Disappointment would be my impression of this location. I've worked for a competitor to this company in college for 3 years and helped a number of customers in the same situation I was in. The associate behind the counter was unwilling to help me find a belt that fit my 2004 Jeep Wrangler with a unique belt length situation. After first trying to fit a smaller belt and returning it the associate turned me away to avoid me trying to find longer one that fit. I ended up going to another O'Reilly's location where the staff were very helpful and I was able to find a belt that got me back on the road. It's a shame I wasn't able to do business at this location due to laziness of one employee but the good news is that not all locations are like this. Attached a picture of the belt that I was unable to purchase at this store.

One of the employees actually crawled on the ground next to my car in the parking lot to ensure I was renting the right rental tool (for free). This place is outstanding. Also, their prices are cheaper than Amazon Prime, and the parts are better quality.

Terrible customer service. Walked inside and the employees didn't even look up to say anything.. Went to the counter and the employees both in their phone, the employee who helped me just looked up at me waiting for me to say what I needed without saying how may I help you or anything. After buying a gas cap I asked a simple question. Can I attach the cord from the old gas cap to the new one? he didn't even know the answer, or wanted to help.

Stopped at O'reilly's for oil for my car. They helped me with what type I needed and put it in the car for me. They were very knowledgeable of the different oil types.

Love love this place! Always helpful and ready to help you with your auto needs. Doesn't matter which store you visit, you get the same great treatment!
