This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback on United Auto Delivery & Recovery in Mobile, AL skews strongly negative: 30/100. Customers cite rude, unhelpful service, appointment-only releases causing multi‑day waits, poor communication, and concerns about vehicle handling, with reports of damage and missing personal items. Gate/parking rules and paperwork add to frustration. One brief review praised friendly staff, but it’s an outlier. Little to no info on pricing, inventory variety, or ease of finding parts, so comparisons to junkyards are unclear. Overall trend: consistently poor experience.
Iam terrified of what my findings will be omg I’ve heard ugly things about the company in its entirety starting with the 18 attempts to retrieve my vehicle not to mention they have been holding my car for 8 extra days claiming they have not received the relief from financial institution however it had been submitted several days prior so now I’ve finally received the relief and that was only because I was able to merge the call and then only did the bootleg rep try to act professionally I’m praying now for a speedy release I have yet to schedule my appointment but however my invoice says a zero balance but with those ppl who knows what it will say Dear God please don’t let my Benz be a Endz
This place is the most horrific place I have ever been to. The lady opened the gate we drove in then she said we had to park outside the gates we weren’t allowed to drive in what the h
The I had to sign a release. Didn’t get a copy of what I signed so the can ad whatever they want to it my car was not even there twenty four hours and the cleaned and stripped my husbands truck down. No telling what they stole. Took off the tags. The bed cover was rolled back. I asked why they stripped it she said it was like that when they got it lied lied I was angry she said I would have to drive it outside to fix anything and put tag on it what a butch she was I have never seen anyplace that treats people so badly. Only because they can and not a dam thing you can do about it. They stole what they could and put everything even my glasses in a large bad and now my glasses are ruined. Another day. Is all I can say
Some of the absolute worst people I've ever dealt with. Double check and make 100% you have an appointment before you go. I'm still waiting to make sure I'll get all of my personal items. If I dont you will probably see me on the news.
