Fast, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I first filled out the online estimate form and someone contacted me and we began working out details. By the time I was ready to book with them it was only a two day notice. They were great to work with, on time, gave a courtesy heads up when they were on their way and did a quick and thorough job. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and timely! They removed many large furniture pieces AND bagged up lots of small junk. Some of our stuff “to keep” was in the way of the junk, and they helped to carefully move it out of the way, also ensuring they were ONLY removing the junk. We had some stuff in drawers and they double checked to ask if it was junk or keep. They even swept the outdoor area when their work was done. At the end, 50% of the truck was filled and they put in the hard work to get it done within only 27 minutes. We are very grateful and impressed. Thank you! 🙏

Awesome team. Gave me a reasonable quote via text for some construction debris removal, showed up right on time and quickly cleaned up our driveway. More recently, I called them up again to see if they had any availability that same day to remove junk we had to get rid of before completing additional work on our home. We'll keep relying on them for any junk removal we need in the future.

The whole process was smooth and easy, I called them a few months ago to get a quote, they came out took a look and gave me a quote. I had to hold off for a bit, but I called them back on a Wednesday and they came out Monday and filled two trucks to the brim. They finished up within 3 hours. I Highly recommend these guys if you have a lot of junk you just need to disappear.

I've used Git Rid of It on behalf of our neighborhood HOA, as well as personal junk removal. Excellent service, communication, and reasonable prices. Everyone I dealt with (workers and office staff) were all really nice and professional. Definitely recommend. We'll be calling again to schedule another pickup in the spring after we clean out our garage and attic.

I called multiple Junk Removal companies. Most quoted me $185+, a flat rate for 1/4 of a truck. All I needed removed was a Lazy Boy recliner. Git Rid of It quoted $95; they arrived on time, wearing masks and uniform shirts, and took it away quickly. I spoke to their phone rep about where and how they dispose of what they take away. They pay a lot in landfill fees and don't "dump" like many companies do. I've used them before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Git Rid of It Junk & Trash Removal. I sent an online inquiry on Saturday and heard back immediately. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours on Easter Sunday even to provide an estimate for removing concrete, bricks, wood, gravel, and miscellaneous debris from our yard. The price was very reasonable, so we hired them instantly. They removed it the same day and did an excellent job cleaning up. Jose, Anderson, and John provided excellent service in the removal of a heavy, adjustable bed! I received a couple phone calls alerting me when they expected to arrive. They were courteous, helpful, and quick. They removed and loaded the bed on their truck seamlessly. I live in an assisted living facility so, with the help of my daughter, the guys needed to come in through the main entrance and then up to the third floor to bring the bed down the freight elevator to their truck. They handled the job smoothly and made it look effortless. Well coordinated. Reasonably priced. Their quote was better than four other places I called. I highly recommend Git Rid of It. I called around a handful of other places to get rid of a handmade solid wood and upholstered triple bunk bed and rug. These guys quoted me the best price (40%less than competitors), arrived on time, and were exceptionally careful In my small and crowded condo. Very happy with their service. Competitors I called were, junk kings removal, college hunks hauling. 1800junk; and 2 more I can’t recall the names. Quotes were in the $250-300+ range for a 1/4 truck load. I had Juan and another guy. Very quick and efficient!

We have used Get Rid of It twice in the last month - first to help us clear out donation items, and second to remove garbage, donation items, and construction waste out of our garage after a renovation. I cannot recommend them more highly! Our first experience was last minute and they came within 12 hours of calling. They were right on time, and were so efficient. The second time, we had the exact same experience - fast and thorough - they even swept our entire garage before leaving. Their rates were cheaper than i've found through larger companies. On top of all of that, the entire team we dealt with was extremely friendly. I never post online reviews, but my experience was so great both times, I just had to spread the word.

Get Rid of It Junk Removal did an outstanding job at the end of February when we moved out of our home in McLean. We had lived there for 41+ years during which time my husband had accumulated soooo much stuff. The crew of four were amazing!!! They worked non stop not only removing items from our house but emptied out the garage, attic and loft. We had an old massive bedroom set that could not be moved down to the main level so they used a saw to cut it into small pieces with our permission. I stood there in awe watching them load an entire truck of what my husband considered to be treasures over the years (but what I considered junk). Thanks to them and all their hard work we were able to get to the settlement table on time!!! Would highly recommend this company. They took so much of the stress out of our move. THANK-YOU!

I needed a mattress and box spring taken out of my home. Setting up an appointment was so easy! Just emailed using the ‘contact us’ box on the website, got a quote and set the appointment! They were able to fit us in for a Saturday AM appointment, even though I didn’t contact them until Thursday evening. Our appointment window was between 8-10am, they came at 806 and had everything moved and done by 810!! I am thrilled by the efficiency! I will absolutely use them again for any of my junk removal/clean up needs!!

I’m from SC and I came up and helped a friend move into, purchase, and assemble an entire apartment worth of furniture and goods over the course of a few days. We had an entire room full of boxes and trash. I called Get Rid of It at 10:40 a.m. and they gave me a timeframe of arrival from 1 to 3 p.m. They ( 2 employees) arrived just after 1:00 p.m. and were done in less than 20 minutes. Their prices were almost half of any other place I called and they were prompt in showing up and took extra care to make sure no walls were damaged as they took my furniture down two flights of stairs. Most recently they supported Bridges to Independence (a nonprofit serving families experiencing homelessness) by helping one of our formerly homeless families move into their new apartment. I called several junk removers and Git Rid Of It gave me the best price and were easy to work with on getting a scheduled date for the pick-up. On the scheduled day, they came and picked up on time. There was a discrepancy with the amount I was charged on my credit card, but they got in touch with me and worked to fix the issue. I am thankful for their help and I would recommend their services!

Quoted lowest price, scheduler very pleasant and efficient over the phone, called back with pick up time which was only 2 hours later. Crew of two strong men showed up to remove very heavy old TV. Accepted my check for quoted price, removed the TV without issue and left. Cannot be happier with the service. Will definitely call them back in the future.
