Stephen is one in a million. Outstanding customer service. They did a beautiful job installing 20 inch custom wheels and tires on my S560. The car was detailed to perfection.

Absolutely fantastic! Very transparent about pricing and won't suggest repairs that you don't really need. If I ever have more car trouble in the future I know where I'm going.

The Car Guys have serviced our 3 vehicles for 7+ years. I wanted to share how amazing of an experience I had with Stephen at Car guys of Scottsdale. My rims were damaged at Discount Tire and I was very hesitant to let someone else work on my car after that. After reaching out to Stephen, he was able to source brand new rims for my vehicle. His dedication to quality work is unlike anything I have seen in this industry, keeping me up to date every step of the way through shipping and pictures while work was being done on the car. He wouldn’t even accept delivery of the new rims until he inspected all of them, ensuring there were no flaws at all. He also did an alignment and oil change while it was in the shop and got it all done affordably and in a very timely manner. I got to take a look around his shop while I was there and as a car enthusiast it was awesome to see the cars he was working on and how nice the shop itself was. This car has never driven so straight and smoothly. I’m beyond happy with this experience and will be taking all my work to him in the future. I recommend you do the same.

I have worked with Stephen and Car Guys of Scottsdale for over 7 years with my vehicles and can’t overstate the value they provide and care taken in all services provided. I have had everything from window tinting, radar detector hardwiring, dash cam hardwiring, wheel powder coating and interior cleaning and restoration. They are capable of providing 3D printed mounts and fully custom pieces to fit the interior and owner’s wishes. They are always knowledgeable and huge car enthusiasts themselves. My vehicles are always returned in better condition than I dropped off and the time, pricing and completion dates are always kept. I will get status updates on larger projects along with any findings or suggestions to keep things on track. Huge value for the quality of service and care provided.

Steve is the best! I can't say enough good things. Very detail oriented and reliable. He takes care of anything car related for me and my partner. he's tinted our windows, custom color coated rims, detailed our cars at a great price, oil changes, replaced my emblems, battery, installed interior lighting, organized tows for us.. Even got my old BMW fixed when every other shop gave me a runaround for the complexity of the job, You name it he's your guy.

Service here is remarkable. I had my Bentley restored to brand new at this shop. This included wheel repair and restoration. Battery replacement Full annual Bentley service Including spark plugs, exterior and interior detailing. All done to perfection within 1 week. Cannot say enough about the owner Steve and his knowledge of luxury cars.

My wife and I are snowbirds. We were looking at options to store our car while out of town. Called several local/national storage companies. There options were just too limited. We finally reached out to Car Guys of Scottsdale. They had several options from indoor temperature controlled to bi-monthly service checks at our apartment location. We chose bi-monthly, and Steve and his crew did an exceptional job of servicing our car for six months. They were always on time twice a month. They serviced the car to maintain the battery, etc. They included a video of the work being done. They did exceptional work at a fair price. Their level of professionalism and service is so rare to find today. It was greatly appreciated and the peace of mind we experienced made our 1st year as snowbirds more enjoyable by reducing any car maintenance/security anxiety. We would highly recommend them for any car maintenance needs.

I had a bad experience at the dealer, needed a fix for my bumper that was misaligned. I went to Steve at Car Guys of Scottsdale and he fixed my car in 5 minutes. I purchased custom luxury sheepskin covers from an unknown company online and realized it was a BBB nightmare company, with a very poor rating, so I was lucky enough to get the order cancelled in time! Stephen Hank is the best, got my Tesla in right away. Fixed up the dent in my trunk, painted it, replaced a spoiler all in record time. This is the 5th time I have used this shop and won’t go anywhere else.

Steve is the best! He replaced the windshield & wiper blades as well as did a break flush on our son’s Jeep. He was professional, did the work quickly & went over everything with me and my son at pickup. Excellent customer service. He has new customers for all 3 of our cars now!

Stephen Hank, the owner, has been my trusted mechanic since 2021 when he replaced the radiator and cooling system in my BMW 640i. He has serviced all of my cars, and my boss’ cars as well. We have brought Ferraris, G wagons and a Bentley to him for servicing. He really does it all, and it does it WELL. I recently purchased a vintage Mercedes SL500 and he installed two new door panels and completed a Hunter 4 wheel realignment and steering wheel correction. He has helped greatly to make restoring this car a dream come true. We have more work still do to, and I will only allow Steve to touch this car. He really is the best. Highly recommend!

Stephen and the crew at Car Guys of Scottsdale are THE BEST at what they do! Brought my (almost) new car to have a clear bra applied. Flawless work, done on time, with detailed explanation of the process. The car had hard water deposits all over the paint and glass when purchased which we discussed with Stephen . He thoroughly explained the removal process followed by application of Ceramic Sealant. We agreed to have the work done and we are SO HAPPY with the outcome! And, they guarantee their work. I had a fantastic experience with the Car guys at Scottsdale who detailed and Ceramic Pro coated my car. The estimate was detailed and very fair. I got a lot of bang for the buck and a few extras as a courtesy. I have a keen eye for excellent customer service and this team hits the Bullseye!

Was in a pickle with a very old glass that needed tinting. It seemed as if the only option was replacement, however, Steve with his experience and diligence helped me salvage a back glass on my vehicle with brand new quality tint. Steve and his team will always provide you with excellent service and I would not hesitate to give him a call again on any vehicle services I need in the future.

Had to get my Toyota Supra carbon fiber mirror assembly replaced and they ordered the parts quickly and were great with Communication. Unfortunately they quoted the wrong price and it was more expensive than expected so Stephen offered to still get the job done without any profit margin on their side because of the wrong quote. Car looks good as new and will be going here from now on for any car repairs

Steve and his crew did a great job removing my old, purple, delaminating tint and installing beautiful new heat rejecting film. The car is so much cooler now, which makes such a difference in this Arizona heat.
