I was on schillinger rd Sunday night broke down on my Harley and Matt with coastal towing pulled up and asked if I needed help getting off the road he helped me get my bike across the road to safety and towed me to my mechanics shop . Didn’t have to call or worry about my Harley he was careful and used his own shirts on the forks to tie down the bike . Coastal is the only company I will use to tow my bikes . I have not personally used this company but I did call for a quote for tow my Chevy Equinox about 5 miles. I was quoted $150!!!! and to top it off, the guy that answered the phone was very hard to understand and VERY RUDE!! I won't be using them now or in the future.
Bro for real $85 for charging my battery and not even that, and I will never use this business again money dont grow on trees bro I was .7 miles away from my house and charged me $85. I would do 0 stars if I could.
Very helpful with my accident. Didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Also helped me with a tire and a wheel since mine was flat . I will definitely use these guys again when I’m in the area and need a tow. Would love to be in the area and buy them some Waffle House .

I told him that the website suggested that I would be called back very soon with a quote after filling out appropriate info.

He said in a very rude voice, "We don't do dat no more...!" And hung up.
I called because had flat tire and not able to change it but when asked about helping said they didnt do it anymore and ended call. if your posting says roadside assistance and you dont do it anymore take it off it is false advertising
Very rude. I was told to use another towing service because they didn’t have to waste on a flat. Customer service is horrible and doesn’t exist with this company at all. If I didn’t have to rate them with one star, they wouldn’t have even gotten that one.
They were great! They have a great personality and seem to want to help you they don't make you feel like a bother like others! I recommend if you want somewhere where the people care and car is safe!
This number does not belong to A+... If you call this number you will not get an A+ truck. I know all of the A+ drivers and this number doesn't belong to any of them. It must be someone riding on their coat tail.
