Bought my 2024 6.7 4x4 March 2025, from Scottsdale Chapman. I called to inquire about an Oil Change. Informed it would Cost close to $400.00! I knew better, had the Service Performed elsewhere for $288.00. During Service Found a leaking front Shock. Called to Schedule a Warranty Appointment! Asked to ensure Parts on hand. Chapman informed Me they would return my Call and Schedule an Appointment. Never happened!! That was strike 2. Not going for another Disappointment. I went to a Competitor and Replaced All Factory Shocks with Bilstein Shocks. Very Pleased with My decision. Chapman has lost this Customer, and I bought my Truck from them!! Disappointing Customer Service.

This is the 2nd time being at this location and the customer service was amazing both times. Zachary was the gentlemen that helped me both times, and he always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Went to do my oil change there, I think because of Zachary, this will be the only place I go to get my oil changed as long as I live in Arizona. I how this gets to him and he gets the recognition he deserves.

I am giving this dealer's management 1 star. I bought a used vehicle for my wife in April 2025 from here, the moved with the military, and then found out that the GPS tracking device Chapman installed was draining the battery of the vehicle. The dealership at my new duty station confirmed it and then I called back asking Chapman to pay for the removal of the device since I had negotiated the sale of the vehicle to NOT include the GPS tracking device. They said they would not pay for taking it out at my new duty station since no one else has ever had an issue with it before. My immediate thought process is that the average person would probably just go buy a new battery and not have the real issue diagnosed so of course they wouldn't hear back from others. Bottom line: I negotiated this piece of equipment out of the deal which they try to force upon everyone as a mandatory product for a used car, but then after they agreed, it was still left there and has since caused me issues. If you want to make this right, please call me to offer to pay for the GPS tracker to be removed at my new duty location. You can look up the sale of the used 2022 BMW X3 and find my phone number in your records.

I had a wonderful experience when I went to look at a car. Dylan Richard, Daunte Hamblin went above and beyond to assist me in seeing the car, test drive and training me on the features of the Toyota Camry. They assisted me in returning the loaner I had when I came in, so I could take the Toyota home. I have a little hearing problem, and they both looked at me when they spook and did not speak so fast that it was hard to hear them. Josh Hale went above and beyond to assist me with signing the finance papers by explaining each part of the contract. Josh also spook to me with patience, answering each question I had. Stephanie was over the top good. We had a conflicting appointment that we had to get to leaving little time for Stephanie and the folks at Chapman CDJR to complete the repair. But they delivered as promised under pressure (unfortunately from me) and we greatly appreciated their help. Strongly recommend.

Was on vacation from Wyoming check engine light came on and had a recall with in 3 hours they had me back on the road and everything was fixed. Excellent customer service was impressed with time they fixed it. Had no appointment just pulled into the service bay and they took me in right away.. Robert was awesome. Shuttle driver Tom was awesome. Very professional and would use them 100% again .

I was on my way back to South Dakota and had an issue with my pickup. I spoke with the Service Manager Abrian Acedo. They were very busy but his team immediately analyzed the issue and found the problem. They had all of the necessary parts. The service manager kept me up to date on the repairs. Wow, it was fixed in minimal time. They sent a first class shuttle to pick me up and I was on my way. When you are an “out of town” person, you don’t expect this first class attention to fix your problem. The Chapman employees and their facility is first class. Thank you Abrian and team. I will be moving to Arizona soon and I will plan to purchase my next vehicle from Chapman.

4.5 actually. Straight forward dealership visit, took care of a recall while getting a needed alignment, requisite recommended engine filter change. Only disappointment was the tire pressures which were off on arrival were still the same after the alignment. And no feedback on the alignment need. Courteous , fast and kept me informed. That little attention to detail shaved half a star

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Please don't Buy a used car here they sold me a 2018 ram 2500 and since ive got it it's been in the shop. I havent been able to go to work and cant pay the loan. They sold me the truck i'm 20k want me to pay 10k for the engine i'm gonna me 30k down on a 9k truck. The powertrain warrenty was supposed to cover it but they told me the truck is only 9k value wise. I'm down 20k and they tell it's only worth 9k. This truck was a trade in they prolly paid 4k for it and screwed me over. I bought from them because i thought they we're a respetable dealer but once the bank pays them they won't respond. They won't give me the truck back till i pay them a thousand for a diagnostic they did for the warrenty. Buy elsewhere if You don't want to ruin your credit and lose your job don't Buy here they also erased My last Review.

I always work one on one with Chance - he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and educated/informed on all things Jeep. Getting in for service is made easy with Chance’s assistance. He is prompt with scheduling and gives me many updates. Chance is thorough with explaining anything that is needed or that gets done on my Jeep. Exceptional service from the finest dealership in the state! Zach in Service and Greg in Parts went the extra mile to help me with a damaged tire. I was able to take my vacation trip as planned because of their efforts. Everyone I have met at Chapman Dodge shows the same level of professionalism and kindness. Horrible customer service. Sellsman trying to sell vehicles well over 10 kelly blue book market value and calling it "retail" price. Check before you buy ! Offered to buy the truck at 60k only 500$ less then there "list price" and was told I was 10k off. Also won't discuss with you about there extended warranty unless you sign papers, seems strange. Had other ram 3500 on the sales floor with extremely dirty interiors but then was told they only strive to sell the "best" and they make "no money" on car sells. I know for a fact they got the truck in as a trade in for way less then there list price, yet they won't budge and make a deal. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but very unprofessional, rude, and flat out sleezy. Take your money elsewhere, glad I won't be buying from here as it seems there service department SUCKS also according to the. reviews.

I’ve purchased several Jeeps and Ram trucks from Chapman over the years. I used to buy from the Airpark location, but after they refused to take care of a flat tire just days after purchase, I took my business elsewhere. That one decision cost them at least a dozen vehicle purchases. At the end of the day, it comes down to sales and service. Dave Zinkel was my go-to for years before he retired, and now I work with his partner, Paul Edgett. Paul is excellent—straight to the point, no games, no back-and-forth. Exactly how buying a vehicle should be. On the service side, Paul introduced me to Jordan Godfrey, who is equally solid. He tells it like it is, but more importantly, he goes out of his way to help. I had a Uconnect error code—an issue that’s common across Ram trucks denied because it’s “out of warranty,” which is frustrating given how widespread the problem is. Jordan stepped in, made an exception, and took care of it immediately. Hopefully we can address the same issue on my other two Rams... This is how you earn long-term customers.

This was possibly the best shopping experience ever. I mean there was no pressure, there was no BS, everyone in the dealership worked efficiently and professionally to help get me the best deal possible on my brand new fully loaded truck. Sean was amazing in the sales department super knowledgeable and personable, the finance department made it so easy and simple for us while getting us a great rate and discounting the vehicle, the people worked with us to get us exactly where we wanted to be. Great experience and I will definitely come back later on to get my next vehicle from here.

While visiting this dealer, I was looking to replace radiator hoses and clamps on my daughter’s 2011 wrangler I was able to find the lower hose at the dealer in north Scottsdale. I was sent to Chapman to get the upper hose when I arrived I was told that they had it and informed they the price was 50% more expensive than the other dealer. I understand times may be tuff, but to take it out on the customers willing to buy mopar replacement parts is very backwards. I guess it wasn’t enough to gouge and add dealer markups on the vehicle over the last 6 years. now that all that’s slowing down they choose to gouge the ones that still choose to drive there vehicles. I would avoid Chapman dodge Chrysler jeep fiat the whole lot. This brand is where the saying comes from. You get what you pay for! If it were in fact mopar or no car I would sleep easy taking the latter. Spend the extra money and get what you deserve elsewhere.

Tremendous experience at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale AZ. My service writer Abrian was very patient and compassionate. Had a software issue with my WiFi connection. He’s currently constantly Trying everything to help me solve my problem. Truly appreciate his efforts. The problem was fixed! I’m extremely happy with the personal aggressive service that the service manager Abrian show to complete my repair. I had been needing to bring in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for some warranty work but was a bit nervous. I had bought my new to me SUV from a different dealership in Mesa and wasn't treated very well, so when realizing I needed to bring it in my anxiety was on high alert, but Stephen Tapia helped curb those fears. My experience was much better, he explained everything, didn't try to push me to get repairs that were not needed. And I'm going to say it, as a female I have to fight a little harder at dealerships but Stephen was amazing, didn't make me feel any less than anyone else, I think he even got my sense of humor, lol, I appreciated that. Thank you again!!!!

Service department at this location is super smooth, Marvin was in constant contact with updated progress reporting, helped with my extended warranty claim , rental car reservation and trip to Enterprise. Technicians were able to diagnose and repair the shifting and park sensor problem I came in with. Had a recall also that was able to be resolved. I stopped by here some time ago and not only did they withhold my drivers license they were also extremely rude. Told the sales associate what I was looking for and when he returned he told me his sales manager said they couldn’t help me. The night ended with one of the sales managers and I getting into a screaming match on the showroom floor, with my dog present (photo for proof). Just overall very unprofessional. I held out and waited. I ended up purchasing my jeep from Tempe Jeep. They were SOO nice and extremely helpful. I would shop there if I were you.

This is My FIRST, WORST REVIEW EVER!!! IF I could give them 0 stars I could or even negative!! I’ve been going to Chapman for my last 3 oil change and I TRUSTED them!! But after this one I’m DONE with this dealership!! Got my oil change done on 8/7/2024 at 4:30-5:45 paid $146 for Regular Oil change and Tire Rotation, after the oil change I ran some errands and coming back to my apartment complex I noticed a trail of Oil come from my truck!! Looked down and saw that it was leaking BAD!! I hurried up and looked underneath and come to find out that who ever serviced they didn’t fully screwed the oil bolt back in!!! Now I’m seeing oil leaking out like crazy and asked all my neighbors for cat litter in order to soak up all of the oil! This is the last time I’m taking my vehicle and my business with them!! Hopefully to who ever reads this that you never take your vehicle to this dealership!!! If you are someone from Chapman sees this contact me ASAP because this isn’t right!!
