Always feels good to drop off electronics here. Peace of mind it doesn't end up in a land full. They also do data destruction if you need that. I have purchased several laptops from their eBay store that's how I found them!
I drove over an hour to drop off on Saturday. It was a little after noon and they were closed. Website and sign on the door clearly say open until 2pm. Not sure what the deal was. I called, left a message but no one called me back.

I love eAsset solution! On ebay they are McClean Surplus and they will sell recycled equipment (data sanitized of course). They have been fantastic at helping me build out a server rack for home use. They have great prices and the staff is always helpful.

Leave your items in the bin outside. If you need hard drives shredded or degaussing, call the number for payment and a technician will meet you outside. Prices very reasonable. Very professional group.
Why does your website say you're open on friday july 3, but when we get here there's a sign on the door that says you're closed on friday july 3? Bad, bad business.
Love these guys. When we downsized and moved they carried my old TV out of my car for recycling and I was able to drop off my old printer and smaller electronic items. Way better that some parts or metal from these devices can be reused rather than ending up in a landfill or burned in the ALexandria wast to energy plant.
Several years ago I found Easset while looking to recycle an old laptop computer. They were friendly and efficient. Today I took my flat screen tv for recycling and again, encountered excellent service. Absolutely recommend this place!
Tried to recycle an old computer monitor and they tried to tell me that it would be a charge as their system states that I don't live in the city of Falls Church, as my vehicle registration clearly states that i do.....
I've used this business several times for hard drive destruction and electronic recycling. Each time they have found a new way to impress me. The service is always impeccable. I've interacted with people there from each level all the way up to the owner. It's very impressive that each person truly cares about the customer experience. I can tell that they take pride in what they do and care about the individual customer.
This is a great place to get rig of electronics or to pickup stuff at a great price. Walking through their material for sale there are great deals on used flat screen TV's as just about every sort of electronics you can imagine.
I've donated here twice in the last 12 months and each time has been no fuss, no stress, and quick. They took an old 19" CRT television that I had to pay for since it contains toxic chemicals they must specially dispose of, and a box of old computer components, including a 12-year old laptop. They did tell me the hard drive would be securely wiped, though I have no way to confirm this and just implicitly sort of trust them. I will be donating here again when the time comes.
