Where else can you find an auto part for a 1993 Jeep?

I’ve visited this store more than once, mostly for battery issues. This morning I noticed a slight hesitation in my start up, so I drove right over. Leaving my car running, I went in and asked if they may have time to exchange my battery. The answer was not only yes, but all of the staff was cheerful and appeared to enjoy their work. They will continue to be my go-to auto parts dealer!

Well I had a bad experience with a brake caliper The first one I got leaked around the Pistons in the caliper then the second one they gave me was all rusty so I returned it The third one they gave me was the wrong side although it was in the correct box it was the wrong part and then now finally the fourth one after wasting all that driving and time I hope is the right one after all of this I could have just afforded to take it to Toyota and have them do it with a Toyota part

Lorenza was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond with her work and making sure that my problems were tended too. She wasted no time and made my experience 100/10!!!! She is the best and I would recommend her to everyone!! O Rileys has a fantastic worker in their community!!

Stars – Fixed my car and my faith in humanity Walked into O’Reilly with no clue what I needed—just a mysterious clunk and mild panic. Walked out with the right part, solid advice, and a weird urge to sing the jingle. 10/10, would clunk again.

This location provided a terrible experience from start to finish. Upon entering, I waited about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. There was a staff member on the phone who didn’t bother to welcome me or even look in my direction. Eventually, Ethan approached me and asked how he could help, but his demeanor was far from professional. He moved sluggishly, as if he lacked any motivation, and his attitude was impolite and disinterested. When I asked for a radiator cap, Ethan brought back an oil cap instead and simply placed it in front of me without confirming if it was the correct item. When I pointed out the mistake, he asked me if that was what I was looking for. I had to clarify again that I needed a radiator cap before he finally went back and retrieved the right item. Overall, the service was unacceptable. I felt ignored when I walked in, and even when I was eventually acknowledged, the assistance I received was apathetic and careless. If the staff member on the phone had acknowledged me initially, perhaps the entire experience would have been handled more efficiently and professionally.

Had a battery that needed to be replaced, they thankfully had it and installed it within 20 minutes. Very good service at this location!

Today Jameson the manager provided excellent customer service today. He was able to provide me a few different tools so that I could install a part I needed for my vehicle. Thank you Jameson.

Super helpful staff. Still great. Always willing to help. Thought my batteries were bad but they tested and it was the altinator. New one comes in the morning

Came in this evening with some questions about a battery and Conner and Jameson were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I went to the closest auto shop (this place) from my house to replace a car battery that was no longer holding a charge. I used my own portable jumpstart that I bought from Amazon. Great device. When I get there, I ask for a battery test just in case. The representative couldn't seem to test the battery with his machine, seeing as he kept placing the red cable onto the battery WIRE, not the actual battery. I said ok well lets get a battery anyway. We go inside, and the rep and his manager essentially says, "Oh wow. This has never happened before. We don't have this battery." And preceded to blame it on the fact that the car is a 2021 (newer) than what they're used to. They recommended that I go to the DEALERSHIP because it's a "SPECIAL" kind of battery. Of course, the car won't start, battery is dead and won't keep a charge. Rep brings out his briefcase sized jumpstart machine to jump the car. Again, ignorant representative connects the red cable to the battery wire. Can't jump the car off. The rep says, "Well, I guess you gotta call a tow company and get it towed. That's why I don't like these newer cars; I got a 2004 toyota carolla straight drive." So I let the ignorance walk away into his store. An AUTO STORE. CANNOT START A CAR WITH A DEAD BATTERY. It's not like the transmission was broken. It's the battery. WELP. I GUESS YOU GOTTA PAY TO TOW IT. Thank God I brought my own portable car jumpstart device from Amazon with me. I jump start my car, and go straight to Advance Auto, who said over the phone that they have TWELVE BATTERIES IN STOCK for my car, and that it's a COMMON BATTERY. Advance Auto replaced my battery within 5 minutes. Every now and then, you run into an auto store that is full of idiots that don't even know how to work on a car. This is one of those stores. Choose anywhere else in the area. If you do go to this store, make sure you idiot-proof yourself before you go.

Had a broken splash shield from pulling in too close to too many curbs. It was extremely loud and I had no tools to remove the annoying flat bits that attached it to the bumper. I walked in and showed a gentleman a photo of the bumper. He immediately knew what tool I needed and took me over to purchase it. Man was a lifesaver. Great service, great knowledge, thank you.

Apparently working at O’Reilly’ on a Saturday morning is a painful experience. Also online prices for windshield wiper blades are less than if you buy at the store. Also “ Good morning and may I help you is that now a thing of the past in person. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world.

I've been to O Reilly's on Scottsdale Rd several times now and each time the service has been great. Ben is very helpful and an asset to the team. I will be going back to Oreillys anytime I need anything for my cars.

Took my car here to have a diagnostic run on my engine after a brand new battery purchased here seemed to fail. AAA suggested this after helping to get my car started. The employee who helped me was kind and came outside to run the diagnostic, noting a weak alternator. I took the car to a repair/service shop who found nothing wrong with it, so unsure why the car was completely dead shortly after installing a brand new battery. Wait time was minimal and the employee was helpful.

I went to O’Reilly Auto parts on March 25, 2021 to replace light bulbs that illuminate my license plate. I spoke to Bryan one of the store managers. He found the light bulbs I needed and removed the old rusted screws. This was not easy. I appreciated his great attitude and willingness to promptly help me. This was my second time in the store. The O’Reilly Auto Parts Company is very well run and very intuitive for both the employees and customers. Thank you for your stellar service.

I came in later one night asking for a possible price match on a battery that I desperately needed… the “manger” or “supervisor” at the time was a younger kid. He didn’t give me the time of day, he didn’t even speak to me face to face. He basically told me to get lost as he was walking away from me into the back… Kids these days? Please teach your younger supervisors how to respect customers.

Amazing customer service! I have never been to a store where the employees are so dedicated to what they do and how they can be of service to the customer! Alex was tremendous! This guy did it all from checking every fuse on my vehicle to ensuring the battery was fully charged! It is rare that I have such an amazing encounter with an employee at a store these days. Alex really went above and beyond and brings true value to O'Reilly's Auto Parts. If I owned a store one day, that's the guy I want representing my company. Alex is going places with his work ethic and attitude! All in all, the employees here are great. Thank you again for your help!

Very helpful. My battery died. A very nice gentleman took time to look up my previous purchase for warranty. Mine had expired, but. Nice that he took the time . He then replaced my battery for me.

I have been getting parts from the Gold Dust\Scottsdale Road location for the past 3 years and the staff is outstanding. I always get the right parts for the job. They have never caused me to make a trip back and I wanted to let you know how much I truly appreciate it. We all know how mad we are when that mistake wastes our time. I will always be loyal to your company and will probably drive farther than necessary to come to this location. Thank you again and please let that store know how great they are for me.

The staff here is really great. They always make it seem like they want to help you the best way possible. They did once advise me incorrectly but it wasn't an issue and no one's perfect. This is the best orileys in North Scottsdale, the other one is not good
