The service and the staff here are amazing. If I could give Aatco six stars, I would. My wife’s car had a power steering problem on our way from Georgia to New Hampshire and we were in real trouble. They took us in quickly, evaluated the issue and repaired the car while we waited. In addition, the owner was so friendly and welcoming, entertaining us (and my parents) with stories about the history of Aatco and Darlington Raceway. This was the best car trouble I’ve ever had. Thank you, Aatco and your entire staff! You are all amazing!
Run from this place got my transmission done but months later after I noticed my main rear seal was leaking when I call back The guy named Chuck would not let me speak to the owner for me to call the owner back when I had the paperwork.... I was calling back to see if it had something to do with the transmission being put in.. ... They were nice and friendly when I was paying for the services though.. Yes I did get upset when the guy Chuck told me to call back when I had the paperwork other than that basically he was saying I couldn't speak to the owner is how I felt... When you're dealing with the public you have to know how to speak with people I did not get upset until he said that I don't feel like that was right... Especially when I just had to kick out 4,000 on the vehicle this year I wanted answers when I called just to see what could be done basically they don't even want to talk to you unless you have the paperwork in front of you ....
Daniel and his team are top notch. They are honest and do excellent work. I will always go to Aatco for any and all of my transmission needs. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was told to bring my vehicle a week ago. It sat there for almost 7 days. I called to inquire on day 3, and was told someone would let me know when they had a chance to get to it. After still no call, on Day 7 I called back and the manager rudely told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it and had 60 cars ahead of me and since I was using a warranty insurance he had no idea when he could get to it. Very unprofessional and rude. Please don’t waste your time, energy, or money here!!
Had me bring a truck a hour one way just to say when dropping it off, they no longer work on rear ends or transfer cases. Definitely not the same level of service I have received in the past.
Highly recommend Aatco they rebuilt the transmission in my ‘08 Ford Sport Trac Works perfectly (already put 500 miles on it) and the best part was the price was very reasonable. I had received an almost double price quote from their competitor. They checked the truck and notified me what was needed and performed the overhaul ….Thanks Aatco you SAVED me lots of stress.
I needed work done on my transmission took it there gotten it back still was the same
problem wasn't fixed and also paid Xtra money when I picked it up I'm so disappointed ☹️ bad business
Excellent service first took my Tahoe to dunrite they told me it would be 8500$ went to this place charged me 3500$ definitely recommend this place for transmission repair honest people very honest

Feel like they saved my life , when my transmission broke down on a trip south. My transmission went down on 85 and I had to Google a transmission shop, I could get to. I was SO LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND THEM! I had to leave my car, to get to a meeting in Savannah. I returned to pick it up the next day and they had fixed it, and even picked me up at my car rental place. They quoted me the exact price and had it done in 24 hrs. They were the only bright spot in a cold rainy trip! Thank you so much!
Very Friendly, helpful, and they knew what they were doing. My vehicle was older a 94 and they got parts for the transfer case that I needed and put transfer case and transmission together for a great price. I have used my 4x4 and everything works like the day it was new. Thanks to the team at Aatco they all did a great job. After a year the transfer and transmission has never had an issue. Thanks again for a great job.
