I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. My vehicle was towed here as a AAA Plus member due to a flat tire and a known battery issue that I was already in the process of handling myself. I decided to replace all four tires instead of just the single damaged one. I informed the staff about the battery issue and declined their battery replacement service because they quoted over $300 for parts and labor. I explained that I would replace it myself as I will use my self battery jumper to jump start my car. Two days later after paying for the tire services, I was given my keys back and went to my vehicle. I discovered I was locked out. The shop had locked all the doors after service. They admitted they had to jump-start the car to move it in and out of the service area but failed to leave it unlocked. The front desk representative told me this was more or less it was “my problem” and suggested I call AAA for lockout service despite the fact that AAA had already towed the vehicle there and them being AAA 🙄 After contacting AAA emergency road side, and waiting 2 and a half hours, I was informed after the fact I had exceeded my annual service allowance and had to pay $95 out of pocket for the lockout service. At this point the car shop has closed for the day, otherwise I wouldve addressed this cost on the spot. I emailed the store requesting reimbursement due to what I believe was their negligence and received no response for an entire month. The only time they acknowledged the issue was after I filed a complaint with the county’s consumer protection division. Even then, they continued disputing responsibility despite initially saying they would not contest it, and the dispute claim was ultimately decided against me. I regret choosing to spend my money on a full tire replacement here after experiencing this level of customer service and lack of accountability.

I called Victoria Kowser about switching my car insurance from a different AAA location to this one after a move. I tried to explain I had a complicated history with a separate AAA renter’s insurance account with my name and address incorrectly listed on top of my active AAA plus membership and current AAA car insurance. She was not listening. We kept talking over each other and she got frustrated and super unprofessional. She ended up hanging up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor! I was totally shocked and taken aback. I will say that on the car service side of things, the service advisor was very nice when I took my car in for same day tail light replacements, but she never called me back about my quote request to fix my muffler. The onsite membership agent was also nice, but after being assured that I was all set to transfer my AAA club membership, I was not, in fact, all set. He said that I would receive a new AAA number and cars in the mail (I did not), and he said he had removed a member of my household per my request (he did not, the app still showed them as a household member and my renewal payment would have required me to pay for them too)—totally wasted my time. Between that and Victoria’s rudeness/customer service failure, I will most likely be cancelling AAA and switching to a new insurance company. Update—I emailed them and they did nothing lol Cancelled my AAA and got Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Instead, for $250 less than what AAA would have charged me. Not to mentioned saving $150 on the membership costs itself.

Management here is really excellent - I had an issue with my brakes and the team were able to get me taken care of quickly, to include following up on service and getting me the parts I needed quickly. I know some customers here are citing issues with service, but that was not at all my experience working with this location.

I had an excellent experience with MG at AAA. MG was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was MG’s attention to detail and genuine care for providing great customer service. The experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MG as a service advisor and truly appreciate the outstanding support provided.

Wow! This place is a total rip off! I had my car towed by AAA because it wouldn’t start. Unfortunately, they brought it here. First of all, they gave me a $2600 estimate which included flushing the coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid. None of which were part of any possible problem. They said my battery was bad (1 year old), alternator bad, battery charging sensor and serpentine belt was bad. New total (after the extraneous items taken off) was $1700+. I didn’t believe the alternator was bad and I asked them to put my battery on the charger. They said they did all of this, but I didn’t trust them. I knew I was being ripped off, so I had it towed to another place. They made me pay $107 for their diagnosis (or misdiagnosis). What did they find? A bad battery cable! Battery was good, alternator good! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Probably too long to write. I have had the single worst customer service experience of my life with AAA.

I usually get my car inspections done here but this year they flagged my car for “7 service items required”. The total estimate ended up being over $2,700. I’m saving for a wedding right now so I didn’t feel comfortable spending that amount of money and instead asked to fix whatever it needed to pass inspection (just replaced some lights that day). Before I left they encouraged me to get those things fixed sooner than later though. I got a second opinion from another mechanic who took the time to show me my car in person and explained NOTHING needed to be fixed at all… Sooo yeah. Parts were just fine and I almost got gyped. If prices seem wrong, it doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion. I don’t really feel comfortable getting service done here again.

Another overcharging example: My wife had to go there unplanned after damaging a tire on a curb. She got two new front tires installed and an alignment done. On the invoice there were items she could not explain to me. She had been sold some 'tire insurance' (RHP). When I returned to question it, the staff member refused a refund, even though the insurance was most likely never properly explained. My wife is British, so there was no language barrier. Also, after the alignment, the steering wheel now sits about 5 degrees off.

Do not bring your car here. I brought my car in for a radiator leak. They messed up sending me a proper quote 3 times then finally when I got the correct number I decided to go with another mechanic due to cost (they wanted more than 10% over what I was quoted elsewhere). They still charged me $100 (after AAA discount, its usually closer to $200, which is absurd) for a diagnostic fee that I never okayed. Even after paying their diagnostic fee taking my car elsewhere is still the cheaper option.

I had a similar experience as many other reviewers with this place way overcharging for service. I had my car towed here when the clutch went out. I did not hear from AAA for 15 days and when they did finally contact me with the diagnoses the price was outrageous and they said the parts were back ordered for nearly 2 months. I had it towed to a place less than a mile from there and they charged me $4,000 less! $4,000! The car now works perfectly and they got the parts with no problem and had it fixed quickly. I obviously won’t ever go here again.

We had such an amazing experience at AAA thanks to the store manager, Kritia. We arrived at 7:30 AM and were told the international driver’s license service didn’t begin until 8:00. But Kritia saw us waiting and, so thoughtfully, stepped in to help us right away, even though the service wasn’t scheduled to start yet. Her timing was a huge relief since my husband had an important call at 8. Kritia’s attention to detail was impressive, and she was so friendly, kind, and efficient. What could have been stressful became quick and smooth thanks to her initiative. AAA is very fortunate to have a manager like Kritia. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her help!

I’m happy with my AAA roadside assistance service, but very unhappy with the quote I received for auto repair at AAA Seven Corners. AAA initially quoted me $2,500 for the work, which included items not needed to fix the issue that caused my car to break down. After I asked them to remove those unnecessary items, the quote dropped to $1,500. I then sought a second opinion elsewhere and had the same necessary work completed for half the price. The other provider was surprised at how AAA had quoted the job. I’ll keep AAA for roadside assistance, but I will not use their auto care services again.

Michael is an ANGEL!! He helped us with so much and came right back when we called for his help. He even stayed with us until our uber came and basically saved our entire night. Genuinely sent from heaven.

We had a very pleasant experience planning a road trip. Things have changed since I last used AAA. This is a new office, and it's clean and bright, and the person who helped us, Ninnie, was very kind and thorough.

UPDATE: 4 stars to 1 star. I'm not coming back here. 1. During an oil change they removed and threw away the Fumoto valve on my vehicle. Which is strange, b/c it makes their job easier. The technicians replaced it with a random drain plug bolt. They did not tell me until I noticed after driving home. I called to let them know and they just said, 'oh that's weird.' 2. They removed the parking sticker on the front of my car that I use to park at work. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying to find out when I drove to work right after my appointment and I couldn't get into the parking. They did not tell me they did this. 3. The list of recommended maintenance included replacement of cabin air filter and condition was listed as "dirty". I replaced this filter 2 days prior to the service myself (it is brand new). This makes me feel like the filter wasn't checked and the listed is auto-defaulted to recommend replacing things like filters which is incredibly disingenuous. 4. They said my brakes were low and control arms needed replacement and quoted me ~$2100 for the work (even with my AAA membership). I turned it down (b/c of my lack of confidence listed in #3), called several other car maintenance shops which all had lower prices. I ended up getting the exact same work done for $400 less at a different auto shop.

Mengistu delivered excellent customer service throughout our interaction. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise. He made helpful recommendations without being too pushy. Shout out to the mechanic (Frank Emebo) who took care of my car. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It was my first visit, but certainly not my last. I'm very pleased with everything! Thank you both.

I brought my vehicle in for what I suspected was a simple issue with the serpentine belt. To my surprise, I was given a staggering estimate of over $1,800 to replace the serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulley. That price seemed extremely high, so I decided to get a second opinion from another reputable shop. The second shop quoted me approximately $600 for the exact same work — parts and labor included. The technician even explained that while this type of repair is slightly more effort than the usual vehicle, it shouldn’t cost anywhere near what AAA quoted me. This experience has completely shattered my trust in AAA's auto services. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it’s disappointing to see such inflated pricing from a company that promotes itself as trustworthy. Needless to say, I will never return to this AAA shop, and I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive repairs here.

We went here for passport photos. I ended up having to join my spouse’s membership to get discounted photos, too, but Amadou made the whole process easy and efficient! The photos turned out great and we were in and out in minutes.

I don't understand how this place doesn't have a higher rating because it's the best. The women in the morning were so helpful and pleasant. There was a guy in there who was having a rough day trying to figure out passport things because he needed to travel, and they went above and beyond to help him. Just witnessing it was awesome, then it came to helping me out, and they were kick ass. So friendly and explained things, was honest about the time it would take, and made sure I knew where everything was while I waited. The service was great, the guy who helped me check out was helpful and explained everything great. No one made me feel dumb like usual car places do. I went home and told my wife this would be the only place either one of us could take our cars. I was in at 8 am on Thursday, April 10th. So whoever that crew was, they're awesome. Oh! It was also an employee's birthday, and they were all saying happy birthday and being friendly. Really seemed like people enjoy each other there. I didn't get to say happy birthday to the guy so happy belated birthday and thanks for being awesome

Quick and efficient service to get my International drivers permit within 15 minutes of arrival. I recommend to download the form online and with it already completed. They can take passport photos on the spot for a charge.

I apologize. I seldom give negative feedback, but today I feel I have to. I used to like this store very much before I moved out of the fall church. I came here to check my car once in a while. But today's experience just totally shocked me. I made a service appointment for checking an unknown maintenance light showing up on my panel and would like to give a diagnosis. The advisor said the diagnosis costs me $189 in the beginning, and I gave him a rolling eye look, then he scaled down the "checking price" to $89 for the estimate and dianosis, citing "I was ten year's AAA member." From this part, I can smell the dishonesty of the advisor and the way they tried to rip their customers off. Then I agreed upon the checking, and he took my car to the garage, and guess what? The estimate coming back is $2,250, pre-tax, including the suspension system and change of all the tires. Man, I know I have a 10-year-old car, but the mileage is only 59K. I live in the city, so mostly the times I drive are to the grocery stores or to the church. This is such a blatant robbery; even in the Nissan dealership, they won't do so. Of course I won't approve of this $2,250 repair estimation, which means I spent $95 dollars for nothing, just for the inspections and the diagnosis. I mean, is this how this business works today? I know everything is more expensive today, but if you are the owner of this store, could you ask yourself if this kind of business is okay or not? I signed up for checking an unknown maintenance light this morning, and you are going to charge me $2,250 and recommend I change my tire too? Plus, in the beginning, I have already told the "advisor" I just did my regular oil change, brake fluid change, and tire rotation. I don't understand where these numbers are coming from. This is just a sad thing living in the U.S. The trust between the customers and the stores is merely thin right now. My car is a Nissan Altima with 59K miles, not 590K. I feel after today that it is really hard for me to recommend anyone to make an appointment with this AAA.

I came to AAA to get an oil change because my car was due for one and AAA emailed me a coupon. The oil change itself was $60, which was fine, but the customer service agent told me the mechanic found lots of problems and it would cost me >$1k. I wanted to talk to the mechanic to get a sense of which of these problems were actually urgent (honestly, my car was running fine before, so I doubt they were urgent) and which were things that needed to get fixed but could also wait. But I did not have a chance to talk to the mechanic, only the customer service agent, and he didn't make clear what was necessary and what wasn't. AAA also put a sticker on my car suggesting I get an oil change in 5k miles, but since I have synthetic oil, I am used to waiting 7-10K miles. So I am expecting the "maintenance required" light to come on in 5k years and then I'll have to ignore it for awhile.

Took my car there for safety inspection. One of my brake lights was out and they quoted me $85 in labor to replace it. When I balked at the price, the associate said it was going to be very labor intensive to fix. In reality, it took them less than 10 minutes from the time he quoted me until the time it was done. They also only fixed a symptom because the bulb blew out immediately on the way home. Update: I did follow-up as requested and the only thing that happened was they took my contact info, so they're "reaching out" was little more than lip service

Just passing through the area on a road trip. Mike and MG saved me from a horror of a car breakdown. Mike stayed almost two hours past shift on a Friday evening to make sure they got the part they needed before closing. They efficiently repaired it once they opened again Monday. Car parts will always be expensive, but the kindness and professionalism from the staff was priceless. Drove the car six hours home without any issues. Thank you all again!

Cars break down, and for me- my car is everything! I arrived late on a Friday and had my diagnostic complete within an hour. Unfortunately, I needed a car part that needed to be shipped in on Monday. On Monday, they started my car early enough to discover, another piece needed repair on top of the 1st one. I was distraught because my life had been altered because I had no car. I watched the mechanics work very hard to get cars in and out very fast. Their communication was great, and their customer service was even better. Thank you Mike and the team! I made it home in 6 hours lol, with no worries. I am grateful.

I would REALLY, REALLY recommend you do NOT take your car here. My brakes went out in my car and I had my car towed to this location. I have been a Triple AAA member for years now and have never had a bad experience, so I thought nothing of taking my car here. I am extremely disappointed by the service I received. It took 2 weeks for them to get my car back to me. I completely understand it takes time and they are probably busy with many other cars, but I had it quoted elsewhere and every other auto shop told me 2 weeks is ridiculous. (To be fair to them, they did have to order some parts, but it took them 4 days after my car was towed for them to even look at my car). Not only that, but the customer service I received was incredibly frustrating. They did not call me to let me know my car arrived at their location, nor did they call me (I had to call them for updates). When I asked for an approximate time frame for when I should expect news about it, they didn't give me a clear answer. The answer I did get was wrong, they would tell me they'd call me at a specific time and then didn't. They told me my car would be ready by a specific day and then waited 30 minutes before the shop was closing to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready (again after they'd had my car for two weeks). When I did speak to someone on the phone they had a horrible attitude and were quite rude. I really am not trying to purposefully give a bad review, but I am just so disappointed by this experience and I would recommend you take your car anywhere else. Again, I understand it takes time and was never expecting to get my car back immediately. But the two weeks combined with the complete and total lack of communication and the rude attitude is just not acceptable.

I came to this location at about 8am on 6/11/22. The previous night, my tire went flat on the highway. I called AAA and they sent out a tow truck with a great technician named Brian. The next morning, I came to this location to get the tire patched. The gentleman who “helped” me asked if I had an appointment. I told him no because it was an emergency situation with a flat tire. He then went on about how backed up they are and that it might take a long time to patch a tire. I asked will I get the car back today and he said maybe. So it takes that long to patch one tire? I asked this question and he said well maybe we can squeeze you in. The whole time he acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. Anyway, poor customer service, poor attitude. And it’s important to note that there were no other customers in the building. I don’t recommend this AAA location to anyone. My family has been a AAA member for decades. Do better.

This place is excellent both with customer service and mechanics. I come here with any issue I have. Ive come here twice, first time with a flat tire replacement and another for a used car inspection. I just left here after getting a used car inspection on a mazda and was helped by Aaron at the front desk. Super polite, thorough and helpful. The mechanic he set me up with was John. John did a great job and gave it to me straight. Located an issue with the breaks that the previous inspector missed, gave me his recommendation and made sure I understood everything that came with the car if I decided to purchase it. I recommend this triple a and will be using them for a while to come. Thank you John and Aaron

This is my go-to facility for car maintenance. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Prices are fair and AAA members get a discount on labor (not a lot, but small perk.) I have never been disappointed by a visit!
