted and easy to clean hallways between IV drips. The pace the employees maintain to keep everyone comfortable and improving is amazing to watch. Everyone is unfailingly sweet and polite even when multi-tasking like super heroes. The food has variety with perfect portions for the sedentary – it was much better than hospital cuisine. Heritage Court has repeatability – as in we would trust ourselves or loved ones to their care again, if necessary. If six stars were possible, I’d consider it. Thank you to all.
