They made purchase of the used NISSAN TITAN engine very easy, found them on line but realized were local so drove down, paid in cash in person. They delivered engine with no problem and stated all I had to do was to call them and they would send someone for core pickup. Once they received back would refund core deposit. When I called in for core return, was told i was on the list, few weeks go by and was then pushed off to their “contracted” pick up person. After multiple attempts and apparent lies with THEIR core pick up person I have given up. I will probably never use them again but if I do factor their core price into the job because it’s money you’ll NEVER get back. They could have just credited the core money if they were having that big of an issue actually arranging a pick up of the core. Pic of the core sitting outside my shop still waiting.
Not only did they have the parts I was looking for, they were shipped promptly and arrived exactly as described. I communicated electronically with someone from Heritage and it was efficient direct and useful. Highly highly recommend these people.
