Tow operator George was our Easter Angel , we were on vacation and got hit in the Mobile Tunnel on Easter Sunday he was dispatched and got our new car that was totaled and the other drivers car to the lot. We had no way to get the rental car and we were stranded ,he helped us empty our belongings out of our car , drive us to the airport to get the car , and load our luggage and whatnots in the rental , the accident happened at 10 am and we finished up at 4:00 pm He was our hero. Thanks George for being there for us and so sorry for ruining his Easter. The world needs more like him.
I cant thank south port towing enough for the help today! The driver was amazing and even gave me a reference on a mechanic if the guys I took my truck to today couldn't get it done today and offered to tow it there and waited on me to find out. My truck is my office and lively hood and they kept me in the race!! Thank yall so much!!!
Bubba went above and beyond when I needed a tow yesterday. He arrived quickly after I called. My battery exploded and he took me to O’Rileys. He removed mine and brought it in while I was buying a new one. He then put it in for me. Great customer service and I really appreciate all the help.
Baaaaaaaaaad drivers. Was near one on Government Fri June 3rd and this guy was purposefully slowing up on people, cutting off turn lanes and every other thing.
I guess it was good pricing on the tow/inpound fee but was hard to find which almost costs me more money and also they didnt even ask me for id or proof that the car was mine! Very questionable business and employees!
Did get here in fair amount of time that's why 2 instead of one star Husband was Stuck in a hurricane for 20 hrs driver was not friendly
