Very disappointed with business ethics! My brother was in a life-threatening motorcycle crash the week of Christmas and Wallace Towing picked up the bike on Dec 22. We attempted to pick up the bike the next day on Dec 23 but they were closed Dec 23-26th. Now, the first day open since the crash, we are being charged every day he has been closed for Christmas vacation. Not only is our family in serious distress during Christmas, but to be charged for almost a week when the business-owner would not allow us to get the vehicle back is shoddy business ethics. Happy to pay if we had simply left the vehicle there, but that is not the case!
