They have always treated me with respect and always given the best price they could. Easy going people, actually there fantastic people that work hard for you and treat you the way you treat them. Great place to do business with.
Terrible customer service . The employee left the scale and had me waiting for 10 minutes when I was the only customer there. He came back and gave me 0.40 a pound for my #1 insulated copper wire when market price on the day is 1.35 a pound. I argued with the manager on shift and she argued back with me with no budge. I took the hit and will never be back there again. They lost a regular customer for that one , I will love to see when they go out of business
