I came into this Firestone because my brother is an area manager in Ohio and I called him balling when all the sudden my Jeep started smoking and spraying liquid under the hood. Dylan was absolutely amazing and diagnosed and fixed my car ASAP! It was smooth and painless and he made sure to make sure everything that needed to be done was. He took a load off of my back and told me not to stress. I am a forever customer of Firestone, they are always going above and beyond!!!

Dyllon and Daniel were amazing! They walked me through the whole process on a difficult situation. They were honest and fair which is rare when you’re going to the mechanic! Quick turn around as well. This is definitely my new shop I will be going to frequently. I highly recommend this place.

Cody was AMAZING! I pulled in just to get a quick tire pressure check before heading out of town for Thanksgiving weekend. While checking the tires. Cody noticed that my front two tires were in terrible shape, cracking and bald. They had two tires in stock that were exactly what I needed, and he was able to get my in immediately to replace them. He had us on the road in 30 minutes ready to safely head to our Thanksgiving weekend. Absolutely recommend this place, service was excellent.

Very lovely staff, Dylan is very nice and has an extensive service record. Cody is extremely helpful and was able to explain to me what each item they were replacing did and its importance. Very quality work and very friendly staff overall, I will be visiting again.

I scheduled a noon appointment for brake inspection. Arrived at 11:50 and was told it would be ~15 min to get in and ~30 min for inspection. 2 hours later, still sitting here. I’ll take my business to another shop.

i've been using this Firestone since it opened a few years ago. Got four new tires there and one repaired. Also get my oil change there and free tire rotation. Today, I had a slight alignment fix that seems to make a huge difference. They also replaced a TPMS sensor. All this was done within one hour.

Dylan was great got in there early. They took care of me. The staff was friendly highly recommend this place. Feel free to reach out and contact me if you have any questions but I give them five stars.

I’ve been taking my car to Firestone for all of its maintenance, and I’m always very satisfied. Most recently, I had new tires installed, and the service was both quick and professional. Onur was especially helpful and did an excellent job! The whole team is very friendly, and their customer service is excellent.

I met with Cody for a tire pressure and battery check, as well as to discuss a couple of issues with my air vents and tire rotation. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with my battery and tire pressure taken care of, plus a scheduled appointment set up for the additional car check. Cody was kind, courteous, and professional throughout the process.

Went to Firestone to get a battery replaced auto zone in parking lot recommended I go there because needed to remove air filter to get battery in and out. Unfortunately the employee at Firestone said we close in 17 minutes and couldn’t take it. Thankfully there’s a Walmart within 1 mile away that installed new battery for free.

This place is awesome! Cody was fantastic! Helped answer all the questions I had about my dad’s car and gave me complete information on the service! Went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience! Waited less than an hour in the waiting room which was very comfortable! Will be going back for regular oil changes for sure and any additional services needed in the future! Highly recommend!

Firestone made me an appointment right away. Great customer service great wait time. Great wait time. I love the peace of mind I receive when I hand over the keys. I know the job will get done right and in a timely manner.

I was getting ready to head out of town and discovered a leak in one of my tires as there was a nail in it. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and was close to the closing time of this tire shop. I very impressed with the lengths they went to help me out. They did not have the tire in stock and the manager personally drove over to another one of their locations to retrieve them for me and the entire team stayed late to get the tires on my vehicle so I could leave safely. if you’re looking for a shop, you can trust it gets great customer service this is it.

This Firestone location is golden tier. Dyllon and his staff are friendly, honest and efficient. I get all of my vehicle maintenance done here, and they have never disappointed. Cody was my service writer and 'Dan the Man' was my mechanic and they did great work on my old Lexus. I went from no-start to driving smooth in a few days. Also, shout out to Dillon who delivered my vehicle and talked me through the work once it was done. I highly recommend this place. If you've got an old Asian car that's acting up, ask for Cody or Dan the man!

This Firestone really sets the bar high! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. To my surprise at a place like this the management team was heavily involved with customer satisfaction, really just on top of things. I went in for a tire repair after i spent hours looking for a hole come to find out wasn’t a hole just a bad valve stem. They were quick and efficient, and the entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend this Firestone to anyone looking for quality full auto care. The attention to detail and the exceptional customer service truly made a difference

My wife and I have always had the best experience at this Firestone location. Dylan is an excellent manager, super friendly guy, very straightforward and honest. Cooper is the most helpful and friendly mechanic I have ever worked with in my entire life - he literally ran to his car and grabbed some coolant out of his own car for us to use in a pinch. My wife and I drive German cars and happily bring them to this location, where everyone does an incredible job and honestly makes any car service a pleasure. Would absolutely recommend anyone come here for their auto care, these guys are the best!

Disappointed with the oil change service I received, truck was returned with the oil level at the “add more oil” mark on the dipstick. When I pointed this out, a technician attempted to add the wrong type of oil, didn’t even bother checking the correct type. I ended up finishing the job myself with the tech leaving me with the oil container to top off my vehicle.
