The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional and likes to get on Facebook and pick fights with people and insult them for no reason. That's definitely not how you conduct yourself when you're running a business especially doing it from your business's page. I can see now why this company has such a low rating.
Needed help getting a truck out of a ditch. They arrived in less than 20 minutes. They were fast and efficient. Had no issues what so ever. Driver was very nice and professional. Very thankful!

Brooks Towing is a life-saver, and an absolute necessity for Property Managers. I manage and lease a very large (±70,000+ SF) shopping center in Mobile, and unfortunately our largest tenant went into bankruptcy and closed. The vacancy somehow attracted abandoned cars, and tractor-trailers that were left unattended in the parking lot, sometimes with the engine running for several hours! This is an undue hardship on the Landlord's property and maintenance costs, and is an eyesore that negatively impacts the business for the remaining tenants. At times, I have counted over thirty tractor trailers in the parking lot. I tried driving out to the property, calling the phone numbers on each truck, and informing them that their vehicles were trespassing on private property, but in most cases, I was completely brushed off. In order to keep the property clear of trespassing vehicles, that would have to have become my full-time job! So not an option.
After calling around, I finally located Brooks Towing, and they were kind enough to install parking lot signage advising drivers that unattended or abandoned vehicles of any kind would be towed at the owner/driver's expense. Unfortunately, the drivers flatly ignored the new signage and continued to leave 18-wheelers, fifth-wheel trailers, and abandoned and inoperable cars all over the property, often leaving refuse and unsanitary garbage around the location of the vehicle. After hiring Brooks Towing, this parking lot is now clean and clear of unattended or abandoned vehicles - as it should be -and the current tenants are much happier and report growing business.
Everyone I've ever dealt with at Brooks Towing has been friendly, professional and extremely courteous. I really can't recommend Brooks Towing enough!
Thank you so much for the quick response of dealing with our truck. Brooks dealt with and stored our freightliner until we could get the equipment needed to haul it home. It was such a relief knowing it was being taken care of while we dealt with other issues. They went over and above by helping to load and secure the truck when we picked it up. Just called and asked for a quote and was told they don't have anyone available. Then the guy just hung up. How do you not have anyone available for a quote? Guess they aren't trying to make money
