Hours say they are open from 10am-4pm on Saturday. I showed up at 2:15pm and the door was locked.

10/4/17 First battery went dead three days later. Here now to replace it and I have to call someone here to actually show them how to replace the battery. And they broke my battery housing. The skinny white lady is rude and does not appreciate peoples business. The Asian man is the owner. But he never says a word. Never again will the get a coin from my pockets. ************Update**************** This company is not owned by the same people who owned it when it opened. And it shows! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO INTERSTATE BATTERIES! THEY SELL USED BATTERIES! On 10.30.17 I had to take the second battery back. I'd advise taking a guy if you need a battery ladies. For safety and knowledge. They will try to beat you every time if they see a single woman coming to do business. It is a unkempt, dirty, dangerous place to go. With no waiting room. You will probably be blocked in or have to use the neighboring businesses parking lot. They use their parking lot for broken down vehicles, not their customers vehicles. Their main business is BUYING OLD BATTERIES AND CAR PARTS FOR SCRAP. THEY BUY USED BATTERIES AND RESELL ALL THE ONES THAT WILL HOLD A CHARGE. **************************************

If there's any business that NEEDS someone answering the phone it's an automotive parts seller, otherwise the customer's dilemma is whether to get a ride all the way there, only to find out they don't have the part you need. This place hasn't answered the phone any of the many times I've tried to call, over 3 days. --Just the "This person has not set up their voicemail box yet, goodbye." Wow.
