Ben with Diesel Man Truck was my night in shining armor tonight. I misjudged the curb and my truck was hanging over the edge of the parking pad embankment. He was professional and made me feel like family. Ben and this company deserves 10 stars. I will recommend them to anyone in need.

It's hard for me to even describe how responsible these people are! 1. They quickly arrived on Sunday without further ado and towed our truck. 2. On Monday morning they did diagnostics and found out the cause of the breakdown. 3. Since the breakdown was very serious, the engine was punctured on the side, and the truck was under warranty. The guys quickly towed the truck to the dealer. 4. They also offered to leave our trailer with the load in their closed yard until we could pick it up, we already picked up the trailer, everything is great! Thank you very much guys, you are the best!

This team did me VERY WELL. If you're in the area this is who to call. Faster and more efficient than anyone else. No weird prices, just straight to the point hustle that saved me on my roadside boat trailer nightmare. Any issue you have you call this crew right here. First and only call I promise you.

This place is fantastic! No one would see our motorhome and they said come on over . The very next day we were there at 8 am they took us first and our rv was fixed in 1.5 hours. This was on a Friday . Anthony and Robert treated us like family. Even has morning biscuits to share! Anyone who needs service you’ve got to call them for service. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Don't go there and don't use their services! They "supposedly " fix my truck,I stop again after 200 miles,when I called them they said it's not their problem. They charged me 2300$ but first they told me it's gonna cost 1600$. They are huge scamers and this will not finish like this,I already filed papers to the court and we gonna see. Just avoid them!

Got my self in a bind trying to accomplish some work and in the process of doing so i got stuck. Mr. Clinton from diesel man truck center came right on out to me as soon as he could and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly with the situation at hand. I was out and back to work in no time.

We broke down on I-95 in South Carolina in our 40 ft class A Motorhome. Our first break down ever. Clinton from Diesel Man Truck Center arrived quickly and really hussled with the tedious process of getting us hooked up. He took great care in how he treated our coach. He was very professional and so totally friendly. We are profoundly thank full and give him 10 stars, a real class act. !!! God bless you and keep you safe. Part 2: Clinton towed us to The Diesel Man Truck Center where we stayed overnight in our coach. Chris and his crew got us in as soon as they opened this morning and quickly diagnosed our problem as a faulty air brake relay valve. We were in and out in 3 hours! The Diesel Man Truck Center really came through for us with this emergency tow and repair. Highly recommend and 10 star Rating! Thank you soooo much for your help!

My tire went flat on the highway. No ac.. it was so hot. But Mr. Driggers came to the rescue. Towed my van. Pulled my trailer too.. thanks.

My van decided to stroke out and left me stranded, of all places, at w o r k... the horror! USAA sent Diesel Man. Great communicator, dispatch was friendly, and we had a good laugh. Tow truck driver was very pleasant, and I enjoyed our conversation. Everything went well, and I had a pleasant experience considering the circumstances.

Went to the loves and they said they couldn't repair my truck because i would have to get thee entire fuel tank removed to get to it , took me 3days out of work. I had a broken coolant line I decided to drive 22miles away with the hope that diesel man could help . I was repaid within a hour for a very reasonable price! I would give them a million stars if I could highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Totaled my car and I have roadside with my insurance but the highway patrol said she can get me a wrecker faster, so I agreed. The bill to towmy car less than 4 miles? Four hundred and eleven dollars $411!!!!!! When I complained they said it is a standard fee for the highway patrol. When I asked highway patrol they said the rate is supposed to be $250. When I brought this up to Summer she explained it was another $150 for “special services”…WOW!!! Can we say “HIGHWAY ROBBERY”?!? The driver was named Chris and he would not even talk to me hardly when I was letting him know where I needed the car to go. He said I had to pay before that could happen. So I paid online and they had to process my card but also get the driver to take photos of the front and back of my card, license, and registration and then email me the receipt to sign and they said they were taking my car into impound until the payment clears. I wanted to pay immediately and they delayed the process. I left the scene of the accident before the wrecker service but somehow I arrived in the Uber to the mechanic ahead of them. When I called and asked Summer where the driver was with my car and complained that I arrived ahead of them and my Uber was having to wait she didn’t want to talk to me anymore and forwarded me to her manager, Michael. When I spoke with Michael he told me to “quit being a victim” and to just wait on the driver cause he said they were doing me a favor to tow it to the mechanic and normally it should’ve gone to impound. Impound?!? I’m not a criminal. I had a car accident and thought I was getting helped but instead I was being taken advantage of in my situation. Just really terrible service. Made me feel like a criminal for letting the highway patrol “help” with their referral…I’d be shocked if the highway patrol doesn’t get a referral kickback or commission for helping Diesel Mechanic Truck Center absolutely screw people over on the side of the highway. I would recommend that you DO NOT do business with this company.

Took my truck to Frightliner. They gave me an estimate almost $13,000 for tomorrow. I took it over the decent man they did diagnostics in conclusion turbo but they were fair and reasonable price half the cost they took their time and they treated me very well I would bring my truck back to him again.

Would not recommend. Had a car towed to this place recently and he is giving us the run around. The owner of the company is not a friendly man, he is cold and hard to talk to. When choosing a tow company plalease look for other options.

I don't know if it's truly their fault or not but I was broke down here over a week for a drive shaft ??‍♂️ I feel like if you check the problem out when I checked the truck in, you could at least save time when it comes to ordering parts. They didn't check on the truck the until the end of second day. The parts didn't make it to the truck until the end of the third day. Then the fourth day, they realized they need to send the truck to a welding company. The welding company didn't look at the truck until the second day it was there. Basically don't expect a quick fix. Lost out on 9 days of work. Granted the work looks ok.

Do not use this shop!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if i didn't have to. Very unfortunately my husband had his semi towed in there back some time ago, to get the front rear replaced, on his way to deliver in Florida. Took them forever to do the job. He sat there for 4 days. Just hours after he left, he felt he'd better check the oil in it. He was told they put enough in, but we don't trust anyone anymore. There was NOT enough oil in it and he had already driven it that way for several hours. Then later on when it was at one of our local shops for some work, they discovered the spider was put in BACKWARDS in the rear! Are you serious right now!!!!!!!! Again, he had driven it that way for awhile, not knowing this. So let me just add this yet, this week, we are BACK in the shop getting the SAME job done completely over again because people have no clue what they're doing. Its quite maddening you cant trust shops out on the road when you have a problem. This isn't the first negative experience we've had out on the road. Its ridiculous!

Can’t give honest reviews on service. Called for roadside help Saturday afternoon 8-12-23, was told about 3 hours. Called to check status 2.5 hours later and different person said I was not on the list and the tech was working all night at a wreck. Had to call another service.

We came in to change fuel filters. Total charge. $447.42. $262.50 labor?? 1 1/2 hours to change filters. PLUS $75. Diagnostic test The filters were reasonably priced $49.99. For one. The other one was 38.66 And we were there from 2:30 to 5:00 because the tech (their best) didn’t fill the bowl with diesel and the motor was air bound. Draw your own conclusions. Stay away!!!

Broke down and got towed to their shop. These folks were extremely professional from start to finish. Did their job and I was out without breaking the bank. A special thanks to Anthony for his help and professionalism.please continue the good work.you are a diamond in the rough.

My car broke down and was stranded on Highway 72 in the middle of nowhere. I was given a 90-120 min estimate for a tow. It took them over 4 HOURS to get to me for my tow. At one point I received a text saying the driver "arrived" when they didn't until 1.5 hours after that text. When I called, they kept telling me, "oh it will be about another 30 minutes". HOWEVER when the driver finally arrived, he was great and very helpful. This post is negative for the dispatcher and people answering the phone.

Called Diesel Man at 8:15 this morning. I was in their yard at 8:40. They ordered the water pump that is needed and it is to be delivered at 2:30. We should be outta here shortly. Great front desk. Great mechanic Brandon. Great prices. We are in a 43' Tiffin Allegro Bus RV with a Cummins 400 ISL. Thanks Diesel Man.

Absolutely the worst in World. We had a shut down from my Accelerator Position Sensor. Called Coachnet RV Road Service. Diesel man came out at 3 PM. He was there about 20 minutes. Looked at the accelerator position connector, saw a bent connection. Fixed it with his screwdriver. Reconnected it. Hooked up to my OBD and his laptop was dead. He took another hour to go back and bring a working laptop. He left at 3:20 pm got back at 4:20 pm. He was completely done at 4:40 pm. Made me wait until they can get the bill ready. That took until 5:30. My bill was for 3.5 hours labor. Coachnet paid for his time to come out. I had to pay for all the rest in including his return with a working laptop. Also, my labor bill was billed to 5:30 pm. So I had to pay 2.5 hours of labor on a service call where he only provided one hour of service. 1.5 hours x $135 =$202.50 overpayment. One hour to go back and get a working laptop. (His mistake) and time to wait for the bill and being charged for that wait time. Absolutely not fair to anyone. I did call Coachnet RV Roadside Service and report this to upper management. I can not recommend this rip off operation. Oh, the fix he did lasted 300 miles when I was shutdown again for the accelerator position sensor. Stranded on US15 at 6pm on a Saturday. The fix didn’t even get us home.

We can't say enough about Brandon, Diesel Truck Mechanic! Traveling to Myrtle Beach from Virginia our 5th wheel had a tire blow out causing another tire to fail on busy 38S. Brandon came to our rescue (even though not his job) he stayed with us replacing all 4 of our tires staying way, way past his working hours. We felt bad for the after hours all the while Brandon assuring us his wife & family would understand. Brandon represented the Company with kindness, courtesy, professionalism and information. Brandon is a GREAT guy and truly an asset to Diesel Man.

This company was very friendly and helpful. They rescued my family when our RV broke down. They not only towed our RV but they arranged transportation for the family to get to their shop and repaired our RV. They greeted us with smiles and calming voices. Everyone from the dispatch center, drivers, managers and mechanics were all amazing.

We were on our family vacation when my camper threw a bearing and my axle/hub/drum assembly caught on fire. Diesel Man was recommended by the Bennettsville, SC Fire Dept. Clinton, the tow truck operator, was excellent. Extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He removed/moved my axles on my camper in the gas station parking lot, then towed my camper back to Florence where Dustin arranged to get my remaining axle, tires, and electric brake wiring serviced so I could finish the trip to Myrtle Beach. The service men even stayed past closing to get me back on the road. Even after I left, Clinton made a personal courtesy call to me, to check on my family and I, to make sure we arrived at our destination safely. Dustin continued to work with me and made every attempt to try to find me another axle for my camper so I could get back home when it was time to end my vacation. Diesel Man, with an extra thank you to Clinton and Dustin, made a terrible situation a little easier to deal with, even though the incident delayed and took away some of my vacation time. If you are ever in the Carolina area and need assistance or service, I would not call anyone else but Diesel Man. A++++++++++

Those guys were great. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with me. They fix my truck, the same day, and at a very fair price. If you are in need of truck repair, in South Carolina, make sure you call them first.

I have an old greyhound charter bus that we turned into a motorhome. She has a 2-stroke Diesel engine inside of it. I call Diesel Man to help me replace a ruptured fuel line. Steve from the Florence SC location came onto the scene and did an awesome job with replacing the fuel line. He got me back on the road when my coach help people would not get to me until the next day. Thanks Steve for helping the ole hound out!
