Dan is an Exceptional Asset—He Saved the Day in a Crisis! ​I arrived at AutoZone on a rainy day with a dead battery and my two small children in the car, feeling completely stranded. An employee initially assisted me, and although he was kind, he insisted my battery was fine and attempted to give me another jump start, which failed. Despite my car still not starting, he maintained the battery was fine and told me there was nothing else to be done, effectively giving up and going inside. ​Dan, one of your incredible employees, immediately stepped in and offered to take a closer look. He was even told by the other employees, "You're not a mechanic," as they left. Dan quickly determined the issue: severe acid buildup on the side of the battery that everyone else had missed. ​Dan took charge and expertly guided me through purchasing a new battery, which he installed properly. He got my car started immediately, and I haven't had a single issue since. Dan's kindness, mechanical knowledge, and willingness to step up when others had given up were truly outstanding. He is a phenomenal asset to AutoZone, and because of his exceptional service, I will absolutely be a returning customer.

What a great experience. Looking to replace wiper blades. No more book to look up compatible set, must have phone to scan. Michael was right there to help find my set. He called me to the desk and looked them up himself. He found the right ones, then proceeded to walk out to replace these on my car. He was professional, kind and gave his previous time to ensure we were satisfied. He then could not thank us enough for our Military service. He made us feel very proud. Auto Zone you have an outstanding employee in Michael. I hope more customers get an opportunity to meet him. Thank you Michael, you are a winner…..

I’ve visited this store a few times for parts. Today I had my battery checked. The customer service agent kept putting in the wrong model and vin number. After the battery was installed she told me alternator was shot. I took it to a mechanic right after this diagnosis and it was not a bad alternator. Not sure what equipment auto-zone uses, but I wasted a whole day with no car and 2 uber charges for an alternator that was working correctly. She was even smiling when she told me it was my alternator. Big waste of time and money.

I went in after running something over on the freeway, a metal piece punctured under my car. I’m a social worker for the state and 80% of my job is driving and I constantly have babies in my car. I came in on a Friday where the associate Dylan explained he was short handed (it was him and one other man) and he still took the time to look at my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, going into car shops is nerve racking but He reassured me everything was okay with my car and provided amazing customer service. Knowing that I wasn’t going to be stuck on the side of the road with a one month old the next day was a load of weight lifted of my shoulders. I will never get over how much I appreciate him fitting me in. I had to be at work early Saturday morning and he made that possible. Thank you so so much Dylan!!!! You’re amazing!!!! I wish I could give you infinite stars!!

Went to this AutoZone to replace my battery today and had the best experience with Dan. He was very nice and helpful and installed my new battery within 5 minutes. He also took the time to explain how the battery worked and what he was doing. Thank you Dan!!!!

Ryan was extremely helpful assisting me with battery issues this morning. He was very knowledgeable about their options, and even took the time out his day to show me how to install one in my ford ranger. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for 10/10 customer service, will definitely be returning no question.

This Auto Zone is my go to. Patrick is so knowledgeable and more importantly honest and transparent. He is always there to help answer any questions you may have. I would recommend this auto zone for all your auto needs and if you want world class customer service ask for Patrick I can assure you won’t be disappointed.

Needed windshield wipers for 2 vehicles! The younger sales associate helped with the correct sizes and we discussed what brands and seem to be the best for me. After getting home I began installing the both vehicles. The first was easy and second was bit more challenging. After changing to the correct numbered bracket I broke a connector. Operator error. Went back to the fully expecting to buy another unit. Dan the older gentlemen and the younger said that was not needed. We matched up the correct parts and 8 was back in business. Dan then showed me another product for another maintenance issue. Problem solved! This is my local Autozone and my preferred place to get parts I need. Not because of price….because they treat their customers well. Every time! Thank you!!

My favorite AutoZone in the United States, I have been inside many stores and this one is by far the most professional and helpful. As everyone knows car trouble is a big stress and worry and the anxiety can cause a panic attack or worse a heart attack ? living in Arizona is one of the worst places to have car trouble and anyone that lives here knows how long it takes to get heat stroke so we need our cars . its not a joke. Everyone that works at this store is on point very helpful and knowledgeable . I have known one of the employees named DAN FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS AND HIS CAR KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. I will always go back to this store. Thankyou Autozone staff. Trust and fair money trade is rare today but it still exists at this store . Sincerely Jerome Carlin.

We needed a battery replacement. Normally I'd do it myself, but the store employee almost insisted he help. I forgot his name, but he was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I will admit, he took almost better care of replacing the battery than I would have done. This was an amazing experience, and I'd highly recommend this AutoZone location. It was a Sunday morning, around 11 a.m.

This is the best Autozone ever! Everyone is so friendly, patient and helpful. Juan was the best, he helped me change the cabin air filter in my Tesla Model 3, which was not easy. I couldn't ask for better service! They answered every question I had. I cannot recommend this store enough.

On 11/25/2024, I stopped at the Scottsdale Pima Road Store. I was having multiple warning indicators occurring : Battery Charging, Traction off and others. Dan was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced my battery under warranty and properly formed and adjusted both of the battery cable clamps to properly form a secure clamping to the battery posts. His knowledge and skills served to resolve the dash indicator messages that were occurring.

I purchased a battery 2 1/2 years ago from this location and added a 3 year warranty. The battery started dying a short while ago and failed once. I walked into AutoZone and told them what happened. They looked up my account on their computer and then replaced the battery no questions asked. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Great customer service. I’ve been through many batteries and alternators with cars I’ve owned throughout my life so whenever I’m having car trouble, I always come to an AutoZone first since they can test those for free. The gentlemen there were very helpful and patient with me while we tried to run through ideas on what was going on with my car. Highly recommend this place and AutoZone in general.

Manager Dan was truly amazing with his customer service skills. He allowed the employee Sam G to be able to assist me, by taking care of multiple customers. The manager Dan was nice, and smart where he was able to assist each and every customer. I'm fully disabled unfortunately, and Sam G went out of his way to change my battery out and fully assist me. He was kind, hard working, and talented to be able to get my battery out for how difficult it was set-up. Sam G was fantastic and amazing the entire time. I've never met such someone with these types of skills. Thank you Sam G for all that you did and how honest you were with us.

I frequent this Auto Zone for all my car needs but today the customer service I received from Patrick Bock was exceptionally great. As soon as I walked into the door he greeted me with a smile and asked what I needed. I told him I was having battery issues and while he was taking care of me, he greeted everyone walking in the door. He made sure everyone was being acknowledged and proceeded to tell other customers waiting in line that he or someone else would be right with them. This is the customer service every company is lacking now a days and to see Patrick going above and beyond made my day!!! He is an exemplary employee and definitely needs to be acknowledged for his great customer service and knowledge! He soon replaced my battery and gave me some tips on how to take care of my Honda! Please forward this to corporate so they can know what a great employee they have working at Auto Zone!!!

My battery kept dying so I came here to have them check it. Dennis and Dan were so nice and helpful and Dennis replaced my battery for me! It was difficult; I would have been frustrated, but Dennis was pleasant and also explained what he was doing, which I really appreciated... awesome experience!!
