This was the best car repair experience of my entire life at 75 years old. My truck would not start after I had stopped in a rest area on I95 while on my way to Florida with a travel trailer. Both vehicles were towed to their shop and quickly diagnosed and repaired by the end of the day. A fuel pump and its control module were replaced. They also performed a safety check and showed me that my rear brakes were at the end of their life and the rear tires were also dry rotted. I had all those services performed and due to tire availability they even let me spend the night in my RV on their property and provided electricity to the camper for my convenience. God provided what I needed at the perfect time. These people are true servants of God as well. Thanks Marty, Jessica and your whole team of workers for turning a bad situation into a very pleasant adventure !

They completed a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering buying. Very through and a great detailed report included pictures and prioritized recommendations. Price is very reasonable. This was my first time there. They earned my future business.

I was traveling from Georgia to Virginia when my truck broke down. I needed a tow and a new starter. Their tow driver tried fixing it in the spot before he put it on the truck. Once I got to the shop, they gave me top priority. The inspected my car, had the starter in shop, fixed my car, and had me back in the road before the closed shop. Their hospitality was great and they’re very reasonably priced. I would recommend Dun Rite to all of my friends.

ONE MILLION STARS!!!!!!! 5 is NOT enough!! (long post) I'd just had some major repair work done by an independent mechanic and there's been a few issues with my car ever since. 4 weeks of paying for a rental car and 2 autoshops for diagnosis later, I reached out to this location and received an incredible amount of help in just a matter of minutes!! In fact, my very first interaction with an extremely nice and knowledgeable woman who works at the front desk (failed to get her name! Please forgive me!) was about a week ago & she spent several minutes on the phone with me just going over everything I was telling her about my car. Just as she did last week when I called, she suggested that I bring my car by today at 2pm as well. Today I received so much help and knowledge on what is going on with my car by the equally nice and knowledgeable mechanic (who I think is also the owner, I hate that I did not get their names!!). He was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with my car (exhaust leak) and give me guidance on how to take care of it. He even contacted his other location to see if they had openings (they were both booked all the way through January) but they were still nice enough to suggest some other options to try to get me in beforehand and get me out of a rental sooner if they could. I am touched by my experience with the professional, genuine staff at this location and if it was feasible for me to wait for them to service my car, I WOULD!! I wanted to give them both a gift card but they respectfully declined, demonstrating that they help people from the kindness of their hearts. This was indeed the one of the BEST experiences I've had with an auto shop. I will ALWAYS recommend Dun-Rite to anyone needing work done on their car and trust me, they are worth every penny! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN TO THE AMAZING STAFF AT DUN-RITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great place. Trustworthy and nice people. They replaced my clutch kit and flywheel, gave regular updates and pictures on the condition of my car, and even gave me a lesson on how to avoid wearing out my he clutch in the future.

I found Dun-Rite by accident when when I needed a tow for my Subaru Outback, and I've been so impressed by the communication and level of service at their shop. Marty was super responsive (text and calls) and took the time to explain the issue and my options. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I were almost at our destination for our summer vacation with the kids before school starts again. Car was running perfectly and then out of nowhere, it lost power and died. It was 4:00 PM on a Friday. Worst case scenario when your 6 hours from home. Called Marty and he was more than happy to help us out and even gave suggestions on getting a rental car to continue our trip. The shop was quick to get our car in first thing Monday morning and communicated with us every step of the way. Our car was ready to go well in advance of our return trip and has performed perfectly since then. Dunright is a great shop and I , as a mechanic myself for over 20 years, would highly recommend them to anyone for all your automotive and towing services. I will definitely go back. I was having an issue that we couldn't figure out. Dun-Rite figured it out and gave me options on how to proceed and we went with the 1st level option and it's working great. I want to trade my car in for another in about 6 mos and this option is allowing the plan to happen on a "budget" I'm happy with. They are not only knowledgeable, but friendly and communicative. We had an emergency repair while driving through town and they were as fast and helpful as possible. Let me and my three kids hang out in their lobby area and get food while we figured out how to get a rental and continue on our 6-hour drive. Had the repair finished and ready for us when we drove back through in three days and kept in touch during the whole repair process. Hopefully I'll have a place as helpful and professional every time my vehicles decide to break on me!

Wow!!! Best services and customer service I’ve ever received from any establishment. The first hour of a 15 hour trip, our transmission light comes on. We come in less than 2 hours before they close, praying they can see us but expecting to be turned away, especially because when we pulled up their shop was full of cars already on a list to be serviced. We speak to the owner and right away he says he’ll look at it, no hesitation. Thoroughly looks and finds a few issues and fixes them all in less than an hour and a half. I’ve never received the customer service that I had there anywhere else. It’s unfortunate we’re not local because businesses like this one here are hard to come by. I can tell his customers are more than just business to him. I now see why the parking lot was full of cars. The services here are one of a kind. Thank you very much for taking care of us like you guys did, we are incredibly grateful. Don’t bother trying to find another repair shop, this is the one to trust!!!

I dropped my Nissan Titan off in December. It was driving and shifting rough. Well I didn’t know it was going be one of those impossible problems to find. A short took out multiple parts in transmission, bent axle shaft, transmission fluid and a new battery. All said I am so happy cause the truck runs like new with 43k being an 07. I am happy with the through job that Dun-rite did with my Nissan Titan. I will keep them first on the list if I need repairs again. The truck is so enjoyable to drive again, and my saved me having to buy another one. So thank you
