Couldn't be more satisfied. Got my car aligned here and the guys at the front were friendly and knowledgeable, service was completed on time without delays, extremely affordable pricing. They're my new shop for sure.

There was an amazing group of guys that we worked with (Please forgive me for not remembering names). From my first phone call, to picking up our vehicle, it was a great experience. They were able to schedule my husband's vehicle for a complete exhaust change on the date we needed. They very friendly and informative during drop off. They day they did the work, they kept is up to date and didn't hesitate to call with any questions. The exchange room longer than they expected. However, they knew we were from our of state and they started later to finish the final touches. We couldn't ask for better service. We will most likely be back with other vehicles. 10/10 on everything.

I have a LS swapped Land Rover that needed tuning, all plugged in and drivable just lacking power, they mechanic that did the swap told me off the bat he can install it but can’t tune it, so I called these guys and they said they can tune it and get it going. The guys there were really cool but would never call to give me updates on it, I’d have to call every time and more or less they never would really get to it, so then the shop tells me they can’t tune it and if I bought a 4L60(GM transmission) it would be a lot easier and they could get it going. So I go out and buy the transmission and deliver it to them. Months and months pass and no one would call me on the truck, they the tech that was working on it left, then the other guy working on it was always busy on something else and never had time for it. So eventually my Rover spends a year at the shop and I had to call them again and essentially they just say “we give up on it come get it” so I get there to pick it up or tow it more or less cause not it can’t drive. I got told they mounted the transmission but just couldn’t finish it for whatever reason. I go into the garage and it’s tucked away in the shop with a bunch of clutter surrounding it, just covered in dust. I go in it to check it out and car parts and clutter are all over the truck on the inside and my drivers side seat got ripped and my interior A pillar also got broken/snapped, no idea how or why, and my horn buttons on my steering wheel are all gone. So I go to the front and tell the dudes and they bring out the manager. And i tell him basically I want that fixed. I don’t care how, if they know a guy that can do it for free or cheap, it’s not about money I just want my seat and pillar fixed after they broke and ripped it. Instead of agreeing or apologizing I get told by the OWNER “to be fair, we aren’t charging you for the work we did” to be fair I drove the truck in and now it’s being towed in pieces, non running, year wasted, and damaged. But hey that pleasure was free. Anyway I bring the truck home and their “transmission install” is a couple of bolts and a literal wooden 2x4 holding up the transmission. But hey that was free, no worries I didn’t have to pay for it. It’s now at a different shop to find out they make 4L80 kits for that LS swap not for 4L60s so it looks like I’ll need ANOTHER transmission, to get this rover done, I’m sure they are capable of repairs or simple stuff but reading other reviews I’d be careful here, any engine swaps or custom cars, I would not take to this shop, save your time and money. The work was beyond ridiculous and not even a sorry or our bad, just a “we give up and your lucky it’s free after we damaged and made your truck un-drivable” I'm only writing this review because they kept sending me messages to give them one so as requested here you go

I had gotten a Groupon for an oil change and thought I would try them out and was very impressed how professional the service was and the front desk is incredibly nice. They showed me a couple of things that I need to keep my eye on that needed to be done and then they showed me exactly what it was so I knew they weren't just trying to make a buck. Definitely coming back!

I brought in my Genesis G70 for sport tuning around 3 months ago and I could not be happier. The cars performance is incredible. I can’t wait to bring it back in for stage two. But don’t tell my wife ?

Wow! Seriously. Not only did they adapt and find a solution the owner himself actually drove me back to my condo to jump my car and so I could drive it to the shop and replace my battery instantly! Literally took less than hour.

They were kind and got my oil change done in a timely matter. However, I asked for my tires to be rotated, which they assured me they did(even after questioning them about it when picking up the car, seeing that did not), but he insisted they did. They did not, which is just a minor inconvenience but I would rather them say they forgot. I was also not able to use my Groupon I had purchased, which I was only told after, so I will have to go back to use it. Won’t come back again after that.

Awesome shop!! They were very professional, looked everything over thoroughly and got my car in and out quickly and at a very reasonable price. We were from out of town and got a hole in the radiator from a roadside accident on the way into town. They accommodated us so we didn’t have to arrange other travel plans. We greatly appreciated their kindness and service!!

It was extremely easy to make an online appointment. Staff was extremely friendly, the facilities were clean, comfortable and inviting and the service took 30 minutes less than quoted. Highly recommend and I know I’m be taking my car there any time it needs service!!

Great service! I booked my appointment online without a hitch, and I got there right on time. They wrapped up everything in just two minutes, and I was told it would take an hour for the oil change. And guess what? They finished on time! Plus, their waiting room is super nice, with WiFi and cold water.

Hey guys my power steering pump is out should I get a new rack? Your guess is as good as mine! Who trains your mechanics? Let me guess you know a guy who does racks in phoenix I'll call him drop you guys name and he can charge me a $1000 sweet deal!!!!

This is hands down the best place in Scottsdale actually, in all of Arizona for anything Mechanic, Auto related. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this place truly deserves it. They’ve always taken excellent care of me and my friends, and everyone on their team is incredibly understanding.

Highly recommend this place! Bought a car from Carz planet who had these guys inspect it and I’m in love with my car. Great group of guys here. Shout out to Seth! He’s the real deal. Ask for him when you make an appointment

I highly recommend Scottsdale Car Care! I was so lucky to find them last Friday while visiting Scottsdale from Palm Desert. And, I couldn’t drive my car home until I got it fixed. Believe it or not, a neighboring repair shop sent me to Scottsdale and said they are really nice to work with. True to form, Seth was great and took care of the issue within an hour. Thank you so much to Seth and Scottsdale Car Care!

Mike and his team have provided top notch repairs and service on my European vehicle and they worked with my extended warranty too!!! Thanks for all your help and sorry it took me so long to leave this much deserved review.

I won't take my car anywhere else in Scottsdale. These guys are incredibly good at what they do and very honest. I have an old beater car and always research prices of anticipated repairs before I bring it in. They always meet or beat anticipated costs. They do this despite being a local business (why can't the big guys seem to do that?). They also do a good job addressing preventative maintenance. Finally, they do something I've never seen another repair shop do: Even though they're definitely gearheads, they do a great job answering questions and explaining the what and why to someone who isn't a gearhead. If they give two choices and a recommendation, I take the recommendation, confident it's the right choice. Overall, great place cannot recommend enough.

I did a build and tune with another shop and they did a very poor work on the tune. I had to bring it to Scottsdale car care to fix the tune. They have had a hard time correcting the work of the other shop. They have been working hard to fix the issues. I should of brought my car to Scottsdale car care to do the tune in the first place. Scottsdale car care is a great shop and I will never take my car to anyone else.

My car isn't the fanciest or newest car on the road but it's special to me. The guys at Scottsdale Car Care always take the time time to get to the bottom of the issue and quickly perform prescribed repairs. All this done affordability, while being patient, friendly, and professional. It's a bit of drive from where I live but wellworth the trip.

Super nice and communicative people I got my truck tuned and now it absolutely rips on the street I will definitely be going back for my other necessities.

Our Daughters car broke down a couple of weeks ago, after moving to AZ in November. We live in Portland, Oregon and didn't know where to have her take it. We hopped online and found Scottsdale Car Care, their reviews were wonderful and we felt like it was a good place to take it, not really knowing any different. We were so pleased with the service they provided, it was honest, fair and reliable. Living so far away it's hard to know what is reputable and what isn't, and now we feel like we have a trusted partner in her vehicle care. We're so thankful and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their cars!

I always had the best experience when it was called All Valley Car Care & was worried about the new team taking over. But Mike and Team Scottsdale Car Care didn’t disappoint me but always make sure my car and I are taken great care of, in details. They are the reason I don’t drive all the way to dealership anymore. Highly recommended!

Great car services, very fair with pricing, and super clear and great communication, all the best qualities of a fantastic shop are found here! Came in for a bad transmission shake and misfire and in no time at all I got my car back and it's running and driving great! Everyone there is very friendly, great customer service and the whole process is very quick and easy!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to recognize the outstanding service and fair pricing practices of Scottsdale Car Care. Craig, the fleet manager explained in detail the mechanical issues of my 2007 Lexus. I had gone to the Lexus dealership (huge mistake) and was given an estimate for just over 10k. I came here to get an additional quote before deciding whether to sell it or fix it. Fortunately they were able to fix it, but for a fraction of the cost from the dealership. It was completed in a timely manner and the costs were thoroughly explained up front. I would recommend their services to anyone with complete confidence!

I now take all my vehicles to Mike and Team at Scottsdale Car Care and speed shop. I finally found a place I can trust and refer friends and family. They are honest, fair and reasonable. They replaced the clutch in my Mustang race car and fixed my son’s Mustang Cobra AC issues of which Ford said that they couldn’t fix. Top notch mechanics with expertise! Thank you!

Congrats Scottsdale Car Care. You managed to seize my engine, total my truck and I achieved “Salvaged Title” status. DO NOT use this shop!! I went in for a small oil leak and left with a seized engine and now a salvaged title after insurance got involved due to the magnitude of damage cause by the shop and mechanics ($33,000)…..6/62024 - I can see that honesty is still not company policy as there are several non factual statements in the response. The oil leak was VERY minor and NO towing was involved. Associates lied to me the entire time the truck was under their care and they should have declined it initially knowing they had zero experience with diesels and a minor oil leak.

All the guys, Keith, and all the guys at the Scottsdale auto care have done nothing but take great care of me and my car! Keith with my Mechanic got a previous location now at Scottsdale auto care, and I won’t go anywhere else! They will go above and beyond for you and your Vehicle will thank you for it
