This place has bad business after being arrested and car being towed by F&S Towing and Recovery when I got out of jail after 12 days it was gonna be $600 to get my car out like I have that kind of money after getting out of jail but anyways I was told that if I'm not able to get all my stuff out by March 25th that my car that I own and had a good tag and everything will be auctioned off I don't think they should be allowed to do this this is why alot of people end up losing their vehichles because of this and I think something needs to be done about it to have a better way of helping people after getting out of jail. Besides all of that they tell me office is open Mon-Fri 9-3 that to let them know when I'm on the way well being my car is in impound its pretty hard trying to get a ride their so the 2 times I got a ride and was on the way when I called they said that their is only 1 person that works in the office and she wasn't gonna be their so that puts it off even longer now that I have to wait to get my stuff out before it gets auctioned off and all I'm saying is what if I had the money to get my car out from the 1st day I was on the way their then they tell me no one is in the office so then that's another rate of $25 a day everyday after that that their charging people and that's how they get your money. And that's all! Thanks.
Can see why this place gets a bad name. It's the attitudes. I get it, its a tow company and many "customers" are rude when SOMETIMES their cars were rightfully towed, but sometimes they are actually wrongfully towed. Employees have the I don't care attitudes regardless of the situation.
How could they keep my car and sell it to someone else? I won't rest until I get it back, and I'll call the police as soon as I get to the United States.
They took advantage of me, they didn't return my car y pretenden venderlo I hope Jesus works in the hearts of everyone who works there; they're the worst

Well, my car wasn't impounded like all the negative reviews on here, so I don't have misplaced anger. I called. They answered. They were polite, professional, and dispatched a driver right away. What more can you ask for?
Zero not an option. Rude and unprofessional staff. Daughter pays around 1200.00 a month for a apartment and she has a right to a parking space. She bought a new vehicle and before she could get a parking decal (less than a month after vehicle purchase and only a few days after obtaining license plates) these people came, like thieves, and took her car. Damage to hubs visible. When we went to pick up car, staff would not identify themselves other than first name, had wrong information regarding vehicle, and refused to give us a signed copy following payment. Yes, had to pay cash because they said credit/debit card machine down. Pricing listed for tow maximum 180.00 but they demanded 250.00. Other cars at Southern Oaks apartments do not have decals so this is DISCRIMINATION. I hold F&S Towing and Southern Oaks responsible and notifying the BBB for shady business practices. Yes, she will be moving soon. Caution for this business!!!!
Vince was great! We had major issues and caught a flat on the side of the highway. He showed up quickly and was so kind and helpful! We were so stressed but he towed us to the next gas station and helped us in a bad situation. Highly recommend!
Very professional and did not have to wait very long for them to arrive. They called me as soon as they arrived and dropped off the car to the body shop.
I call a lady answer and hung up in my face after needing help I kept calling several times. I don’t recommend anyone to this type of service poor service and communication
I had to get my vehicle towed twice in one week. Both times they showed up and towed my vehicle with no problem and no complaints. Both gentlemen that showed up one named Mr. Rick and I forgot the others name, were very polite and respectful. I would recommend them any time.
The girls that pick up the phone are so rude. They sound like low class (they may need professional training). The tow truck driver was actually very nice.
Had to get my car towed twice in 1 week. The first tow company never showed up but thankfully F&S was available to help. Not only did they show up both times but they came at the time provided and didn’t take long to hook it up. Thanks Mike
Horrible customer service do not use this company they came to pick up my truck at 2:00pm to deliver it to the shop to have some repairs done on it. I call the driver at 4:30 asking him where he’s at and the location is close due to how long it took and for him to take my truck back to my house he agreed. It’s now 5:51 and still no sign of the driver. I received a text saying my tuck is delivered. But here I am at my house waiting on the driver. They done a guess drop my truck off the side of the road. Now I have to do a stolen vehicle report. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF PUSHING YOUR VEHICLE TO THE LOCATION
Where do I begin ,first the the address is not the exact location of the business. Second, the vehicle was at what looks like their front yard instead of at the address given. The town truck driver tried to leave us in traffic while trying to lead us to he actual location. And when you call the company number a person who isn't on the location answers and has to call the actual location to notify the people that we were outside. Unprofessional and shindig.
These guys (and gals!) are top notch. They took us to our hotel and made our whole “broke down on vacation” ordeal a fun “first ride in a tow truck” for our daughter. They went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple fronts and we are so thankful for them. If we find ourselves stuck in the area again we’ll definitely call them first.

When our sons truck broke down at the entrance ramp to 65 from Springhill we called our roadside assistance. Within minutes we were assigned to F&S and after a few minutes more we had a text that they were on the way. They were there before the estimated time, very cautious while loading up the truck, very quick, and very respectful. When they arrived at the house to deliver the truck he was very considerate and was very cautious as to not damage the yard (it was wet because it was also storming). If we ever need another tow we will definitely be requesting F&S! Thank you for calming this mama’s nerves.
I’ve had to use this company on more than one occasions and they have be phenomenal to work with each time. Even the drivers are super friendly and patient! If I had to choose a reliable and professional company, they would be it each time!!
Jason Barnett towed our car and made a point to contact me to let me know that it was out of alignment and that three of the four tires needed to be replaced. He sent pictures and called twice to make sure that i understood so that I would know what to say to the repair shop.
I called his company up to tow my vehicle for me used them several times they always Johnny on the spot drivers are nice and polite. I’d recommend them.
When my car got totaled, F&S towing went and picked it up and I was welcome by his yard anytime to get anything out of my car. Wonderful people. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.

My 2021 GMC Arcadia had to be hauled to dealership and they damaged my car at the dealership...dropped it into a wall and crushed front end, and destroyed my undercarriage from repeatedly yanking it trying to get it off the platform. Did about $17,000 worth of damage and the owner, Bobby Snow, refuses to give me their insurance information. GMC Roadside Assistance hired them so they are completely responsible!!! Rude on the phone and hateful!! They never reached out to me to let me know their driver damaged my car the dealer had to call me the next day! Pitiful!!
For over a month we have looked for someone to move a small portable building but could not find anyone until today. I am grateful that we didn't because the guy that moved the shed which I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he stepped up to the plate and was here in no time to move a shed for us in orange beach. He went above and beyond to help us and was so kind and so helpful. Thanks guys for being there in our time of need. I would highly recommend this company.
Extremely professional and courteous!! Tim was absolutely wonderful when towing my car from the side of I-10 right at the I-65 interchange. The ETA from my insurance said we would be waiting at least an hour for a tow and he arrived 15 minutes after I called roadside assistance. He took care with my vehicle and was friendly throughout the entire service call. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend F&S Towing if you ever need assistance!
