From the moment I called , broke down on the side of the highway, I could hear him preparing to COME RESCUE ME!! He was very patient with my card issues and got to.me in less than 15 minutes. Got my car on the flatbed in like 4 minutes and I was outta there. My daughter got there right in time to follow us off the road. He made a very stressful and dangerous situation completely doable and I appreciate him soo, so much. I was due in at work by 8pm in DC, and I was literally only 25 minutes late. They were floored that i still.made it in to complete a very important test. This all happened on a Sunday night, I holiday weekend.
I was stranded in Northern Virginia, tire popped on my 2500hd. I called and received an answer immediately. The driver arrived within 15 minutes, he tried to help me recover the spare tire to no avail. We negotiated on a price for the tow, and we were able to come to an agreement. My truck was safely loaded up and transported to Fredericksburg. The driver dropped off the truck at my desired location with no issues or inconveniences. If you need help or tow I recommend this company.
Definitely recommend! They had to wait additional time due to an accident happening-while waiting for the tow to come-and did not complain. He was very patient and polite!

I got a flat tire - thanks, giant nail! - and Taha with Roadside Rescue came within 40 minutes and had my donut on in less than 15. The price was SUPER reasonable for the service, and Taha was not only efficient but also really nice. While I would love to not need roadside assistance again, I would definitely call Roadside Rescue first if I was in need!

The recovery of the vehicle was quick and efficient. I was stuck in snow and he came out and assisted through the process of getting ice off the car, jumping the Tesla and more. Taha is a miracle worker. He came through and worked tirelessly until we got the car of the worst situation while all other towers canceled on us. This man deserves a raise. He wont let you down.
Needed my car winched out from the snow, and was able to get a visit and the job done in 30 minutes. It took some figuring out with my particular vehicle and the position it was in, but they managed to get it unstuck quickly without damaging anything. Don’t hope I need help like this again soon, but if I do, I will definitely give them a call. Super nice guy.
One of our company vans needed a jump start to get to the shop and Road Rescue Servies was able to get there in under 45 min and het him going. With as crazy as the day must have been after the snow storm, they responded quickly. Thanks again! John
Excellent service! And the arrived in 15 minutes after I called. The tow man took his time and made sure not scratch my baby (car) even the my serpentine belt popped so it was very difficult to turn the wheel. Very professional, He told me everything he was going to do before he did it. I really appreciate them for getting my car home before the big snow storm this weekend. Thank You again.

They were amazing! Very considerate and patient with everything. They updated info on a timely basis. My vehicle was being towed from the dealership and they wouldn’t release it because I had a balance. They were able to wait for me to pay the balance and provide service with kindness.
