Brandon was amazing! He was extremely helpful in explaining what I needed, what my options were and getting me in and out in a timely manner. Very professional and amazing customer service.
Billy and the entire team at Firestone were phenomenal. I took my car to two different shops and nobody could point me in the right direction of what to fix I I was able to make an appointment change it because of a tow truck problem and was helped really quick with them making sure I didn’t spend any unnecessary money. Absolutely recommend them to anybody that’ll listen
We had an emergency flat, went in on a Saturday evening at 5:30pm and they helped us right away. Got 4 new tires (great price) and out by 6:10pm. For reference they close at 6. Amazing service and they were super helpful.
Beware of misinformation and them trying to charge you an inspection fee for no reason. Mechanics "should" let you know if there's anything hazardous that needs to be fixed right away. But you may need another inspection two weeks later just to be sure ??♀️
I have been bringing my cars to.firestone for many years and the reason is that i can depend on an honest appraisal of my repairs and i never feel.like i am.getting ripped off. Recently i brought in my (older model) truck to see if i should sell or donate and Billie was very helpful in helping me with my decision. If your car needs repair or maintainence, i would not hesitate to bring it here.
Do not use them! Warning do not let them fix your car. They “will rip you off” they ripped my female friend off. It common practice there. Please please find another mechanic. I am Putting a case together to take them to court.
Brandon at this Firestone was super helpful. Battery was low on my Mercedes and I just happened to be in the same parking lot. He was kind enough to jump the car in 5 minutes and did it at no charge. THANK YOU.

We brought my parents car here. They are snowbirds and don’t drive too much. Their tires were in desperate need of a quick replacement. One had a large gash and it wasn’t safe to drive. We discovered this at 4 pm on a Sunday. Those guys gave us a great price and got four new tires in an hour and fifteen minutes. Great effort. Highly recommend!

I recently had my car’s battery and AC repaired at Firestone, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready in less than 2 days. Both the new battery and AC are working perfectly so far.
I’ve been taking my 07’ FJ here for a while now and they always get my alignment dialed in just right. I’d highly recommend them. Not only is their service great, but I tend to always have awesome conversation with the team working there. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Had a great experience at Firestone when I had to bring in my car with an unexpected flat. The gentleman who helped me, Billy, was incredibly respectful and kind and walked me through my options, ultimately helping me choose to replace two of my tires and getting them rotated. I had not driven my car for a while because I’ve been out of town. I was worried about the tire pressure because it looked low and I’m not really good with cars. I took it to Firestone and Kane was very friendly and eager to help. Check the tires and add some air to them. Thank you, Kane you’re extremely polite and professional!
I had a last minute brake issue and called Brandon. He told me to come down, then had everything arranged to get my brakes replaced and get my truck back on the road same day! It was unbelievable service. He also recommended a cute coffee shop while I waited! Highly recommend.

Pedro is an absolutely amazing mechanic. I only trust him with my car since I’ve had many bad experiences with other places. He’s very helpful and will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car and get it done very quickly. I brought my car in yesterday for an engine check and it seemed to have more than one issue Pedro was able to finish it that same day and fix up all the problems to it. I highly recommend requesting him.
The bald man inside had a very nice shiny head that was easy on the eyes. The techs lubed my car like it’s never been lubed before. A plus service. The scent of mahogany and leather after such manly men repaired my car left a sense of wanting more after I left. Will return with my fleet very soon.
BILLY is the absolute BEST!! He helped me out so much with my service! He, himself put on brand new wiper blades that I really needed. Super kind, fast & efficient! Best Firestone I have Ever been to. 10/10 recommend!
I just want to say these guys are awesome! I had a dead battery. These guys were all booked up and to do any further testing and replacement would have been a next day appointment. But they went ahead and did a quick test to see if it really was battery. Also gave me number for another sister shop who did have availability same-day. Not only did the tech give me a jump with his own vehicle (someone else was using jump box) but, he pointed out my battery was likely still under warranty with Toyota and the smart thing woukd be to save money and get that replaced. I was able to get to Toyota dealership close by and it was covered. So no cost to me. But these guys did the right thing and helped out. I appreciate it! I use Firestone for regular maintenance so this just reinforces why I like them and even first time at this location, these guys were awesome and have earned by return business and recommend to others for sure.
I’m a courier driver and caught a vicious nail in my tire while on my route. I was hoping for a prayer and miracle that I could get it patched up since I just replaced a different tire a week ago with the same issue! I showed up and talked to Billy about the situation at 11:30, and he had me back on the road and ready to roll before 12:30, no new tire needed. Just a plug/patch that saved me a couple hundred dollars not having to buy a new tire! Great service and an awesome team at this location. I highly recommend them for your tire and vehicle needs!!
I’ve just had the worst experience with a tire change. I booked my appointment by phone requesting a tire replacement, even confirm they’d have it. I went to my appointment on time and waited. It took 2hrs to get my car back. The attendant apologized saying the delay was due to the tire delivery. This I can understand, I was not happy, but I can understand. After a 2hr wait I took my car and drove to my place. When I arrived my new tire was almost flat!!! That I cannot possible understand. My car has no tire pressure sensor… I drove with an almost flat tire on the freeway!!! My bf has a tire inflator, the tire PSI was 7 when I connected it…. Fortunately I made it home safe… but I have no words to say how upset I am… this is freaking dangerous!!! I went to this place, payed for a new tire confident I would get the service requested. Now I need to see if my rim or new tire is damaged… this cannot happen again, to anyone.
