The staff at this location is AWESOME!! I called ahead . The girl who answered the phone knew who I was when I walked through the door the moment I said hi. She was very kind and helpful! She explained what was needed and assured me everything was going to be ok! AND it is… THANK YOU !!!

Fantastic team at the store on Butherus! They are led by the best - Tammy the manager who provides a wonderful customer experience! Came in for a new battery for my SUV. Last one bought at this O’Reilly store four and half years ago. Can believe it lasted over four years. Tammy updated my info, found a new battery and installed it for me! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My family and I will continue to support this location. Thank you Tammy!

The folks at OReillys are the best. Sapphire at the Scottsdale store was fantastic yesterday. I came it to have my truck battery tested. She did so quickly and efficiently. The battery was not charging properly so Sapphire checked the warranty on the battery and without any hesitation honored the warranty, took out the old and installed the new and had me on my way. Wonderful service and wonderful people. Thanks Sapphire!

Tammy is amazing! She was the only employee in the store, and was juggling all customers with ease and a positive attitude. She helped me identify the correct bulb and replace my headlight. Second time visiting this location and a positive experience both times!

i called for a part and they didn't have it in stick but they ordered it from California and had it in the next day at no extra charge. Great place, great service! Tammy (Manager) has ALWAYS displayed a willingness to assist! On a few occasions I wanted to ensure my auto battery was up to speed, and working properly. Tammy always makes time to check battery, and even through testing suggested we change out battery while still under warranty, which was great! Usually the batteries are going out just after warranty, thus forcing the purchase of a new battery. KUDOS to Tammy and team for always providing a wonderful customer experience!

Last week, I went in after finding out that my 2020 Chevy needed a new battery. I kept getting weird information from different locations about O'reillys not certain if they can put the battery in. Sapphire took a look and gave it a shot. She succeeded and I was so eternally grateful to her for attempting and getting it done. My kids were in the car and she really rocked the situation. I made a purchase there on June 18, 2018. The The store clerk and manager helped me out, and explained how to open up the Product. I have always experienced great and enthusiastic service. O’Reilly Auto Parts stores are always customer friendly.

It was my go to place … I showed up tonight after I found what I needed on their website, there was an O’Reilly guy in the parking lot helping someone, inside the store was dead so I started walking the aisles looking for what I needed, a tiny bottle of leak detector. I assumed the guy in the parking lot was alone. Fifteen minutes into my nomadic wandering, the phone rings and I hear someone answer it. I wish I wandered with a little more volume. No matter, I can wait. After another five minutes I hear the guy crank out a huge yawn - he’s just chatting it up. So I leave. When I get in my car I see that Mr Exhausted came up to the front so I go back in - I know exactly what I want I just don’t know where it is - so I tell the guy that I’ve been waiting and he snaps he’s on the phone with a customer. Sorry Bud you’ve been on the phone for the last 8 minutes. You were napping before that. I told him his competitor is literally across the street - both streets and he gives me a sarcastic “Bye bye.” I don’t mind waiting, I don’t need special treatment, but I don’t need that garbage. So, O’Reilly’s, in the words on your Friday night representative, bye bye! Napa had the same product, their guy was waiting at the counter, and he knew exactly where it was, I was in and out in less than a minutes.

Fast friendly service, reasonable pricing, and a great location. I needed a new battery and some wiper blades. The staff installed the blades for me and quickly exchanged my old battery. Updated to add: Came back for a hitch adapter and locking pin. Josh helped us and was very knowledgeable and professional. This will be my go-to parts store.

The parts I purchased did not include the hardware, bolts and wing nuts, necessary to install the part. When I made a separate trip to get the missing hardware they tried to sell it to me when I felt it should have been included. If I use O'Reilly in the future I will research the part to ensure all necessary hardware is included for the installation. I am very disappointed that O'Reilly would rather lose a customers business rather than provide the missing hardware. They are no longer a vendor I have confidence in.

Very grateful for the service I received last night. I was about to leave to pick up my boyfriend at the airport when I realized my passenger side headlight bulb had burnt out. Thankfully, this O'Reillys was still open, and Rafael was able to help me find the correct replacement and even spent the time helping me replace it. Very grateful, and highly recommend! Thank you Rafael and O'Reilly's!

O'Reilly Auto Parts on Butherus in Scottsdale is the best. I went in with all kinds of questions and Tammi, the manager, was super helpful and kind. She got me everything I needed to take care of the problem I was having with my 4 Runner. She clearly knows her stuff and her customer service is on point. I would not go anywhere else for car parts. If you need help, especially if you are not all that car savvy, go here and see Tammi.

Stopped yesterday end of day to get new windshield wipers. After I went before to 3 other places and left with no help. The staff was very professional and helpfull. Finally I was able to get the new wipers. I will be back for sure for any other auto parts I will next in the future.

Stopped in tonight to replace a battery that was under warranty and Rafael the Assistant Manager and Eric we're both outstanding and had excellent positive attitudes. Was out of there with a new battery in a jiff. I didn't have a receipt but he took his time looking us up in the system under different phones numbers and he was very patient. Thanks Rafael!!

The best service from O Reilly or any auto company I’ve ever seen. My cars alternator was busted and I had to change it in the parking lot. Jeremy and Drake were from different stores and helped me every step of the way. They went out in the rain to help me get my car on the way. Above and beyond service. Thank you both for the help.

The quality care and knowledge you should expect from an experienced franchise. This location definitely has that and more, they make you feel you are there top priority.

My girlfriend and I went in to this location due to a bad battery. We thought it was out of warranty but thanks to O’Reilly’s options we had gotten the 3 year coverage. Saved us $200 bucks. We were helped by Chris, and this kid is incredible. He completely focused on our needs, even to the point of asking other mechanic related issues. At one point a colleague asked him to do something else in the middle of us talking, and chris kindly stayed on task. He even cleaned the corrosion from the old battery. Just awesome. I highly recommend asking for him. If you’re reading this, thanks for the great customer service buddy!

Sam was amazing! He recommended some great windshield wipers and even took the time to install them for me. Excellent products and excellent service. I have no complaints when doing business at O'Reilly. I buy a lot of car parts and products, always pleased with my purchases and rarely a return due to inferior parts. Out of stock and special order items have quick shipping times and I have never waited long for my replacement parts.

Went to this location after the dealer confirmed my car issues were battery related. My battery was under warranty and purchased with O’Reilly. The associates were prompt in their assistance and even replaced the battery for me! Everything was covered and I was on my way in about 20 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff!
