ASE Certified Master Tech for 30 years. Ordered a PCM and after waiting for weeks it arrived. Picked it up and noticed the numbers were wrong but was assured it would work. PCM was functional however application was incorrect. Understand...Wrong part was ordered. No swap, no refund, no credit. Wouldn't even answer my calls. Bought lesson is a learned lesson.
EDIT: Talked to the owner and was assured they don't do business like this. Was given a credit toward another purchase. Guess it doesn't get much better than this. I'll try them one more time.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service offered here. The staff does not practice social distancing or wear masks. They also need to learn the value of equality and equal opportunity. If I could give them one star I would. TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. I will never return to this disgrace of an establishment.
I called about a Ford Fusion spare for a friend that had a flat. They were very helpful and actually called another yard for me because the one they had was a 4 lug and I needed 5. Not too many business go out of their way when there's nothing in it for them. Destination did, I highly recommend them. Thank you for your help.
