Incredible place. Very well stocked and organized. They have sales on different days so you can plan ahead to save more. The condition is variable from poor to new with tags. Overall worth a visit. Some casual brands... Zara, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Keen, Naturalizer, etc.

Don’t waste your money by paying too much for used items!! My goodness!…I’ve shopped here many times before in the past looking for treasures….until now. I couldn’t figure out why the store looked so jammed pack full of everything…until I saw the outrageously high prices! Why pay MORE $$$ for used items, when they cost LESS to buy them brand new?! What a disappointment! Every department was full because the prices are ridiculously high! I’ll never be traveling out here for this again, I might as well shop in Macy’s, Tysons Corner, and Amazon to find better deals than this. Treasure hunting used to be fun, but I think whoever is pricing these items, which were donated no less, is really off the mark. Oh well, another thrift store bites the dust in my eyes.

I have been coming to Unique for years and have truly enjoyed the experience. I come here to live my values- by buying used items to reduce clothing waste and not break the bank in these economically precarious times. Recently I went to buy my boyfriend some dress shirts and jeans- the dress shirts are all roughly 10$ and some as expensive as 20$. Why? These are free, donated items. As a thrift store and business you want to incentivize customers- not insult them. The women's clothing section is filled with cheap fast fashion that is clearly overpriced. I shopped at Marshalls instead and bought brand-new, designer dress shirts for 13$ and 17$. Unique - if you actually care about making money (and not about environmental impact) then please reconsider your pricing strategy. It is NOT a money maker for you, it's not good for consumers, it's terrible for the planet. Please work to get it right. I assure you it's not that hard. Thank you.

This was my first time at Unique and I was very impressed with the layout of the store. I was at unique with friends to buy clothes for an event. Easy to read signs telling your shoppers where items they are looking for are at.

This pricing is excessive and misleading. Selling used and dirty items at prices higher than new products sold by Amazon exploits consumers and undermines the purpose of a donation-based organization

Wheelchair ♿ Accessible! Yay! REMINDER: This is a FOR PROFIT company that donates less than 20% of their annual income to other charities. The company is actually Savers dba Unique. Many overpriced items that are just shy of buying brand new if not more (old casserole dishes with lid $20 while a new one is a few dollars more, cast iron pan $30? I can get a brand new one for $20-25). For items they get free, it should be criminal to charge these prices. Inconsistent pricing too - guess depends on who's behind the clicker - exact items can be a buck or two different without any damage between them.

This is hands down my favorite thrift store ever!! Every time I go I have a cart full of clothing. I often go with friends and they love it too! I highly recommend.

they have anything you could ever think of even chicken nuggets fresh out of the air fryer

I put a pressure cooker in my basket while shopping, slightly used and the employees followed me around while I continued shopping. At checkout, same employees standing around waiting for me to decline pressure cooker, I bought it and it gave me many years of delicious meals. I love this store!

The BEST and BIGGEST thrift store I've ever been to! They have so many dedicated sections like fashion, household, hobbies and so on. You can even luck out and find brand new items here quite often and in general things in great condition.

The inventory is largely junk and overpriced. I have stuff to throw away that’s higher quality than what is marked up at this store. Not a nonprofit cause either.

I had inside I bought mixer and even before I check it out I have chat with one of the manager expressing my happiness to find tell blander with this price and even told I need need I will get just for the good price after that the person on charge of pressing tell the manager the price should be higher and he remember he priced for 89 not 29 I don’t know how he can remember all price for thousand of this stuff and why he didn’t say nothing for the other person who get blander for 9 dollar and clearly wasn’t the price the manager how was nice she did understood what was the problem but isn’t here fault gita myWilber was the pers

It's not my first time coming here. But I have seen prices for video games and several other objects quadruple. The prices where i've shown them even ebay and secondary shops that buy these stuff. And sell them at basically a quarter of that price. I've already complained through the headquarters and like i've told them if this continues.I will continue putting one star's negative reviews. And hopefully something gets changed not for me.But for everybody, i've talked to several customers and said the same thing to me.The prices are ridiculous for things that have been donated. Don't let them fool you fight. The prices continue to bombard these people with negative reviews. If you can and tell them the truth, these prices are ridiculous. You know, you can buy these at a better price. For example, just because it says pokemon, it doesn't mean it's made of gold. Two hundred dollars is way too much for a single game, for an actual game of one of the pokemon games can cost up to forty dollars to about fifty. If you're talking about the older ones that makes sense. If it's in the box, but we're talking about a 3ds game slash switch game that you can buy at best, buy for about half to a quarter of that price. So now savers uniques, all of you. I am waiting, hopefully you guys will learn your lesson and continue to help customers and reducing your prices. Thank you Update: corporate has still not spoken to both Unique and savers to fix these over priced non tested games. They are still trying sell you a video game 4x times the cost then let's say ebay, super bit, estarland etc. Like I said on my last post I will continue to fight until something changes here at these thrift store. Everyone be aware of what you are paying and double and triple check the prices. Update: the said they fixed the price on the games. I am here to say,it's still expensive here is proof. Ebay is still cheaper. So unique prove us your the best thrift shop to shop "at the best price"!!!!

Almost overwhelming, but in a good way. Very well organized once you get the layout. Enough stock so that you can find larger sizes and unusual items. Great fun!

Recently the prices here have been obscene. They're asking $20-$50 for actively broken items and $200 for basic framed prints. This isn't acceptable for a thrift store. I used to love coming here but lately it's been a huge waste of time.

Great store, but the prices have gone way up. People like myself donate items to help others, not for the store to take advantage of people. It wasn’t like this before, so I wonder if there’s new management.

This used to be a 5 star thrift store, but now it’s really hard to find NICE things at a decent price. Why are we pricing clothing items above $10? Charging $5 for things you can find at the dollar store. Half the stuff on the shelf is junk and they pull the nice stuff to sell online. It’s usually picked over by resellers as well. I’ll probably be pivoting to the smaller local shops from now on.

It's huge and organized well by sizes. Good brands! The only downside is the no dressing room rule. I was wondering if there is a dressing room d uring the week when it's less busy?

Do not buy any boxes that are wrapped in tape or sealed inside plastic bags. It looks like they’re just trying to keep things together, but in reality those boxes are often missing the most important parts or they’re completely empty. The worst part? There are no refunds, and you only find that out after you’ve paid, because it’s printed on the receipt. There are no signs at the registers, and nothing in the self-checkout area to let you know ahead of time. I’m really disappointed. There’s a big difference between a customers changing their mind and a store knowingly selling sealed boxes that can’t be checked and then refusing returns. I shop thrift all the time and usually expect a mix of good and bad finds, but this felt like a real scam. I won’t be buying any sealed items from them again, and I hope this helps someone avoid the same experience.

This thrift store is truly one of a kind! They have unique pieces, great prices, and everything is well organized. I loved browsing through the selection — definitely worth a visit.

This was my first time visiting a Unique location (about three weeks ago) and I feel like I have been doing myself a disservice! I got so many beautiful pieces and a staff member was so sweet to me! I wish I remembered her name. I ended up getting over 20 items (including barstools) for well under 300 dollars all together. As a fashion lover on a budget, I will be back and truly had a great time

I have visited at least a dozen times over the past 6 months. And yes, sometimes it is a hit or a miss. The prices on average are reasonable. I have seen some jackets and jewelry at a high price, though I’m not certain why, however, I have found many high-end Italian and US designer items going for nothing, which tells me the people pricing the items may not be exceptionally knowledgeable. But again you’re at a thrift store, and that is where the deals and the bargains are there to be found. I have never interacted with staff, so I cannot vouch for their politeness or unprofessionalism, but I can tell you checkout is easy and speedy and I have not had an issue with returning two items. I have seen people stealing so I understand that the stores issues and concerns, and why the staff is monitoring at times for this. I also understand for good reason why it is so busy, because there are deals to be had, and because they are constantly rotating their stock. Not to mention more of us cannot afford to shop everyday at the retail stores. I have also made two donations there and they have accepted everything that I brought as long as it’s in good condition and is working. Why would anybody make a donation if the item is broken or is not working. This to me shows that they have care that they are not selling bad or faulty items to their customers.

I love coming to shop at this location very much but it has been quite a bit now that a lot of the items are getting really overpriced. For some of the price that are listed didn't really make sense compared to a brand new item you can get from a retail store. Btw, I love a lot of the staffs here. They are genuine and friendly.

Today I brought quite a lot of things to donate to this store. So the person accepting the items told me that a perfectly nice frame was trash and he would not accept it. He subsequently threw all of the items into the bin like it was trash. It was very disappointing. This guy was rude and unpleasant. I would seriously give second thought to what you donate to this store. No wonder so much of the store inventory is damaged. Plus the prices are astronomical for a thrift store. Keep these facts in mind when donating your stuff to Unique. Consider donating to a place that is valuing your contribution.

I come here a lot, but this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will find great quality items, brand new items and even vintage or antique items for amazing prices. Other times you will find items that should be in the trash for sale. The employees are also a hit or miss. You can encounter some really nice polite helpful people. Other times you will be treated like a dog and even be accused of stealing. I was once even pushed hard out of the way by an employee instead of being asked to move out of the way instead. It could definitely do better. I've even seen people literally sleeping on the job!

I was told about this thrift store while my Dad was a patient at Inova. I was shocked at how big this place was. It's like the size of 2 Burlingtons put side by side. They had so much stuff. One downside was they did not have any changing rooms to try anything on. Another is that prices were higher than I expected. I purchased a jacket because my Dad was in ICU and it was freezing. I paid $10.99 for the jacket, and at Goodwill, it may have been $6.99. I'm not gonna complain because it was a warm and comfy jacket. I did browse around and noticed inconsistent pricing as far as the same item being different prices on multiple items. I do still think there are plenty of deals to be found. Had I had more time, I would have shopped more. I do recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

Not the greatest deals but it’s so large you’re bound to find what you are looking for, but it may not be at that price you want to pay. I got a 4 person tent and a military belt for $16 with discount.

This is the biggest thrift store I've ever seen! It's full of a variety of items, including clothing, shoes, jewelry, books, housewares, furniture, and more. Some items are new with tags! I've found some really great finds over a multitude of visits here. There is an accessible entrance next to the stairs, as well as several shopping carts to aid your shopping experience. In addition to shopping, you can also donate items here. On the outer right side of the store, you can see a loading dock, usually with one or two staff members accepting donations, no questions asked, and even offering to help offload and carry your donations to a rolling bin at hand. They also routinely ask if you need a donation receipt. Right next to the Mosaic District, this Thrift store is a jewel! There is large parking lot here that serves a few businesses and there are always lots of spaces available.

Unique is a good thrift store for dropping off your items that you no longer need ranging from clothes, kitchen wears, electronics, books, you name it. You also buy from items donated by others at a low price. Customer service here is also wonderful. I would say keep helping. Update: Unique has undergone some recent changes - sales automation and now you could attend to yourself but sales attendants are still around to help, coupons and perks have become more decent. Unique also has more inventories recently but you could walk in to donate more.
