I’m a first-time car buyer and this was truly an awful experience. I feel completely taken advantage of. I had recently been in a car accident that totaled my first car. I picked a good car at the dealership, but was unable to take it home for weeks, despite hearing multiple times that it was likely going to be ready in a few days. I requested to have the vehicle transferred to a dealership closer to me, since my husband and I took a 7+ hour trip to pick up the car, only to return home empty handed, even though I was told it was ready. The dealership was less than accommodating and we had to take another trip to pick up the car. It’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my registration. Thankfully, the employees are nice when talking to them, however, how the situation has been handled is terrible. I just want the registration and tags soon so that I can be done with this company. My husband is looking into buying a truck soon and we know where we will be avoiding.

Bought a used Audi A6 here and had the best car buying experience ever. Quick and easy negotiation they came up $4,000 on my trade in to make the deal work. I was in and out of the dealership including financing in under 1.5 hours. Every other car I have bought is an all day affair. From the salesman to sales manager to the finance guy everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and focused. Next time i need a great condition low milage used car I'll go back and when I get an F=150 this is the only Ford dealership I will visit.

I had a great experience working with Brandon. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient throughout the entire car buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure, just great customer service. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend asking for him!

Buck was great! He was very attentive when I explained the issues I was having with my Bronco. Also got my inspection and emissions while it was in for service. Vehicle was ready on time as promised and everything was done correctly. Will definitely continue visiting this service center.

I had a great experience purchasing my Mazda. Daniel, my salesperson, was very helpful and made the process smooth from start to finish. Purchasing a new vehicle can be exciting, but also cause some anxiety. Living in an area that has limited dealerships, I decided to extend my search to a 100 mile radius of my home, and I'm happy to say that Koons Ford in Falls Church, VA, and more specifically, their sales associate, Wayne P. delivered a positive experience. Wayne was responsive, easy to talk to, and worked within my budget to furnish me with a new car. Overall, seamless experience with Koons, from arrival to financing to handing over the keys. Quite happy with my new Maverick!

Highly recommend! First of all, I hate buying cars. I had my 2015 Ford F-150 for 11 years and would have kept it longer, but it was time for something more economical. I found a Toyota Highlander and met Andreas Small at the dealership. He was an absolute pleasure working with. Number one, he is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. I met with other dealers at other dealerships, and they couldn’t answer the basics. Andreas had an Answer for every question, and for those things he was unsure of, he had an entire cadre of other individuals to consult. The prices were very reasonable and competitive and didn’t require a lot of haggling back and forth to get to a deal price. I bought a used car, and the one issue that was identified after driving off the lot was dealt with quickly. The financing and registration process was quick and painless. Andreas was extremely communicative, and definitely one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure of interacting with in any field in recent memory. Andreas and the folks over at Koons Ford went the extra mile to make sure they treated me like a valued customer.

Service advisor Buck Bouchard is worst one. My husband bought a car from Koons and loved to go to Koons for his car maintenance service. He had a bad experience with another service advisor years back (first name may be phu…. I forgot his full name). Recently he went (2/13/2026) to Koons for diagnosis his SUV. My husband asked how much for diagnosis. Buck said $200. Then my husband asked it was less before than $200. Right? Buck answered go somewhere else. It’s a very bad manner he showed. And return the key. My husband said no! I want to do it here. It’s ok to pay $200. It was weekend he said you have to leave the car until Monday. Or come back on Monday. My husband chose to go back there on Monday morning. Then my husband went back there on Monday (2/16/2026). Buck offered $190 instead of $200. My husband was happy with $190. Then Buck asked him to wait 1and half hours or more to find the problem. MY HUSBAND CAR’S PROBLEM WAS MAKING WEIRD NOISE AND JERKING. He asked him to find out these Two problems. Buck said ok. After 1and half hours Buck said to my husband that Transmission problems and he has to pay $250 instead of &190! And you have left the car for another day for more diagnosis. My husband did not say anything. Left the car for another day. Next day(2/17/2026) my husband went there get back his car. Buck said you have to replaced transmission. And gave him estimated. And jerking is because of transmission. My husband paid and left from Koons. Then he went to another shop for diagnosis (cost $120) his car problems. They said that jerking (misfire) is happening because of bad plug. They changed all plugs and jerking has gone. I question is why Koons /Buck didn’t find the problems what my husband paid for. He spent extra money for diagnosis whether he paid to Koons for same problems. WHY?????? I have added some pictures of diagnosis of my husband car . There was no indication about jerking diagnosis!!! And jump money $190 to $250 My husband wants proper explanation. And promising himself he won’t go to Koons next in his life. Buck is another worst service advisor. I hide some personal information

Ramone the finance director was truly amazing, as was my sales rep Brandon. Unfortunately though, the 2023 F250 they tried selling gave me a check engine light the moment I left and it was missing trim on the tailgate. Also, they offered me the lowest value on my F-150 trade. I was forced to go to Carmax and a dodge dealership to get them to budge. Eventually, I went to Country Chevrolet and had a much better overall experience and they still beat Koons on my F150 trade in value ($5k more than originally offered).

Stay away, go to Malloy!! I live in TN, was in the area visiting family and saw a f-250 online for sale exactly what I was looking for at a good price so I go see it. When we sit down to go over pricing they give me a price $8k over the listed price. They say listed price is with all available discounts. Deceptive advertising okay fine whatever, so I get them to come down $5k. Sit down with finance and they can’t get me a good rate putting $25k down and 856 credit score so I go home. Text the sales guy Abel a few days later and say I’ll take it, in my mind I can refinance later if they can’t do better. Tell him I’m coming up the next day and he confirms we’re still good at the price we agreed and led me to. I’m sitting on a plane the next morning and I get a text from the Manager Justin saying another dealer “sold it”(my friend inquired about it a few days later and Koons ford said it was available).. Luckily I found one just like it at a similar price at Malloy so my trip wasn’t wasted. Malloy is 10x easier to work with and actually owned by the Malloy family(Koons was acquired by a Fortune 500 company in 2023 and no longer actually owned by Koons family). If you’re going to buy Ford, give your business to local business owners like Malloy not this corporate bs.

Overall a great experience. I called ahead and Andres had the vehicle I was interested in testing driving pulled to the front and ready to go. Once I decided I wanted it. The entire process maybe took 2 hours. I also like the way Andres worked with management to provide an EV charger as the vehicle did not have one. Ramon in finance was super quick. I told him the max I wanted to put down and what I would like my monthly payment to be and he made it happen. Overall good experience. Thanks to Andres and Ramon for staying late on a Sunday to make the deal happen

I was looking for a Ford Bronco and was in negotiations with numerous dealerships. Kevin Rojas at Koons Falls Church was great and super helpful. In the end they had the best price by a mile. Drove down from Maryland to test drive and purchase the vehicle it was super quick and easy. I was in and out fast. I would highly recommend working with Kevin and buying from Koons Falls Church Ford! 5 stars!

On the day of 1/22/2026, I was unfortunately rear ended by a dump trunk and my mustang was totaled. I’m sure everyone has had that one car that they were absolutely obsessed with, and then to have that happen- absolute devastation. While traveling down that road of lawyers, not having a vehicle, the whole stress tornado, I looked into a bronco at Koons Ford Falls Church. The only explanation I can give is wow. They did a fantastic job. Not only was our sales rep Wayne, very empathetic, but he also was trying his best to bring joy to the situation in the most delightful way. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and overall really cared. He wasn’t trying to overly complicate things (like other dealerships we went to before Koons), or just be that stereotypical “sales guy”. He set the bar extremely high, and we will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. Dean was our financial advisor guy, and he was also very charismatic. I told him about my financial budget and he was able to bring my monthly payments to a fair price with absolute ease. He welcomed me in with open arms and gave the best advice he knew! He definitely has a heart of a teacher, which I respect the heck out of! I am 26 years old and he wasn’t trying to rob my bank account, offered clear advice, and let me chose what options best suited my lifestyle! Overall, if I could give this dealership 1,000,000 stars I would! Even when you walk in, you can see the level of integrity, community, and family that is instilled in this dealership. Well done Koons Fam! I hope upper management/owners see this!

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a car, I was very pleased with the experience. I worked with Andreas Small who was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I was considering to purchase a Ford F-150 hybrid and Andreas Small walked me through the differences in features, performance, and pricing in a way that made it easy to decide. He never rushed me and patiently answered all my questions with pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership and this sales associate for any future vehicle purchases.

Service Review: Ford Koons Falls Church Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a loyal customer of Ford Koons Falls Church since 2019, having bought and sold multiple vehicles here, and the service department continues to be the reason I keep coming back. The entire team—from the mechanics to the advisors—is professional, efficient, and keeps the facility incredibly clean and neat. My most recent visit was a perfect example of their commitment to the customer. I worked with Ronald Bouchard, and I cannot thank him enough. I was on a tight deadline to pick up my kids from school and asked if there was any way to expedite the service. Even though the standard turnaround is usually 90 minutes to two hours, Ronald coordinated with the service team and got me out the door in less than an hour. It’s rare to find a team that handles requests with such patience and genuine care for the customer's personal schedule. Thanks to Ronald and the crew, I made it to the school pickup on time! I’m already looking forward to my next purchase here in 2026—hopefully catching that 0% APR deal!

I had a great experience working with Eric at Koons Ford of Falls Church. He helped me figure out why my check engine light was on, clearly explained the issue, and took care of the repairs efficiently. He also made sure everything was handled so I could complete my emissions test without any problems. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The Service Manager, Mike O’Neil, and Parts Manager, Donnie Collins, were exceptionally helpful and patient as they took the time to answer my questions regarding tires and brakes for my Mustang. The Koons Ford Service Department is truly top-notch, and I am very grateful for their professionalism and consistent commitment to outstanding customer service. The front desk staff—especially Eric—are always courteous, responsive, and efficient, and the mechanics consistently return my vehicle in excellent condition, performing the work thoroughly and correctly every time. I purchased at 2021 Ford Explorer ST from Amer on 12-8-25. I emailed and texted him prior to looking at the vehicle. He was always quick to respond. I went to look at the vehicle on 12-7. I wanted it then but unfortunately we couldn't get together on my trade in. He went to bat for me several times with the sales manger. So I went home that night. I ended up selling my vehicle to a local dealer (koons is 90 min away). I asked since I wasn't doing a trade if they could take same off the price. I also asked if they could get me a second key since they only had one. The sales manager said he would get me a second key since I wasn't trading and it was a $300-400 value. I said okay. I bought the vehicle and they set me up with a 3rd party to make the key. Before my appt they found my second key. Amer even brought it to my place of work for me, I think he was in the area. I was very happy he did that. I feel like I got the short end of the stick. My deal was buying the Explorer and getting a second key made valued at $300-400. I feel like I got shorted $300-400. The sales manger wont do anything since the deal is done but the deal was I was going to get something valued at $400 and didn't. I give Amer 5 stars. He was great to deal with, had good communication, was easy to talk to, and cared about his customer. I can tell he will go far in life. Unfortunately with the deal with the key and the vehicle also had an oil leak that they should have not missed that my local dealer took care of under the powertrain warranty I give them 3 stars.

My wife & I purchased a 2023 mazda cx50 & couldn't be more pleased w/our experience. Our salesman, Benjamin, was very competent, knowledge, likeable, & patient. We test drove 2 other vehicles with Benjamin that really helped us feel confident in our purchase, which my wife loves! They have a lot of nice vehicles to choose from, so dress warm. Thank you also to Yousif who got us a great finance rate, & had us ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I thought the teamwork was exceptional, they had the car detailed and plated up ready to go as Yousif walked us back over. It's worth the risk navigating the 7 corners to check em out.

The folks of at Koons Falls Church were pleasant, professional and polite. They took their time with me and gave me a great deal. My sales person, Azizi, was the best. He was genuinely a nice guy. He wasn't salesman nice, he was actually kind and patient. I also have to give Dean the finance guy a shout out because he, of course, tried to sell me some extras, but if I said no he wasn't pushy or rude. He also helped me out with the interest rate. Wonderful experience and I hight recommend this dealership.

Just ordered a 2026 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid with AWD and the 4K tow package. Jonathan (JC) went the extra mile to make sure I will get the truck I wanted - great mileage but still able to tow my small boat! Thanks JC for your professionalism and ability to hunt down answers to all the questions I had so we could seal the deal! Pic is of the Lariat model we test drove - hopefully my custom-order truck will arrive before Christmas!

Salesman Brandon helped us out and they were fast and helpful. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle and they were willing to work with us on the price, offered more for the trade in than others. Only complaint is finance manager Dean who was a little too pushy about the warranty after we rejected it. Overall a good experience buying a used car.

I just recently bought a brand new 2025 Ford F-150 from Koons Falls Church. I showed up with my 2019 F-150 trade in and was immediately given a warm welcome by the receptionist. Joshua and the sales team took great care of me and my family. Although they were fairly tough negotiators, I was able to get a great deal on my trade in and on my new truck. They were big on "earning my business." Ultimately I saved thousands due to their extensive rebates and discounts for military and students. Joshua was exceptional throughout the entire process. He had impeccable manners and was willing to run around multiple lots to show me a variety of F-150s. I ended buying the antimatter metallic blue with the 3.5L Ecoboost. Its a beautiful truck with about as many bells and whistles that you can get for an XLT. Of particular note, Joshua took care of me even after the sale. When I got home I noticed a small and barely-visible dent on the side of my truck. I called Joshua and he had me bring it right back. Koons fixed the dent no-questions-asked within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this dealer to others. Overall, they will treat you good and work with you to end up with a good price.
