Another visit of tune up and oil changing. I love that the work is done well and the prices are transparent! There is awesome communication and they even call a Lyft for you to get home! We have been going g to Falls Church Auto Repair for years and highly recommend it!

I recently bought a used car and wanted to replace the brakes, tires, and get all the basic checks done. Most places quoted really high prices, but this shop gave me a fair quote and got everything done quickly. Very satisfied with their service!

I have been coming to this auto shop for the last 5 years now for all my car problems and they have consistently been fantastic. The most honest diagnosis and best prices in the area. I have never been sold something that I didn’t need and they explain the issues that I’m having ahead of time. 10/10

I bought a car from auction’ and first communicat with these guys and they said yes bring it’ the car was not starting’ when i went there’ he was making excuses to give me 20 minutes then 30 minutes then 40 minutes’ even though i had an appointment set with them’ he was working on every car except mine’ and then they closed said we can’t do it today’ come tomorrow and they said the price x2 more’ i called a tow company which costed me $400 to take my car from their shop’ they will make you excuses all day’ when you have no other option they will double the price’ be alert they scam.

This is my go-to place in Falls Church. The owner and his crew are the best - always knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient! I have had to purchase new tires, change oil, and do other recommended major services after state inspections. Every time, the cost is 50% cheaper than what my dealer quotes me, which saves me so much money! Highly recommend!

Honest mechanic, fast, good communication. I asked him to order a part I thought I needed, lo and behold I did not need it. He refunded me the cost of the part I didn't need. Would definitely come back here!

My car was making a weird sound when I reversed, so I brought it into this shop to see what was going on. They inspected my breaks and told me why it was making the noise but that there wasn't any safety concerns. I really appreciate their honesty and not making a problem up to charge me. Thank you!!

I can say only good things about this business. I came here for regular and breakdown maintenance jobs of my 2006 Honda CR-V and 2007 Mitsubishi Galant for last 2 years. The people are very nice and accommodated my requests every time. Always found responsive even when I texted. The charges are also good compared to competitors. Highly recommended!

Best in town in timing and price. I called in and got a quote over the phone and let them know what the previous shop said. He even looked at all four brake pads and gave an honest assessment. Honest and nice guy!

I agree with a previous reviewer - 5 stars aren't enough! I brought my Jeep in for a minor suspected fuel leak - he did a thorough check but couldn't find it, and refused to charge me for his time. When the check engine light came back on, he did another thorough check and eventually found the problem, and also fixed some other longstanding issues. The bill at the dealer or almost any other garage would have been in the thousands. I was stunned at how little he charged me for hours of work. Bring your business here - absolutely the best mechanic in the Falls Church area! I just want to add to this review from 7 months ago - I've gone back to Chalal for more maintenance and repair work, and I am so pleased. His service is consistently thorough, prompt, efficient, friendly, honest, and reliable. Chalal is the mechanic you search for, and then keep when you find him. A friend recommended Falls Church Auto Repair, and I decided to give them a shot. The contrast in my experience between the Audi dealership and Falls Church Auto Repair couldn't have been more pronounced. Upon arriving at Falls Church Auto Repair, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. They listened attentively to my concerns, and without any hesitation, they started the inspection of my Audi's steering wheel issue. To my surprise, within minutes, they identified the problem. What happened next was nothing short of astounding. In less than 30 minutes, Falls Church Auto Repair resolved the issue, and returned my car to me in pristine condition. Thank you to the Falls Church Auto Repair team for their outstanding service and for promptly resolving the issue with my Audi's steering wheel. I moved to Virginia/DC just 1 year ago, I bought a very used car with lots of miles so I have had to do constant small maintenance. This place has given me enough confidence to make all possible repairs: change shock absorber, change oil, change sensors, I even had to change transmission (which cost me very cheap compared to other places I quoted, and actually they helped me to got a good used transmission and then they changed it ) and so far all the jobs that have made have been very good. In addition, they have an excellent predisposition to serve you and make space in their busy schedule to receive you unexpectedly. It is an honest business, with good quality workers and excellent prices. Totally recommended, do not waste your time in other workshops and come to fix your vehicle here.

I've been using Falls Church Auto Repair as my main Automotive mechanic for around years now. I've had several services done during this time period. I've only ever had positive interactions with Chahal and have not had any issues associated with any repairs to my vehicles. They have only recommended services that are needed at any given time and have not (in my experience) over recommended services. I've purposely waited some time before posting any reviews in order to get the most accurate experience I can with this business. I highly recommend Falls Churh Auto Repair your Automotive needs.

I've had a bad experience with this business. I bought a truck from a local car dealer and since I live out of state, I had them get an oil change at Falls Church Auto Repair before I started driving it home. They did an oil change on my truck, and supposedly their most "trusted" mechanic, did not tighten my oil drain plug to the correct spec. Well, the plug fell out while on the freeway and all the oil came spilling out. It ruined my engine and cost me well over $6K in repairs and being stuck in another state. I called them about it and they said send photos in an email. I sent an email and tried calling them back and they (Jahal) would not answer my phone calls. So I called them with my wife's phone and magically he answers. Jahal then goes on to explain that his lawyer informed him to not talk to me and then hangs up on me. Wonderful experience and service.

The reviews are legit. Owner is super communicative before, during and after service. I was looking to buy a new car and asked that he take a look at it during my test drive. He got me in as soon as I arrived without a specific time set up and was very thorough. He pointed some maintenance issues and I was able to negotiate on the price at the dealer as a result. I can’t speak highly enough of the service.

Had an issue with my car while driving in from out of state. They were open on Mother's Day! The owner immediately took my car that afternoon and within a short while, gave me a diagnosis, summary of the fix and the price. The car was ready to go the next morning. Few of the nicest people i ever met. I had a wheel alignment at another place and those guys recommended me Serpentine belt change. I took my car to these guys, they did a proper inspection and told me the Serpentine belt is perfectly file. They didn’t even ask for any labor charge or tip. I still gave labor charge and generous tip for the time they spent and their honesty. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for car maintenance.

I took my car in on a Sunday at 10AM with no appointment because I suddenly started hearing a scraping sound from one of my wheels. The business owner took care of me right away. He checked on every wheel thoroughly, and found what the problem was. He spent a good half hour on it, and barely charged me anything compared to what I've been charged at other shops. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, their friendliness, their expediency, and their efficiency. He found what the problem was right away, was very nice. He even brought out a chair for me to sit on outside in the sun while waiting so I wouldn't be cold. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this shop. They will do a great job for you and they will charge you a very reasonable rate. A+++

I liked them so much I had to leave a review. Their price was reasonable and the work was performed with FULL transparency. They went above and beyond to show me what exactly was wrong with the car and performed exactly what was requested of them. They offered follow-up services without being pushy, and I was treated with respect. I will be going here if I ever have car troubles again, and I encourage you to do the same.
