Came in around 9 am to have my trailer hitch light connection fixed on my car, they got it done quick so I didn't have to find a ride. Great customer service and friendly people.

Ordered an ARE cap for my Gladiator. Took a while for it to come in, but was worth the wait. The customers service was great and questions were answered quickly. The installation was meticulous. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installation. Would recommend. Update: after 5 years the paint has not faded and everything still works as it should. I love this camper shell!
Came in day before Christmas from Texas. Fifth wheel hitch malfunctioned and broke. Camper City was able to order a new fifth wheel hitch and install it Friday morning. Great job!

I have an incredibly clean, 2022 black lifted 2500HD that needed a topper. I spent 6 weeks waiting for it, and when I picked it up the Camper City employee pointed out his installation tech didn’t clean some chemicals of his hands and got smudges all of my new topper damaging the brand new paint. The topper also had bubbles in it and some other flaws. While installing the topper they dented my tailgate. They argued with me as if I was crazy and tried to convince me the dent was pre existing in my flawless black truck. It was a ridiculous way to handle a customer considering their sloppy techs had just destroyed the paint on the new topper. Today (8/1/2025) I brought it back to return the topper and they agreed to start a warranty claim. To do so, they had to remove the topper. Once finished, I walked outside and immediately noticed giant hand prints on my drivers door and once I got closer, there were scratches so deep you could see the primer. Once again, Cody denied it was their fault and tried to show me video to prove it. He could not. I was furious. I walked out back without him and saw two trucks parked along the topper racks outside. They pull the trucks up to the rack so they can pull the topper from the rack and easily place on the truck. I saw two trucks parked so close to the racks that the drivers side doors could not open more than a foot or two. Obviously the tech open my door into the rack but Cody still denied it.
This place has sloppy techs, low quality standards and rude managers that take zero responsibility. Past performance predicts future performance. I will never return. I did not even get an apology.
Although they did not have what I was in search of, they took the time to show me all the options available and offered a discount. Nice, honest and professional.
These gentlemen are extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased a camper top and they made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting. Showed me a similar unit being installed. Installation looked excellent. And the price was way lower than other quotes I had received. These guys are great to work with.
I recently bought a camper shell off of market place and went to camper city for questions about water proofing, a window that wouldn’t work and new keys. Even though I didn’t purchase from them they were super nice and professional and helped me take care of everything without trying to sell me on something . Great place to go to.
Words cannot express how impressed I was with the service I received and the outstanding job they did. I dropped off the truck at 0830 and they had it back before closing time. They installed a B&W gooseneck ball and a spray in bed liner. Truck looks great! Kevin was awesome to deal with. The spray tech Josh did an outstanding job.

I cannot recommend these guys anymore. We had called the day before to see about a Specific fifth wheel hitch for a newer truck the day before we needed it. They told us they could absolutely have one delivered and install the next day for us. We were buying a camper in the area and we’re traveling eight hours one way. Our local dealer was not going to be able to have it ordered and installed in time. as we were traveling the morning, we received a text that stated it was available as soon as we got in. When we arrived, we had my small dog and my older mother with me and these guys made it a priority to get us in and out. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
I usually stop in when I'm having issues with the plug on the truck for the trailers I could easily do it myself but, they have a sweet set up that makes it alot faster for them so why not let them do it. They are super friendly, have a sense of humor, honest they also do great work on accessories from what I've seen. This is your spot for accessories.
I can’t say enough positive things about Camper City and their team. We recently changed from a bumper pull Rv to a fifth wheel. We needed a fifth wheel hitch and we were from out of state. I was referred to camper city by our salesman and they were unbelievable. Kevin answered our call, ordered the exact hitch and scheduled our install immediately. We arrived in town a little early and they moved us right in for the install. When the installer was almost finished, the supervisor felt that we would have a smoother and safer tow if a certain part was reversed. The installer redid the install and the supervisor signed off on it. It would have been fine if they left it, but it’s perfect now. If you’re in the area and you need anything done to your rig these guys are the best!
These guys installed a spray in bedliner for me -needless to say I am thrilled! These guys were a professional, and prompt. The quote was very affordable, and the service was timely. I have already referred another family member that will be getting his installed next week.
We needed a base plate for a tow bar on our mini cooper so that we can tow behind our RV . I was going to call around but Kevin at Camper City was excellent on my first call so I stopped there. From that first call to completion he was friendly and helpful. I was in somewhat uncharted territory but he made it clear and suggested what I had forgotten I needed. They were ready when I got there and my car was done and ready to go before I expected it to be at exactly the price he had told me on the phone 23 days prior. After we got home I realized I was a little unclear on the way the tow bar attached so he took the time to text me two pictures of the correct way to do that. ABOVE AND BEYOND. 5 stars. Thanks Kevin. It was worth driving 35 miles each way!!
We had a malfunctioning towbar on our way cross-country and were able to find knowledgeable employees who removed, cleaned, reassembled and reinstalled the tow bar. I was also delighted that they had the parts available to complete this job. They got us on our way very quickly
Went here searching for running boards/steps for our newly purchased Dodge Ram crew cab based on a friend's recommendations. Not only did they have the item in stock but installed them and had us back on the road in less than 2 hrs. We were impressed with the friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices.
