Kevin was fantastic. I went in due to a tire leak. There was no obvious cause, but Kevin made sure everything was done to address possible causes. He was friendly, patient, and way beyond fair when it came to the bill. I've been to this location for tire replacement for another vehicle and that experience was great too. Thanks again Kevin!

Do not ever go to this place I spent three hours at the shop to get four tires. It took so long because they put the tires on wrong so three hours later I take my car home thinking it’s fine. It was not instead of putting the spare tire underneath the car where it goes. Jay just threw it in the trunk the next day. I had a long road trip. My tire light comes on so I stopped at the NTB in Annapolis. One of my tires was at 57 pounds. It’s only supposed to be 32. All of my tires were overfilled do not ever go to this place. It is ridiculous and it cost me now four hours of my time.

I bought 4 new tires yesterday, computer alignment & a warranty for the tires. The service was immaculate!!! Literally, I called them 2 hours before they closed, told me to bring my car in right away. The service manager was awesome, & the sales associate was great too. Great personalities & assistance. Literally the best service that I have had in years from tire shop.

Kevin Williams and his staff are great. They personify customer service. Kevin’s shop is why I service my four cars there. Top notch work, delightful service, and real professionals! I always recommend them.

I had a great experience at NTB. The staff were friendly, professional, and got my tires replaced quickly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Prices were fair, and they took the time to explain my options clearly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable too. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable tire service!

Went for an oil change, and was told I needed two new tires. About to leave town for a cross country road trip, so agreed to the service. Two days later, took the vehicle for a safety inspection, and it failed because two lugnuts were completely missing and two others were the incorrect ones. When I called to explain the issue, the service agent on the phone was not only rude, but told me it was definitely my fault. I took the vehicle directly back to them, and they fixed it, but not without a waste of my time. And, had it not been caught, it could have been a real issue on my trip. Will not return here if I can’t trust the safety of their service for something they allegedly specialize in.

I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it right away. The service was fast, affordable. Thank you Mardoqueo and the team. I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back.

Found myself back at NTB in Falls Church with another screw in my tire yet again. I have lived in NoVA for almost 5 years and every year I had this happen. I lived in NY for 12 and not a single issue with nails or screws during that time. Whats up with that NoVA?. The NTB doors opened sharply at 8am and took my car as a walk in and without a reservation. They inspected and removed the screw without needing to patch it, this time. They have worked on my Tesla tires 3 times now and the prices are very very reasonable.

I’ve been coming here for three years now, and the prices and service are always great. This time, I was helped by Mardoqueo at customer service — he was absolutely wonderful!

Always very kind and accommodating. I typically work with Kevin but everyone is professional and punctual. 😁

I changed my tires a couple of months ago, and it was a very bad experience. They changed my spare tire, which was different, and they didn't give it to me (they didn't even ask if I needed a warranty). Now I'm facing this issue, and I'm sure I paid for the warranty.

This is my second time going to NTB after getting a flat tire. They were able to find me a discount (my tires are EXPENSIVE) and they allowed me to pick up my car a week later since I was out of the country for a week. Very professional and great service!

After getting my car inspected across the street, it was determined I needed new tires. Crossed the street and had excellent service. Car was ready after an hour, as promised. Highly recommend this location for new tires.

I went in and nobody greeted me. I literally stood at the service desk 2 feet away for a few minutes before I asked if I should go to another desk. The guys said, "yeah, Im working on something". I was shocked at such poor service. I get that people get busy. But either greet people because you're literally out front at the service desk, or work in the back so you can do what you need to do. The other service attendant was relatively the same with me. I just left. I get people being busy...but I don't get rude and dismissive behavior. Life is too short. Happy to take my business and 4 cars elsewhere!

What an amazing team! After going to two shops to identify leaks in two of my tires, they were the only ones able to find the issues and repair them. They got me in right away, and got it done! The manager was very professional, and took the time to educate me and show me where the problems were. I highly recommend the NTB Falls Church location. They will be my go-to repair shop moving forward. Thank you for a great job!

I made online schedule twice in the morning (08/28/25 around 9 am and scheduled for alignment 7: 00 am on the same day). Called in around 6:45 pm before bring the car over for 7:00 pm schedule. Kevin store manager gave me big bitchy attitudes on the phone and loud voice like he is a store owner or I work for him or something. Just because, he did not see my appointment on his computer. he said he no alignment person there. End up, i did not bring my car in. I had 3 cars done alignment there last year. I never go back there again. If you don't like your job or dont know how to treat customers. Then, dont work at the front desk.

Had a noon appointment today to get a replacement tire mounted. They had me out of there quickly in 40 minutes. There were quite a few customers getting all 4 replaced but since I was just getting the one, they pushed me to the front. Appreciate it! Friendly staff, too.

Kevin was great! I came to get my tire fixed. I was in and out in no time, and the price was less than I thought! Then, I made an appointment to fix my brakes/rotors for over $400 less than what 2 other places quoted! Simply made my day! Thanks so much, Kevin! I am very grateful

I've taken my car here several times for general maintenance and oil changes, and each time have received impeccable service. Kevin is great and is extremely transparent about any issues that arise during inspection. Will continue coming back here!

I went to get a quote on Friday Jun 15 at NTB Falls Church. Unfortunately Kevin store manager gave me big bitchy attitudes and look down on me. He raised his voices and yelled at me out loud with no reason. I figured it out my tires no need a replacement right now but manager of these store does!

Ibrahim is absolutely amazing. He took the time to help me and my son out with our tire situation made sure they were the correct fit and also bought them out and helped me put them into my son‘s car his time patience and knowledge is an asset to your company. I didn’t even feel rushed even though I came in right before you guys were scheduled to close. Thank you again for making this an easy and smooth transaction.

I had a flat tire and roadside assistance found that all my tires probably needed to be replaced. I called NTB and they told me to come in - Kevin and the guys serviced my car effectively and efficiently. They were able to obtain tires I wanted that were not in stock and service them to my car within the same business day. If you are in the DMV area… don’t think twice about it! Opt for NTB - Falls Church. I have had 3 consistently great service visits for oil changes, wheel alignment, router replacement and more! As someone with the basic car maintenance knowledge, I used to get atleast two diagnoses before committing to a service provider. Now, I only go to this location because I trust the specialists at there to give me all the options without trying to up charge me.
